It’s great UNLESS you need help (especially after 5PM). Why Lowe’s doesn’t have push button intercoms in the wood cutting area, I’ll never know.There isn’t any cell service at the back of the store so you have to aimlessly walk around to try and hunt someone down. Seems like a problem that could easily be solved with AI and or two way push button intercoms tied into SIP and pushed back to the front.

Very good place for many of your needs. Lowe’s have it all. I have visited this store for many of my needs. The place is a great place to purchase things for barbecue, irrigation, gas connectors, refrigerators and its filters, power tools, lighting for interior and exterior, gardening, woodworking, and many others.Place is great, location is great, the place is clean and well managed. Service is excellent. Parking space is excellent. Many grocery stores are nearby to simplify your errands.

I used to love this store. I was willing to pay more than online retailers just for convenience and the enjoyment of picking my stuff out. Not anymore. There are no real checkout lanes left and half of the items in the store are under lock and key. You can never find an employee to get the locked items. I mine as well get them online. Sadly, I’ll be buying my tools and home improvement supplies elsewhere from now on.

The management team at Lowes in Denver NC are phenomenal , the manager JoJo is a great asset to Lowes,great with customers and employees,great leadership and always willing to help.I am very luck to work with such great people.

So this store is what it is. Maybe they have it, maybe they don't. Employees are often less then helpful. Unfortunately they have no competition. Did get to see an employee driving a narrow aisle reach truck outside in the garden center, with no spotter, and actually heard him joking about it. What ever, it's only safe and a policy violation.

I didn’t know you could have a bad experience buying a fridge—I have been educated. Not sure if the main gal/guy was off or something, but no one knew what they were doing. It was a 60-90 minute long experience and conflicting information all over the board. Hopefully this review makes it better for the next person.

I sent a blueprint detailed of a cabinet layout to Elisabeth Allen for my clients. She completely ignored all of the dimensions on the layout and proceeded to put her own set of cabinets into her layout. Completely unspecified by the blueprint that I drew and sent my clients to the store with. Four weeks later we got the cabinets that were completely wrong and I had move windows in the house. She was completely unapologetic and tried to charge us. We moved windows in the house for all the mistakes she made and was completely unapologetic. In fact it was the complete opposite we were charged more and she kept telling me you can't talk to me like that. I'm a 38 year Carpenter Contractor. I've been building houses longer than she's been alive. I built and worked on over a thousand houses. She cost us thousands of dollars on this job and was unapologetic. Nor did she discount anything when we return the cabinet that she designed wrong and added some things and overcharged us.

Toby Warren at this location was in appliances, was one of the best people I have ever worked with. He helped me get a new stove for my family. He got me in and out quickly and I was very pleased with my purchase. I never leave reviews but this one had to be done. Go ask for him Toby.

I purchased a dishwasher and didn’t really understand the rating for the quietness and Toby helped me and ultimately the DW I chose is the best!! Quiet!! It is quite and wow it really cleans well!.

This has got to be the worse store in NC for service. I could understand a bad experience every once in a while however it’s every single time. I had over $1000.00 worth of building materials and simply ask for help loading my cart and no one would respond. So I drove to HD Cornelius and spent $1200.00. Absolutely no more Lowes for me

We come to this location all the time when we need something for the house or for woodwork projects. We are always in and out pretty quickly. They seem to have things we need, but there have been times we didn't find what we were looking for. Staff is always helpful.

I bought a refrigerator last week from Lowe's and paid for delivery to my home. The delivery crew stole over $500 worth of valuables from me and neither Lowe's nor the 3rd party delivery service have compensated me or made the situation right. I highly recommend picking up your appliances yourself. Do not use Lowe's delivery.

