Friday night staff is not great some kid with weirdly feathered hair looking like Howdy Doody and grinning awkwardly at the bagger like everything is an inside joke, guess things look more funny when you’re four feet tall… The produce looks rough also, bad location.

The new store manager, Luke, Frank. & other staff give exceptional customer service, Luke refused to let me double bag my groceries, when I insisted I would do it, as I was doing my card payment, he said I’m going to double your bags while you do your payment, I love that the lady on the register beside Luke told him thank you for coming to help, as she was very busy with a long line, also the lady in the meat dept was very friendly, greeting customers and asking if anyone needs help , great service from entire staff,

I increased my rating fromn3 stars to 4 because since my last visit, the store is cleaner, better stocked, and has more items in the dairy department. I had a great interaction with my cashier this morning, and I think I'll come more often to see how it goes!

The store is 2.5 miles from our home. It is always clean and has a decent variety of foods, fruits and veggies. Prices are moderately high, probably due to the location. I go here for their thin sliced rib eye steaks where a pack of 4 steaks serves me 4 meals (gastric bypass survivor. If Im wanting to save $$ I go another 3 miles to Walmart.

This store is always so nice and clean. Things are nicely stocked and easy to navigate I would give 5 stars but they haven't had my favorite Greek yogurt in over a month. Tags still on the shelf but nobody can tell me if it's coming or not. Frustrating mostly because i absolutely do not enjoy shopping at Walmart anymore.

I have no complaints at all. First of all I was there on a Saturday afternoon and lots of registers open. I especially love the 12 items or less lanes. The produce was so fresh and organized. I like the layout of the store as I can find things easily. Meat department was well stocked and exceptionally clean. Customer service was great.

Very friendly, nice, and fast checkout time. would like to give credit to my cashier ( was working in the 2ed 12 or less items checkout register, young looking girl ) for working on Christmas Eve 🎄 and still having a great attitude.

Thus is a decent market. You can find just about everything you need but I do shy away from certain products. Always check dairy expiration dates. I found a few yogurt that were almost two weeks past their date.

As always, quick and convenient stop. I'm in and out of this place quite a bit but I've never been disappointed with the service or staff. Most items I grab here are grocery items and not produce or meat. I have bought these items before just not usually here. I typically cut my own meats as I used to be a butcher and well, cut to please my liking. Produce has always been clean and the meats I buy I've never had issue with.

Well stocked and clean. It is good if you have the MVP card, this card helps you save money on specials. The cashiers are friendly and immediatly when checking out they ask for that MVP.

If nothing else this particular food lion has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Yes even after being in NC for well over 11 years. Pretty neat and clean store. Easy to find what your looking for.

Shelves are well stocked, employees are friendly, store is clean and they have real live cashiers to check out your groceries. You are not forced to use the self checkout if you don't want to.

I LOVE my local Food Lion! The people are always nice and helpful. I also like the fact that they offer a good selection of organic products. I also LOVE the recycling bins!!! I can take my glass bottles there, most grocery stores don't have that.

The store is clean, the employees are always friendly and helpful whenever I shop at this location.If I can't find something they will come over to help and that really means a lot! The Management Staff at this location always goes above and beyond to help customers get whatever it is that they need and it does not go unnoticed! This is the second time Gabrielle the cashier has been rude as sh!t. So sick of people. I just want to buy groceries without people being rude to me. Up date...Have not seen Gabrielle in a while better atmosphere...

The sign on the outside is posted that customers must wear mask. The store was full of people (about 10)without mask. The customers were not social distancing and not following the one way signs. When i spoke to a person in customer service they said they cant do anything about it! But she informed me that the employees have to wear mask. So you saying that Food Lion have its employees wearing mask to protect others but not concern about their employees and the customers following their policy. I will not shop here again. The worst that i have seen since mask became policy!!!

This is a decent Food Lion with a good selection of product and a friendly and helpful staff. I found most of the items on my list. Not my regular grocery store. But It is easy to navigate and has ample parking.

I love this Food Lion. I shop here all the time. The employees are friendly all the time as well. The store is always clean and so are the bathrooms!!
