I’ve been going to Dr.Cope since 2012. I love how much everyone there loves my girls. They are so kind and gentle and are always willing to help/talk/answer any questions we have. They truly care for my girls. I definitely have recommended them to a few of my friends and family here in Denton NC. I’d be lost without them being right for me and my girls. Their compassion and commitment to caring for fur babies goes beyond anything I have seen. I love each of them from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for always being here for my girls

I had an emergency with my dog, Percy. The staff was wonderful and did a phenomenal job of helping me stay within budget while providing the best care for my dog. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I definitely recommend this Vet office.

Had our first visit today with Denton Animal Hospital and it was a great experience. All the staff were very nice and welcoming. My three miniature dachshunds did really well and were very comfortable. Dr Cope couldn’t have been nicer very caring and informative. I’m so glad we changed veterinaries I feel confident my girls will get the best and loving care.

The staff here are very compassionate and caring to each patients needs. They go over and beyond what they are required to do to make sure you are taken care of. They made the loss of our fur baby feel like it was actually a family member, and not just another “pet”. Will never take my dogs anywhere else.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! Dr Cope and crew supported my 16 year old dog that was lost for 3 days. Nursed her back to health and were fantastic to work with! Highly recommend and I am switching to them for all future visits 😁

Had an emergency, could come up with the money needed for only a patch job and would not release our dog, we wouldn’t have cash flow for a couple days and the price went up 3 times the amount, we had to surrender our animal. Staff was rude and not understanding at all.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! We go here for vet and kennel. Our girls love it. We know our babies are being well cared for. We have one who is very protective of her daddy since he is ill with a brain tumor (she will growl, bark and try to bite anyone who comes near him), so the staff there has made special accommodations for this and it makes us all much more comfortable. We can leave them with complete confidence that our girls are getting great care, love and patience.

I don’t bring my dog here but I do bring my mother in laws small dog. The vet is always nice, friendly and helpful. You can tell she is an animal lover. On the other hand, the receptionist and front desk staff are just the opposite. Rude, unhelpful, and sometimes even plain disrespectful. I have yet to go there and be greeted with a good attitude or even a smile at some times. My experience recently prompted me to leave a review, I called to inquire some info about my own dog and again the women on the phone was very short on conversation and apparently time bc she clearly didn’t want my business bc it was 32 minutes before closing. I understand to some degree but you should represent where you work and promote new business and animals.

Well, your front desk is just a little in a hurry for an accurate reading on the scales.It's not bad unless the puppies were getting medication, so i guess it is. They were off about 10 lbs or more.

My cat needed some leg surgery & Dr. Cope was able to take him in right away to help him. The entire staff was super helpful & supportive throughout the process. I especially appreciate Dr. Cope taking time to sit with me one-on-one after the procedure to explain what he'd done & any aftercare. He wasn't rushing me & took all my questions. That really made a difference to me & shows he & the staff truly care about what they're doing for the patients they treat.

Dr. Cope is a fantasic vet. He is knowledgeable and will answer all your questions no matter how silly they may seem. The staff are wonderful. Everyone here is kind, loving and care for your fur baby(s). Making an appointment is quick and fairly easy to get.I like that they suggest treatment and give you the cost up front. This keeps you running up a large vet bill. I do like the fact that most of the time they will take your payment in the examination room, making it easy not only for you but for you furry loved one. Go here for exceptional service and professionalism.

Called to schedule an appointment at 10:00 and was told they needed a 65 dollar deposit. Being at work I did not have my debit card on me. Woman who answered the phone told me to call back before 5 and they would hold my appointment for the next day. Called back at 2:40 to pay the deposit on my lunch and was told the next available appointment would be Thursday or I could pay and extra 30 and wait to be seen. So after planning to take the day off work and requesting pto from my job to see the vet I’m told I’d have to wait till Thursday or pay more money.

First time visit today went great! Ellie (hope I spelled her name right), was super sweet and took great care of my senior kitty. Dr. Cope was very personable and I felt he took his time addressing my concerns. Looking forward to be a long time client and bringing my other cats when they're due for their annuals. Being a former veterinary receptionist, I definitely did my research and felt comfortable with the service, pricing and treatment provided.

I have lived in Denton for 2 years. I was afraid to change to a new vet. I had heard negative comments and was told it was very expensive. I had a friend that was able to get an emergency appointment and wasn't overcharged.I'm glad I changed. They were very caring and professional. I have taken the newest member of the family and will be moving the rest of them there. It's nice going less than 5 minutes than 45.

Cat Bandit was very sick. Called Monday morning at 8am. Got an appointment for 940 am. Arrived early, called back within 5minutes of arrival. Very caring, kind and knowledgeable. Treated my pet as I treat him, like a family member. Dr. Ashley checked Bandit and ask questions. Allowed me to ask questions. Explained all diagnosis to me. Assistants very kind and helpful. Explained meds and how to administer. Great people from Dr. Ashley to assistants to ladies at front desk. Appointment in 2 weeks.

Great people!!! Our senior dog Belle was not doing well and we needed to see a vet fast. Our regular vet couldn't see us for a couple of days, but Denton Animal Hospital got us in that day. Everyone was very kind and very helpful and concerned about our Belle and followed up every day to check in on our special family member. In the end we had to say good bye to our sweet Belle, but DAH made a difficult experience go better than we could have hoped for. This is our new Vet and I highly recommend them.
