This woman that was at the counter, was very rude, right from the start. Must’ve had a bad day or something. The assistant manager is the one that sold me a chainsaw that I was going to use for my landlord, but they called the cops on me never again Darken their doors again and if I were you, I would watch it . Oh that’s right they barred me and I had to sign an affidavit that I would not go in the store for a year. I said they don’t have to worry about it there’s too many businesses and true values to go to besides this one..

They carry a lot of different type of screws, bolts, lock nuts, washers, rubber gaskets & a lot more. I needed a new rubber gasket for my hand sprayer & had no issue finding what I needed.

Went by the store Friday to pick up some parts I needed and the store was not open I waited for thirty minutes and no one came 8:45 still no oneI left.Store needs better leadership!!!

This hardware store is a model for great business. They were well stocked and reasonably priced. I felt like family here. I bought a new Stihl chainsaw here, got it for a great price. They were very friendly, knowledgeable about the products they sell, and made sure that when I left the store, the chainsaw had a tank of fuel, oil, and had been cranked to ensure it would run when I got back to my property. As an experienced user, it was good to see that they made sure their customers know how to safely it as well. They gained a lifetime customer.

Overall a nice store with most of what a hardware store should have. However, my last few visits have been a little disappointing. The plumbing section looks like nobody cares to re stock or even order sold out items.

I really like this store a lot! It's decorated so neat on the outside and when I walked in a very pretty sweet young cashier named Kelsey, greeted me immediately and asked if I needed any help finding anything. The staff was just really friendly and they all were very helpful in helping me find what I needed and were knowledgeable about where everything I needed was located and what I needed period!I also really like that they have a pet friendly store. They have a pet cat named Stanley and he was beautiful and so sweet! I went back out to my truck and brought my little dog back in and the cashier even gave him a treat!The store is also very nicely decorated on the inside with all the beautiful Christmas trees!Really really like this store and it's staff! It's also very easy to find what you're looking for, very organized!

My husband and I have been coming here for several of our DIY projects and other needs. We have always been met with the sweetest of sales associates, and manager. They are always eager to help with enthusiasm and genuine interest in what we have needed. It’s also a very home-like environment, especially since they have their own house cat at the store! Love little Stanley’s greeting at the door and throughout the store! Keep up the great work y’all!

Needed some help on stain I wasn't sure what the difference was between the two. Ask a women for help and was told "I'm not sure either, I just work here." How does that make sense? Maybe employee's should know something about the products you sell.

The staff are always friendly, the products are good quality, and I've even been given advice on where to find any products they don't have. And seeing Stanley the cat is always a bonus. He's super chill, loves a good scritch on the head, and is a highlight of my visits!

I live pretty close to here and stop by occasionally. Every time I visit the employees are awesome! They treat everyone like friends and family! Also any business that has a pet cat is automatically a win in my book! ❤️❤️❤️

Firstly. Stanley is amazing. He follows me around the store nearly everytime I come. To those who don't like him. Well.. all I can say is, open your heart a little! I've been shopping here long before it was T&C and I can tell you since T&C took it over it's a much better store, one of the best I've ever been in. Customer service here is great. I know everyone and everyone knows me by name. I've spent thousands at this store personally and even more with my employers' accounts. I avoid home depot/Lowe's for the day to day things I need. I don't have a lot of time in my life to go to Durham for every little thing.Thanks for having a great store! Keep it up!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They always have everything in stock. A big plus for this store is the store cat Stanley. He is a big reason we patronize this store. An adorable cat that comes running when you call his name. I think he may just be the owner!

No matter what day or what time I go there or who owns it at the time, these folks go all out!! I don't like their hours because they don't stay open that late on the weekends. But I much rather support a local establishment rather than drive to wake forest,raleigh,Durham or oxford. The fact that these folks have a in store live in cat puts them on top of the list for sure! Don't hesitate to frequent this location and not just to save a trip but use them as a go to.😁

Amazing store! I try to always shop local and this store makes it easy. The store manager ,Stephanie, always greets me with a smile, she is super energetic and helpful. Sydney is very knowledgeable and helpful. I’m in this store weekly and have never had a bad experience.

Although the stock may be a little random every time I walk in the store I'm greeted with a smile end of cordial greeting. Everyone I've met on the staff is extremely helpful and always willing valve with a smile on their face.

Creedmoore location is a good store. They have what u need. Saves time and gas better than driving to Durham or Wake Forest. Sometime prices can be little high. Staff do speak..But however they need to get rid of the cat that comes in and out of store. Serious!

Limited inventory but works in a pinch if you don’t want to drive into town. However, having a cat roaming around the store and having the check out clerk have to “work around” it’s behavior when checking out is ridiculous. Not to mention how nasty these creatures are! Is there a litter box tucked around the corner? Come on folks!

They make eye contact and greet you when you walk in to see if you need assistance. She even came out to my car and helped me find the proper screws and install my license plate even though I wasn't spending a lot of money.

6/13/2020 I am not one to complain— But today, I went into this store!! Got what we needed— paint, but staff was extremely rude and lady told us they had a “gazillion things going on” and most had terrible attitudes. They all look overstressed and unhappy. They acted like customers are a bother to them.

Came in to buy a $350 stihl edger. There were 4 employees there. Asked one for help and was told they didn’t have time to help me and that it would be a few hours. How long does it take to unlock a lock and pull the cable through? Was a regular customer there and usually in there at least 3 times a week but if the employees don’t want to do there job I’m fine with carrying my business elsewhere

The manager is rude. Purchased an item 4 days ago, needed to exchange it because 1 of 2 died within a day and she continued to mutter under her breath as I was leaving. Talk about professionalism.
