Why is it that half the time I come here this is what I see???? How can you just decide to close a store whenever you want to? I love shopping here but…….this is getting rediculous!

This store was just open 10 minutes ago when I was just in there and now they’re closed before 6pm. Needed to turn around and come back for something and they had a sign up. Made me have to drive 15 minutes out of my way to the next DG. This store always closes early Either they’re closed for a break or the need to hire more help.

I think Dollar General might be one of my favorite store. I enjoy the quality of most product, really like the the fact that they have everything you need with the convenience of not being so packed like a supercenter, and the fact there there's a Dollar General everywhere is amazing. Decent priced items and let me tell you about the customer service there never been a time where the staff isn't friendly as well as helpful.

The dollar store can't be the greatest place to work . it also can't be the best money one might hope to make. nevertheless, good folks who work at this Dollar General are always kind, and appear to be in a good mood. unlike some places that aren't the ideal working environments, the crew here never take it out on you, the customer. my hat is off to the good people of this Dollar General who are always so friendly to me and my daughter .

Staff is always pleasant... what staff they have on duty. Clearly this location is under staffed. Where are you DM? Store management needs HELP!! Can’t walk down aisles. Merchandise in boxes stacked on carts blocking aisles and not on shelves. Customers can get hurt in this store. Call in the Calvary to get your merchandise out of the boxes and on the shelves! Get this store up and running!! Get in and overnight crew to stock the shelves!!

This afternoon I went too the dollar general on roxobro rd by food lion, too get some things and when I got up too the line too pay this women had accused me of steeling, it really offended me, I never in my life would steel anything she said too me “ you need too take the things out of your purse or we will call the cops” so I took everything out of my purse too show her I didn’t steel anything and once she saw I didn’t she still didn’t apologize too me, which I just thought was horrible, how rude people are now a days. I recommend not going too that dollar store ever go where people treat your with kindness

If I could give my experience a negative star I would. This particular day I came in the manager was not friendly everyone had a bad attitude and coming from customer service I was highly offended. No greeting or anything no thank you for shopping store was a mess aisles cluttered and cashiers very ghetto. I doubt if I ever shop there again

The soup on the menu is really fantastic. Other than that, everything is deep fried, and it's hard to taste any ingredients Beyond the fried taste. I Won't Go Back. The food is Salvadorian. If you like the deep fried food, two people can eat there for less than $15 and still take some home with them.

Pretty decent store for the convenience of that forgotten item at the grocery store. Most prices are pretty competitive and reasonable. My only issue is that the stores are always seeming so small and compact that you barely have room to move around.

This store always seems to be behind on getting new inventory on the shelves. This results in large inventory carts sitting in the aisles blocking access to the shelves.I really like the new checkout layout

Shop there frequently. Biggest complaint is the clutter. The isles are narrow and some are blocked . Not enough staff or space to put merchandise away. The folks who work there are very friendly ,pleasant and helpful.

Store Manager is rude not friendly and she does not like African American People. She also lies, never works at nite her or her partner. Just a bad person and store manager period.

If this is the exact Dollar General I went to which would be off North Roxboro Road right next to Food Lion the staff are wonderful and very nice I was leaving and a lady forgot something she had bought and the cashier ran her down in the parking lot to give it to her not all heroes wear capes LOL. Could have been something she really needed

The only reason I have such a low rating is because it's so cramped up, in other words I feel as though some safety concerns due too clutter would be an issue. Other than that there was no other issues. I think more organization is needed.

This has to be the most unorganized store I've ever been in. You can't get to many of the sections due to boxes everywhere that apparently need to be emptied. It always looks like a tornado has gone through this store. I've never been in this store when it isn't like that.
