Not bad, prices are actually competitive even though some items still higher as an average. Register areas and conveyors to cashiers need to be cleaned amd kept cleaner, last 4 or 5 times I went they were absolutely filthy with caked up food and grime all over and so everything you buy gets nasty since you have to set your items on the same conveyor belt. Once again, if they'd hire adults or kids who give a damn and not just some punk looking for an easy check and doesn't care one way or another, they might actually get a decent review.

Customer service is low ! I've been driving to Garner to shop. It's out of my way, but the quality of products and customer service is much better. Dunn, what's you to shop local but the experience is getting worse, In my opinion.I would love to shop local only!

I shop online due to my work schedule. The deli dept at this store is the worst of any store I have ever shopped. They don't know how to cut meat... 1/8" thick! Who does that. I have put notes in asking for a specific slice and apparently they can't read either. I have called multiple times and they still can't do it right. Will not shop there anymore! There needs to be a Harris Teeter in Dunn. I'll be writing to them next.

I'm disappointed in the fact there's only one of these car carts and that it's broken. No seatbelt and the handle is broken off. Thankfully, my son loves to use the little shopping carts. So I can satisfy him with those. My daughter is beginning to get too tall so I'm afraid she's gonna fall out if she stands up without the restraint. My son already did once a few months ago.Also disappeared that they seem to be fazing away the cheaper Cha Ching brand as if inflation isn't bad enough.Other than that, the people are nice and the store is clean. Usually fairly well stocked. Unfortunately, I have to do most of my shopping at Walmart because prices have gone up too much here.

The "lady" (using that term loosely) has the absolute WORST ATTITUDE of anyone I have ever Encountered in customer service position. I frequent the store a lot she has NEVER been nice to anyone. Today she took it upon herself to close the hot bar early for whatever reason. While customers were standing there going to what happened we would come to get food. I went to the customer service representative to complain about them closing early and she calls a scene. Yelling in the front of the store in the vegetable section about me complaining. How does this woman still work in the store? Her name is Jill

5:30pm appt arrived 4:30pm checked in at gate 4:46pm. Picked up BOLs at 10:19pm for 8 pallets. Had to pick one star to leave review, this place deserves no stars at all. Missed load due the delay here and they sign time in or time out. Company doesn’t allow it so I was told. Pathetic service and no restroom either. Snack and drink machine inoperable.

Big selections, but not too low on prices, especially meats... U might not want do that... But the market has more options&they seem to be more freash too, &they are always busy, jus about soon as they open... Live vibrant workers&don't hesitate to help U out also💯....

The older women working the cash register tonight was unfriendly and unhelpful. Live 2 min from this store and go to this store all the time and lately more and more I’ve been just drive the extra 5 min to Dunn location because my experience with this store keeps getting worse. I understand policies however discretion is everything. I go to this store every other day me and my partner I’ve never been carded and she refused to accept even one ID since he unfortunately does not have a government Id and his passport was left at home. Sadly I will update my review until I see change

Always out of products. They are quick to tell a vender they are out of something but they are always out of products. Food lion brand or otherwise. I absolutely hate Walmart but I guess they will have to start getting my business in order to get the products I need. Food lion get it together. This is unacceptable.

This store is a work in progress. They now have a good management team. But I still don't understand why, given that the distribution center is in the same town.That this store, that is a HIGH volume store.That in the Frozen food sections, it looks like a third-world country.This has been this way for at least 2 to 3 years . The district managers have not been doing their job. They need to step up and make the needed changes. There is no way that this issue can be attributed to the High volume. The freezers simply have since covid never been filled completely. And there is no good reason to justify it.

I do not live in Dunn, but was asked by a friend to go to the store to pick up a few items. I went to the produce section near the mangos and what I saw was unbelievable. There were roaches crowding all over the fruit. My anxiety shot up to 100 so much so that I took my headband off and started checking my clothing. I’m going home to shampoo my hair!! I know there are bugs in some grocery stories do to goods being shipped often, but most stores work really hard to keep pest under control. I don’t know how 4.4.

I shop every week and get deli ham. I always have to wait at least 10 minutes and they are just doing odd items. Then when I ask to get the product they act like I am burdened them. Writing this as I am on min 13 of waiting

“Manager” Robert is a douche. I get today was busy but being rude and tossing a grocery separater bar at a costumer while she is putting her groceries on the belt is unacceptable. You almost hit her arm because you were aggravated having to help ring up groceries!

Love this store! It has a huge variety of frozen foods, including some not carried elsewhere. But It is lacking self checkouts which would definitely be helpful in speeding up checkouts.

Prices here are a little higher than the grocery store where I do most of my shopping. I like Food Lion and really love their brand Popsicles. The only kind my grandchildren like comes from Food Lion. Another reason I stopped at Food Lion was to purchase fresh bread 🍞. Cashiers are always polite and helpful. Thank you!

Good service and good prices. We come here often and it's always been a good experience.Only thing I'll say is that they need more registers as it can get very busy. On one Saturday afternoon, they had all the registers open but there were still lines that stretched into the aisles.

It's a lovely clean grocery store but compared to Carlie C's and Walmart they're quite expensive. If course once in a while they'll have decent sales but overall, my opinion, they're expensive.Thete are 2 Food lion's I shop frequently on401 in Raleigh and their prices are lower than here in Dunn.

I have never had my fruit and vegetables go bad/grow mold within a week of buying it. Also, my ice cream was melted. I WILL NEVER shop at this food lion again, if I can help it.

Clean, organized store & friendly, helpful staff. This isn't my regular store so I had to ask for help in locating 2 items. Both times I was immediately directed to where the items were located. I prefer to shop in the evening to avoid crowds. However, should you choose to shop later be aware the produce may not be as bountiful or as fresh as earlier in the day.
