I would give more than 5 stars. I have been coming here from many years but I like the new look.Entire staff at famous toastery makes sure you are getting best service. It's located in a beautiful Davidson town with indoor and backyard seating. Currently they have very interesting winter menu for drinks and food. Loved their Holidays hot chocolate flight and it's presentation. Enjoyed my protein breakfast bowl. Hands down best place to start your morning with yummy breakfast.

His upbeat attitude and infectious enthusiasm were like a ray of sunshine on an otherwise dreary day. Talk about turning a gray morning into a touchdown celebration!But Ryan wasn't just fun and games—he was also incredibly attentive and ready to tackle any request we threw his way. Whether it was refilling our coffee with lightning speed or recommending the perfect pancake stack, he was always on point.And let's not forget about his charm! With a smile that could rival a winning touchdown grin, Ryan made us feel like VIPs throughout our entire meal.So, if you find yourself in need of a brunch pick-me-up, do yourself a favor and ask for Ryan at Famous Toastery. Trust me, he'll make your morning a winner! Here's to Ryan taking home the gold in the Best Server competition—because he's already a champion in our book!

We arrived at 2:40 and they still served us with the utmost care. The potatoes are spiced with paprika and Montreal steak seasoning, but they will make you a side without if you ask. Food was excellent and we were even offered to go coffees. Thanks again!

We were greeted immediately by Haley!! She was so personable. Her service was extremely good. She checked by multiple times to make sure food cooked properly or if we needed anything at all.Parking: We came at a time that was not busy so we parked in handicap at door

Good food. One of the better brunch options in the area. Prepare to wait 30-45 minutes on Saturday and Sunday mornings. With less indoor tables in the Covid era it's even a bit longer.Menu has a good selection of omelets, pancakes, and combination plates.The French toast as well as the avocado toast are pretty good. The crab cake benedict is decent as well.Mimosas and Bloody Mary's are nice to have on the menu. The bloody is average however.Kids menu is good with quite a few options.The wait staff are mostly college students...occasionally you have to wave them down for attention; its not uncommon to see 3-4 chatting behind the bar but having empty drinks on the table--3 stars for service but 4.5 stars overall.

Classic Davidson staple! I always get the breakfast sandwich with the beyond meat! It’s my go to and a generous portion and decently priced! I love going to this restaurant as it is reliable. However if you go on the weekends, it is quite busy. They don’t take reservations beforehand so you have to go in person to put your name on the list. Be careful on graduation weekend or other busy college weekends such as on game days.

Absolutely incredible! My husband and our two adorable daughters, Blossom and Bloom, embarked on a breakfast adventure today. As we stepped into the restaurant, we were met with a heartwarming welcome that made us feel like cherished guests. Angela and Brent, our fantastic hosts for the day, extended their warmth and hospitality, instantly making us feel like part of the family.Our oldest, Blossom, had a special request for Minnie Mouse pancakes, even though they weren't on the menu. Angela, the superhero of service, didn't hesitate to go the extra mile. She consulted the chef and What emerged from the kitchen were these delightful, picture-perfect, and utterly scrumptious Minnie Mouse pancakes.With such incredible service and unforgettable moments, this restaurant has now captured our hearts as our new favorite breakfast spot.

Wonderful breakfast lunch gem in beautiful, beautiful North Carolina community. The waiters are awesome, service super quick - but what really lit me up was of course the meals. Huge variety in case someone has a dietary restriction. My son said the “make your own omelette” with lox salmon is THE MOST PHENOMENAL omelette he’s had in his life. Next time I’m in Davidson/Charlotte I WILL be here again! This place makes me feel like I’m at home away from home!

Perfection would be an understatement for this restaurant! It’s located in the heart of Davidson, and the vibe is immaculate. But it doesn’t stop there. We were greeted with the warmest welcome since moving to North Carolina. The staff was so friendly, and our waitress was so sweet and attentive. Plus free cornbread?? Heck yeah! Then the food was WOW!!! I had the Nutella toast, and it was so delicious. Highly recommend it if you’re in the town of Davidson.

This place is a far cry from what it once was. Ate there this morning with family visiting from out of town and every meal that we ordered was poor quality and cold. The cheapest Sysco ingredients you can buy and very poorly prepared. This used to be one of our favorite places but sadly we will not be returning. All good things come to an end.

Took an hour for the food to come out and it was COLD. The quality of the food has definitely gone down. Overpriced. Tables outside placed right next to bushes & trees where you can’t enjoy your meal without being attacked by bugs. A whole meal wasted because bees kept attacking us and getting on our food.

Our server, Mike C, was AMAZINGLY attentive. The food was delicious with very generous portions. I could feed another person with what's left on my plate lol. Everyone here is very friendly and we enjoyed eating on the back patio.

Amazing service from the staff and especially our server, Steve. They give each table cornbread with a fresh fruit spread. It’s a crowded dining area and there were a lot of people eating there, which makes sense because the food is so good. I ordered the Breakfast bowl and it was perfect. Great place to enjoy a good hearty meal with great people who know service.

Had not been to this location before and will probably not come here again. I ordered the Cali Benedict with side of bacon, my husband ordered biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs. Took awhile for our food to come out which looked good. Both of our meals were barely warm. Service was good overall but to add insult to injury the table next to us got there food with 5 mins if ordering and I could see the steam coming off of it.