I had an issue and had to replace a downstairs bedroom window due to not being an egress accessible window installed. Linda in the millwork windows and doors wrote up a quote for the window. I went home to recheck my measurements before ordering. After that I called back in and they were able to pull up the quote and order my replacement window. I was told it would be ready for pickup in two weeks. So I waited and called back to the store about five days before it should have arrived to find out the manufacturer was saying it would be delivered late due to the holiday. I had the manager call to let the manufacturer know it was hindering my fire inspection for obtaining my fostering relicensing. Without this window I could have possibly lost my fostering license and DSS would have to move 4 children from my home. I was so thrilled and thankful when Linda called me back and told me the manufacturer really worked hard to make the window as fast as they could. They even brought it to the store on the 4th of July which was considered a holiday for the manufacturer. So with that, I was able to pick it up with just enough time to install it for my fire inspection on the 5th of July. Thank you to the wonderful people in millwork windows and doors (especially Linda)and the manufacturer and the lady at the manufacturer that volunteered to bring the window on her day off. I hate I didn’t get her name, however Lowes did allow me to thank her personally. Lowe’s the window looks great and fit perfectly. Well done!!!

I always buy the Arm and Hammer sensitive skin detergent at my local Lowe’s. Typically they’ll have 1-2 in stock so I try to plan ahead when I need to buy it. No one else sells it in Denver. Customer Service was little to no help in getting me this product. I was advised to drive to another location but they had some ordered and they were not sure when it would arrive. So, I looked else where, purchased from Target, free delivery to my home. Sorry Lowe’s lost me as a customer. I gave a three star because the location is convenient and always clean and neat, and customer service tried to help but advisement was not convenient at all. Picture attached of product,

I bought a Christmas nativity scene for $100 in November. It stopped working after 1 month. The store would not accept a return, saying they would not accept holiday items. Update: Received message from owner with number to call so this could be resolved. I called and they said they could not help.

It was a complete mess. I pre-ordered a large quantity of bagged concrete online. Received an email that my order was ready for pickup. Arrived at the store, They could not find my order. They didn't have it ready. I have my e-mail from Lowes. So here is a guy who is stacking all these bags onto a buggy. I asked why aren't we stacking onto a pallet and putting the pallet on the trailer with a forklift. I was told he can't run a foklift. I get that you have to be certified, but someone there is certified. So we roled it out to hand stack onto my truck. Online ordering accomplished NOTHING! I think I will start going to Home Depot.

Third Update: Oct 2023: Pella installers completed the installation (after nine attempts) - - two years and 3 months (27 months) after the Loews installation disaster that destroyed our living room interior, destroyed our existing 6 frame window and poorly installed (left it unsafe and only partially installed) broken window. Finally, we now have a window, albeit a window significantly of lesser quality than we originally purchased. Such as sad indictment on Loews! We do thank Pella for stepping in and getting it right!Second Update: Sep 2023. It has now been more than two years since the disastrous installation that damaged my home, destroyed the original window and left with a damaged and unsafe new window. After seven attempts to remedy the situation we are still waiting for a successful installation of an undamaged Pella Window. We are scheduled for another attempt at installing a new window next month (Attempt #8). You can't make this stuff up. (Previous post: Pella window purchase and installation disaster one year later!. Window arrived broken and installed anyway. Installation is not secure you can see through the sides and there is significant interior damage. The original perfectly good window destroyed in the process. Four replacement windows ordered every one arrived cracked. You can't make this stuff up! One year later I am living with this and still hoping Lowe's will make it right. Lots of apologies but still I wait!First Update: Aug 2022: Now 14 months since Lowes’ installed the broken picture window. They promise that another window is on the way! Next I want to hear is they compensate for this 14 month disaster. I will let you know.

Don’t rent tools from them. Insurance doesn’t cover it on small tools and Keith was horrible to deal with. Charged us for a Pex crimp tool when it snapped in half. Said we broke it and have to buy it. Said it was dirty when we brought it back. Of course it was, we were fixing the water line and had no water.

I live 5 minutes away from this location (Denver Nc) I drive pass this location for tractor supply store or 20 minutes away to Home-Depot because of NO CASHIER IM NOT WALKING INTO YOUR STORE TO SPEND MY MONEY AND THEN CHECK MY SELF OUT IT SLOW EVERYTHING DOWN I REPEAT I WILL NEVER SHOP THIS LOCATION AGAIN

I was there buying a special lamp light bulb. Lowes staff, Mike, helped me not just find it, but also gave me professional advice not to touch the light bulb when install it to make it last longer. 😀 Thank you Mike!
