We have been bringing all three of our dogs in for boarding and daycare for about 6 years now. The service is great and our dogs love it there. Melissa really goes the extra mile to make sure our dogs are safe and secure while still having a great time. Their hours are great and prices are reasonable. Definitely the best boarding around. Our dogs are always so excited when we pull in the parking lot which is a great feeling when you know you have to leave them.

I have known and used Melissia's skills since she was the groomer at East Lincoln Animal Hospital, Denver, NC. She has always done a wonderful job with all four of the dogs we have had. Now I am bring my Maddy, who is a rescue that has been abused. I needed help with some of the issues I have had and she has been a great help. I am there at unexpected times and I have never seen anything but wonderful care being given to the dogs.

Melissa and Puppy Planet have been absolutely wonderful all week. Lucy has been to day camp four days now, and she loves it! As soon as I pull up and get her out of the car, she gets so excited and pulls me straight to the door. When I pick her up, she’s happy and in no hurry to leave. That’s a clear sign to me that she’s comfortable, safe, cared for, and having a great play day with friends!

Stanley loves it here and Melissa treats him like family, the entire staff does. I feel so lucky to have found this place. I know he is safe and well taken care of when here for daycare or overnight. Stanley has been going here for almost 3 years and gets so excited and happy when we pull into the parking lot. I would highly recommend Lake Norman Puppy Planet 5 stars isn't high enough :)

On September 24, 2020 my friend dropped her lab Luke off at 7:15 am and at 7:30am he was attacked by another dog. She was not notified until 11:30 about the attack and Luke was not taken to the vet until 1:00pm. Luke is still in the Vet's care fighting infection. Below is a picture of Luke and his wound. Please DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABY HERE!! There is no excuse for this, Luke is fighting for his life and they have done nothing!
