Staff was very friendly and helpful. Found all of the items I was looking for. Store was neat, clean and well stocked. Much better than other walgreens locations I have been to. The only thing keeping from being a 5 star is access off of the main roads, it can be very inconvenient depending which direction you are headed

The pharmacy inventory and order lists must be kept on notebook paper and sent by carrier pigeon. I have a medication that only gets filled about 20% of the time and I’m not told until I drive out there to pick it up that “we’re out of stock, it should be a couple weeks before we get more in then we’ll call you”. That call never comes. It usually takes me at least 10-15 minutes on the phone to get the refill process started for medications I want refilled, meanwhile I get a call monthly informing me that the ones I’ve repeatedly asked to not have “auto filled” have indeed been auto filled and are ready for pickup. Always have what I don’t want, never get what I actually need. I’m sure the people are doing their best, but the pharmacy inventory/order management is a bad, bad joke.

The pharmacist and the pharmacy assistants are absolutely horrible rudest people I've ever met. I don't care if I live beside this Walgreens I Will not be using this one ever again. Every time I come here they are always so rude when they pick up the phone and come to the window. It's like they don't even want to do their jobs or don't want to be here. I don't get it. Absolutely ridiculous

If I could give 0 stars I would. My doctor sent three refills on a Wednesday morning. Husband went to pick them on Thursday afternoon - only one was ready. Would be another hour or so on the others. Within 30 minutes I received notification that the other two scripts were out of stock. 30 HOURS to get this information. Not the first time! Rude, inefficient! Done!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is absolutely awful. The pharmacy employees are so rude and hateful. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. My daughter's doctor sent over her prescription, and I called up there 30 mins later after sitting in the parking lot with 2 sick kids, one running a fever and having breathing problems and was told by a lady in the pharmacy that they didn't care that I was in the parking lot waiting and that they would not fill her medication for another 1.5 hours even with me sitting in the car. They told me that I had to come inside and wait because waiting in the car doesn't work. I told her that my babies were sick, and I could come to the window in my car and show that I was actually there waiting, and she said no, it doesn't work that way. I ended up having to take both sick kids inside and wait another 30 mins just in order to get my sick daughter's medication and they still were rude and slow. I watched them be rude to several other customers while I waited. This place needs new employees, and I will never be going back to this Walgreens again. The Walgreens in Lincolnton has great employees and always gets them prescriptions done within 30 mins or least regardless of if I am in the car waiting or even at the store0 at all.

Okay, so my daughter got a prescription for bromfed for 60mls, they gave us 1 bottle of 118ml (stock bottle), I got a prescription for 210ml of bromfed and they gave me 118ml stock bottle. So not only was my stuff filled wrong but I'm missing 34ml of bromfed. I don't understand how this even got past the pharmacist? And tomorrow is thanksgiving and they will be closed, I need to take my medicine and so does my daughter. I can't wait a whole day till Fri to not take our medicine. I'll definitely be switching pharmacies. This is awful. Very unprofessional. I'm not happy at all.

So my doctor sent over a prescription for me at 2pm. I went through the drive through at 4pm and Michelle let me know it wasn't ready that I would get a text message when I could pick up. Haven't heard anything so I call at 5:15 and spoke to the pharmacist. She said they were out of Paxlovid that I could call other Walgreens to see if they had it in stock. So I called Lincolnton they had it in stock but couldn't fill it because it was showing Dallas had already filled it. So I had to call Dallas back and have them to change it in my profile because I had not received any medications from them today! Again spoke with the pharmacist on duty. She said she corrected it in computer. So my husband goes to Lincolnton to get my medicine. Once he's there he's told he can't get it that it's showing I already received the Paxlovid. After 30 mins of Lincolnton trying to get in touch with Dallas he calls me and tells me whats going on. Me sick as a dog get in my car and go to Walgreens in Dallas to figure out what's going on. Michelle isn't friendly at all so Kayla heard me talking to Michelle and walks up. Thanks to Kayla I was able to get my medicine that was supposedly out of stock until Monday! She filled my prescription with no problem!Thanks Kayla for your help!

They deff need more employees in the pharmacy. I have witnessed the pharmacy team catch hell on multiple occasions because they are short staffed. It's not fair to them, they need more help. They are very kind and sweet, they are just stressed and over worked.

I am giving the Walgreens Pharmacy in Dallas North Carolina one star because they do not care at all about their customers, they are rude, they are incompetent and do not have a clue. I have found one person in that Pharmacy who cares and is extremely competent in performing the duties and is very pleasant while doing so. I cannot stand to go to this Pharmacy but whoever the idiot is that was the landlord to CVS in Dallas decided not to renew their rental agreement. Therefore there is no more CVS. I also want to say that the employees of the CVS Pharmacy in Dallas were all moved to the CVS Pharmacy on South New Hope. That is going to be the perfect, ideal Pharmacy

This pharmacy is awful! Never have my prescription ready and try to call before I go and on hold for 30 minutes just to ask n be sure they are ready! Can CVS in Dallas please come back 😩. I will be transferring to a new pharmacy don’t recommend

Send me an email telling me to come pick up my medications by 11:00 a.m. but when I called nothing had been done and it would be 8 hours later before I can pick up my medication. This place is a joke. Not enough people to handle their traffic

I have been coming to this Walgreens for many years. I will never, ever use Walgreens ever again due to this horrible drugstore. Customer service is zero. They are discourteous and unprofessional and frequently just close their pharmacy. When a business get this bad, it’s n every touch point, it is the fault of management. If Walgreens senior management reads these reviews (doubtful) do yourself a favor, fire your entire manager team or close the store. This one store is polluting your entire chain. After fifteen years or so, I am now a CVS customer. Based upon the reviews I am not alone. What a waste of your marketing dollars! This store is beyond repair and it should be an embarrassment to the chain and the Walgreens name

This pharmacy don’t even deserve 1 star! Drive thru pharmacy staff member with red hair needs another job! I received a text 4 days ago stating my medication was ready for pick up. It also stated I had until the 16th to pick it up. I went to the doctor today 1/12 and had some new prescriptions called in. I went to the pharmacy to pick up the prescription that was ready 4 days ago, not the recent prescriptions that were just sent in. The rude lady with the red hair said I didn’t have anything ready yet. I tried to tell her I had one that should be already ready. She would not listen or look for my other prescription. It takes a long time to get a medication from this location. This is the first time I have dealt with rude staff here. I will no longer be a customer and if I were you I would save yourself the frustration and headache and go somewhere else.

