The owner, Diane, and their employees took time to connect with us personally and connect with our pooch during a busy time. They made a great recommendation for nutritional needs for our new pup and didn’t try to up sale us. They were mindful about pricing for our needs. They have found lifelong customers in us!

This place is hands down the best pet store in the triangle area. Everyone was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful, and the service was beyond expectations. We chose a small bag to try for our two cats (one pictured here), and the owner kindly offered some samples! This will be our regular store from now on.

We love Other End! Our pup loves going there to pick out treats and socialize. They have a puppy gate just inside the front door and will let you take your dog off leash to play with their resident dogs if it's not too busy. Great quality selection of products. Treats are a little pricey, but their emphasis on US and fair trade products is valuable. When we rescued our pup she was having troubles with itchy skin. Other End hosted a canine nutrition seminar with a licensed vet and canine nutritionist. I learned so much and we switched to the food brand they recommended (Fromm). As soon as we did that, our pup's skin cleared up, her fur grew back, and her coat can now only be described as "luscious". We love the staff and the atmosphere!

Friendliest staff, very knowledgeable, and reasonably priced! I refuse to shop anywhere else for my fur babies. You can really feel how much the owners (and really the entire team) care about animals. They put a lot of thought into every product they carry. I love that they partner with local artists and other local businesses as well. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing place! I took my little Yorkie to get him a sweater, and they ended up also helping us figure out how to fix his picky eating problem. 100000% recommend. They were so knowledge, so nice, so fast. Just brilliant. One visit, and I'm determined to be a regular.

Wonderful service and great products! I needed a harness and new food for my dog, who wasn't eating. Diane recommended and fit my dog with two different types of harnesses, and let me walk around the block to get a feel for each. Then she conducted a taste test and sent me off with a pup-selected bag of food. My dog is eating with gusto again, and the harness makes for easy, calm walks. This is the only pet store I'll be going to from now on.

Can't recommend this place enough! I have two cats, one of which is fabulously fat and needs to be on a diet per vet directions. Diane, one of the owners, spent about half a hour with me calculating the percentages of protein, carbohydrates, and fat in my cat's current food and then finding a food that might satiate him better in lower amounts. She's tremendously knowledgeable, warm, and friendly. My cat likes the new food and, while he's still a happy fat boy, he has lost a little weight. Would highly recommend this place for all your pet needs!

lovely/helpful people, great fresh baked treats, & a really neat store set-up. one of our pups was working through some anxiety & very skittish the last time we visited, the owners were wonderful & patient with her. by the time we left she was feeling comfortable in the store & both the dogs were full of yummy treats (that we bought an additional bag of). i wish them the best with their new shop!

Our puppy Juniper has decided this is her favorite place in the Triangle (other than snuggling in our bed and sneaking into her treat jar in the pantry). Diane runs an amazing store and is so friendly and knowledgeable. We have purchased treats, toys and clothing for Juniper here. We found a fun winter sweater and on our most recent trip we found a polar fleece and a puffy jacket for Juniper. We hike regularly and often at higher altitudes and needed warm gear for her. Diane helped me find the right size and gave great feedback on the best options in the Ruffwear line they carry. If Juniper could drive herself she would go every day. So happy to find this delightful store!

This pet store is amazing! The owners are extremely knowledgeable about everything they sell, especially the dogfood brands they meticulously research to provide you the best recommendations for your particular dog. They also carry a wide variety of collars, leashes, dog beds, toys and too many things to mention here. Parking is free beside the store and would work for handicapped individuals. They really care about you and your pet and it shows.

I was given many samples to take home to try with my pet free of charge, and the lady that helped me went above and beyond talking through the questions I had come in with. Anyone who is concerned with purchasing ethnically sourced products for their pets (and pet related apparel for themselves) will have a difficult time finding a better place to do business. they are also very knowledgeable and super helpful. Highly recommend them.

Nice people, great suggestions for feeding sensitive belly, I can’t say enough good things. The toys are cute and fun. My cats absolute favorite toy lasted for years of hard play. I’m going back today for food for a dog I am pet sitting . My friends won’t mind and I have an excuse to go back and browse. I love this store.

Great experience! Owner was very helpful with recommendation for a harness and offered to gift wrap some of the items we purchased. We were visiting from out of town and she even helped us with transportation recommendations and suggestions for other stops on our trip.

According to the website it stated place order 2-3 days in advance as I did. Within those few days I did not receive no calls to let me know if it would be a delay or any complications but that on day 3 in the morning I could come and purchase my dog cake. To drive all the way to the store and be told first thing in the morning the cake has not been started and when did ask her when will it be ready she asked me when I needed it and I states today like this morning and to be told it takes a few hours so the lady who does the baking came up with a time which was 12:30 and said I would receive a call to pick it up before I had work at 2 to not only receive 2 calls at 1:28 and 1:29 to tell me my dog cake was ready but I was already at work so when I called back she didn’t sound apologetic due to her not meeting the deadline she came up with the tone in which she spoke to me with was unprofessional and brushed off. I remained professional and respectful because I do not disrespect my elders but in the future I will not use nor recommend this establishment because I would have at least expected an apology for no communication on their part and the time she said was not upheld and this was a special day for my first dog birthday and she ruined it being unprofessional.

We are new to the area and took our Frenchie girl Mila on a walk to check this place out. The folks there were fantastic and they have a ton of great products! Mila had a great time, made some new friends, got some treats and a new toy!
