This is 100 percent due to the manager, Ramshay. She was rude, and dismissive. I had a coupon, delivered to my house number, wrong street so the phone numbers didn't match. I would never double check the name on junk mail like that. It was plain I was a rewards customer as well.I would have understood the decision not to honor it, but she just dismissed me and walked away from the register without a word, or explanation.I make my living in customer service, and would have honored it for goodwill.Unfortunately, I have to fill my scrips here because of my insurance, but I will never shop there for anything else.Rude people should probably not be working in retail, or hospitality.

We’ve came here for years! And have never had such bad service until last night.The lady at the drive thru pharmacy was rude.! She didn’t ask how i was doing when i pulled up to the drive thru pharmacy or anything remotely like that which a better customer service professional would be doing.I need to figure out how to write to google to see how to give terrible experiences stores/restaurants etc 0 stars instead of 1. They don’t deserve any.For more clarity: The lady hung up in my mother’s face over the phone when she tried to ask the question over the phone… so i wouldn’t have to arrive in person.We could’ve took them to court over another issue years ago, yet she chose not to. They’re just starting to be so careless at this specific location. I get it covid is here now, so understaffed places are nearly everywhere. I know myself working at an understaffed hospital. That also means don’t treat your customers like poop. If you do not have good customer service skills, find a job that doesn’t deal with customers!Instead of them calling my mother first to explain to her about her issue because it was on their part to let her know what she needed. They did nothing. I miss the people that cared when they were working here.

I ordered 8 covid tests. When I opened the bag up, 5 of them say they expire in one month. Then I opened the individual test and it expired on March, 1, 23 but was extended to Oct 1, 23 on the outside of the box. I asked for an exchange because I'm not going to use 5 kits prior to the expiration of Oct but they won't exchange them. I should have paid more attention to the reviews for this cvs in Creedmoor NC. Shame on me. They just tried to get rid of them. Don't order online. Go in and pick them out yourself!

I think the staff are pretty nice, not sure why everyone is calling the pharmacy enough to get out on hold, but the ladies that worked the pharmacy were all very nice and pleasant.The store is a bit under stocked with actual items but that’s not on the pharmacy folks. Give these people a break, I think they do a swell job.

I went here yesterday and printed some pictures. My experience was great. The gentleman at the counter was wonderful and helpful. And I even picked up some clearance christmas stuff.Every time I come to this location all the staff is always helpful and friendly!

I called to check on a prescription. On hold with robot for 45 minutes. While still on hold, I drive to CVS expecting to see a long line in drive thru and/or inside. 1 car in drive thru, no one inside. I asked if the phones were working and the girl said yes. I voiced my complaint that I had been on hold for 45 minutes and now I would have to make two trip and it's very frustrating. She acted as if I didn't speak and asked for my name and DOB.

This is by far the worst CVS location I have ever been to. The team in the pharmacy is the most inept group of individuals I have ever encountered. I have lived in Creedmoor for over a year and always have issues at this location with my insurance not being saved on my file, my prescriptions not being available after ordering refill on the CVS APP and overall politeness/kindness. I have personally witnessed them treating people of color and elderly people differently, speaking in a very rude tone. I once called for help over the phone and the lead pharmacist told me, “I’m sorry I don’t have time to help you right now.” Why even answer the phone then? Do yourself a favor and just go to the Walgreens across the street.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. How are you going to have someone on hold for over 2 hours? What could you possibly be filling in that pharmacy that would allow a patient to be on hold that long? I gave up and just drove up there. It wasn't even that busy! You guys are the worst!

CVS has changed its policies to make certain patrons feel like criminals because of the medication that they are prescribed by their doctor for legitimate chronic pain. The only reason for these policies changes is to drive customers away from filing certain types of medications even if they are legitimatly proscribed and filled as written. The pharmacist are not able to override the draconian policies in order to legitimatly fill prescription for customers.The pharmacist are overworked and have no latitude to help and have not compassion to give.

I wish negative stars was an option. The service here is horrible. The male pharmacist that’s in charge does not offer to help the customers, as if he has some type of socializing disorder. They lie often saying they didn’t receive your Rx. I’ve caught them in numerous lies, they fill the wrong Rx’s, the service is horrible. They never EVER answer the telephone. I was on hold waiting for someone to answer for over 30 mins, I drove up there while still on hold, waited in line, and when I asked why no one was answering the phone the tech said the phone lines are not a priority 😯. If you don’t mind bad service, being lied to and not having your medications available then this is the perfect place for you. Please avoid and report this place. They really need to conduct an investigation as to why their services are so horrible.

I went to CVS to cash a Money Gram money order... I had a difficult time. However, it wasn't due to not being helped by the employees... Money Gram was confusing. So, I do recommend CVS and I will go back again if I need something!! 👍
