For starters, going to the Vet is NEVER fun. I recently had a puppy have a stomach obstruction and it was terrifying. We have been to a few vets and established with North Paw because they are a fear free certified and you can certainly tell. I came into the appointment so nervous because it’s tough finding a vet when your dog is just all-around terrified. Graham, Caroline, Amanda, and Dr. V were all amazing. I have already mentioned my amazing experience to 3 people since I left yesterday! They are that good.

I took my chocolate lab Koda in for her yearly. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I can say the same for the veterinarian who she saw. Compassionate knowledgeable a great experience.!

They always recognize Sweet Potato when we come in and seem to love her almost as much as she loves them--though it's easy to get on her good side when you've got treats and pay her absolutely any attention. The receptionists, techs, and vets are all incredibly friendly, helpful, caring, and compassionate.

North Paw was great. They were able to get my Harley in within an hour of calling them. It was a Friday and i didn't want my baby going thru the weekend without treatment of a UTI. The staff was wonderful and took very good care of my baby Harley. I can't thank them enough for helping Harley and putting my mind at ease.

We were very impressed with all the staff at North Paw during our first visit! Dr. King did a very thorough exam of our cat and she was very knowledgeable about its condition. She took the time to explain everything to us so we could understand the treatment plan. That same week, she even followed up with us to see how our cat was feeling. We will be taking our dog to North Paw next!

These veterinarians are incredibly friendly. Definite animal lovers. They have treated my two dogs with immense care and love for years. Although I haven't lived near this vet for a long time, I still return here exclusively for my pets.Even through the emotional process of losing a long time baby of mine, my poor sick dog of 12 years, they made it ad comfortable as possible while I held her hand...paw.These people are the best I have ever gone to for my animals.

Very happy with the care we received. I picked up a stray kitten in bad shape. They took her right away. The medicine worked, kitty is frisky and on the road to health. The staff listened to my concerns and respected my choices, that was much appreciated.

We just moved from FL and needed an appointment for my cat. They got me in the next day! All of the staff was very friendly. The Dr and assistant we saw was wonderful with my cat. I would recommend North Paw to anyone needing a vet for their pet.

Warm and inviting place for humans and cats. One of my cats was so relaxed he dozed off. Thorough exam for my senior cats. They listened, and I think gave excellent advice on their care. I will be bringing in my young cats latter this year.

The Drs and staff here are amazing!! My fur baby, Abbe, was seen emergently for a snake bite & they stabilized her for emergency vet transport. If it wasnt for NPAH she wouldnt be here!! Amazing staff!! Abbe has been seen by this vet office since I adopted her & they have always cared for her as if she is their own fur baby.

Dr. Cindy is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. The staff really cares. My big guy is hard to deal with due to anxiety. They were excellent with my giant 104 pound boy.

I have a fear aggressive dog and this practice is not only "fear-free" but extremely conscientious with me and my dog. Staff has gone above and beyond to talk with me about plans for making sure my dog gets the best care possible without unnecessary stress. I am so relieved to have found them!

My dog was very sick. NPAH worked him into the schedule. He required x-rays, fluids, & medication. Dr Heffernan checked him a couple of times before discharge. He’s better today thanks to NPAH!

Great experience! We took our senior cat for the first time here and I loved that is super cat friendly, and it is separated the cat’s area from the dog’s area, everybody was super nice and patient, there is Feliway diffusers and Feliway infused towels to wrap the carriers and the cats, and Dr. Muse was great with us!

I've been taking my dogs to North Paw since 2008. They are easy to work with. From the front desk to the vet techs to the veterinarians. Everyone is friendly and compassionate. They truly love animals and want to provide the best level of care for your pet. I've used other vets in the Chapel Hill/Durham area and North Paw has my loyalty (and my dog's loyalty)!

North Paw's Staff is awesome!! Pepper went for his bath and grooming with Adrienne on October 5th. She always does a super job in making sure he has a handsome cut and smells so good! Not many places give that nice touch of having them smell good after grooming, so we do appreciate this added touch!Thank you, North Paw, for being the BEST EVER!!!