I was there to pickup my medicine. Two wasn’t ready because of insurance which I already knew. The lady at the counter was very rude. Then today same lady was rude to my wife. Ridiculous that WE are the customers being talked to like that. Someone needs to have a talk to the lady for sure.

I was already having a bad day and then I went to Walgreens, which by the way usually cheers me up! Terri has got to be the most impatient person I've ever dealt with there! I have a card that works everywhere but there. They have to enter it manually, no one has ever had a problem doing that, but Terri did! Love if you don't like your job find one you like! Don't take it out on your customers, you never know what someone is going through! I won't be back if Terri is working and I have spent thousands of dollars there this year alone!

Called to see if they had a certain prescription in stock and the woman who answered the phone (Terri I believe she said) was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. Please find a new profession, this one is not for you.Just read the rest of the reviews and it seems everyone has had a problem with her, not surprising.

I absolutely do not recommend this location. I have been going here for the last five months and to date I have had zero good interactions. The first time I picked up they gave me the wrong dosage and it took two days before I could get it switched out. And the next three pickups they were delayed at least one day because they had to call to order my medication. Currently, for this pickup I have been waiting over a week for my medication and they have no clue when they will have it in. I will be switching to a new pharmacy as soon as possible

If I could give this store a negative -1, I would! I spent 6 hours at an urgent care only to come to this Walgreens to get my prescription filled at 8:30 at night. It took them 10 mins to come to the window with no patients in line. They had a sign they were short staffed and close at 9:00. I was told they had my ordered and if I could come back in the morning. Apparently they didn't want to take the time to fill it. I called 11:00 the next day and was told they would REPRINT it and fill it within an hour. My husband left and called me to tell me he's been in line for 30 minutes and there's still 2 cars in front of him! I will never be back to this pharmacy again.

The staff is friendly and helpful.The store has always had what I needed in stock.It is clean and tidy.The bathrooms are clean.The photo area can take time lately if there is not an employee already back there.The pharmacy is always helpful with your questions and purchases.

DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. Absolutely horrible pharmacy, i'm not sure what the problem is with these people behind the counter.. but good lord. My prescription was called in at 1:30pm, still not ready at 5pm. Then after waiting an hour they had to fill it then. Workers are incredibly rude to you. Please read all the reviews before trying to put your prescriptions in, because you will be waiting forever.

The pharmacy here isn't great. They've messed up my medications three times! First time they lost i, second time they gave me the wrong medications, and third, I was just in the ER, I have a skin infection and an upper respiratory infection. My ER nurse sent my medications to them, told me they didn't have it. Called the nurse, she said it went through on her end and re sent it. I'm switching to CVS, and you should probably switch too. Giving it two stars because of the products.

Worst pharmacy in the area. I will be transferring all of my medication to another pharmacy tomorrow. Last month they were out of stock on my anxiety medication so my dr had to send it to another pharmacy. This month, out of stock on my pain medication. Both prescription are addictive and have been on for 11 years. They wont even let me get it from another Walgreens that does have it. Never step foot in this place again.

Your staff at this location were very rude. There was a sale price on the OTC medication I purchased, it did not ring at the sale price at the register. When I told the cashier there was a sale tag on that item, she called for a price check. Another employee Savanna came up and was extremely rude to the cashier. She came back up after several minutes with an attitude and mouthed something to the cashier. The cashier then said to me that she's not having a good day and always has an attitude. I have been a store manager for 10 years in retail. I work for a company that is a full service establishment that focuses on providing exceptional customer service. This is the 2nd occasion I have felt like my businesss isn't welcomed in your store. I called the store on the first occasion and spoke with the store manager the first time. The staff in this store seem unhappy to help the customers. They do not smile. They are young and very unprofessional. They seem like they are more focused on doing task work rather than helping your customers. I love Walgreens and spend a lot of money there but, I will not be returning to this location. If I could offer any advice to you about this particular location it would be, your staff there need to be better trained in providing a better customer experience. I Could easily go to any other drug store. I choose Walgreens because You have great merchandise and decent savings there.

Beware having your prescriptions filled here. The pharmacy technicians loudly talk trash about customers at the drive through, people in the store can hear your personal information, this happens mostly when the pharmacist had stepped away. About 10 yrs ago Walgreens was sued for this type of conduct, and the plaintiffs won...does that tell you all you need to know? And don't bother contacting corporate, they'll ignore your complaint.

The front end clerk Jackie was very nice and had excellent customer service! The manager there this evening is rude and obnoxious! She asked the front end clerk why she was making picture prints again, loudly and unprofessional in front of customers. Please ensure your manager improves her customer service and management skills.

This is the slowest pharmacy on earth. The drive-thru always has a line. They shouldn’t allow people to wait at the window. They should open a second line for people who are solely picking up prescriptions. If you need to talk to the pharmacist, you should go inside. Also, they’re always calling to tell me that my prescription is ready. One call is enough. I will get it when I’m ready! I know it’s there, Geez!
