We took our English Cream Golden Retrievers to Symmetry. We've never had such a pleasant grooming experience. The facility is immaculately clean and welcoming. The dogs did not act overwhelmed or stressed when they arrived, as they do ago ther groomers. When I picked up the dogs, I was happy to see not only how beautiful they looked, but also how much fun they were having as they were out roaming around opposed to being locked in a crate. Jenny did such an amazing job. The quality of the grooming was much more than I ever expected and the prices were phenomenal! We won't be getting our pets grooming done anywhere but Symmetry from now on. Thank you so much!

These folks are so good to our dog!! She always looks amazing after they are done, and we wouldn't let anyone else groom our dog now!

I love this groomer! Jenny is the best. My aussie always looks great, whereas in the past I'd find she'd look silly and cut way too short when done by other groomers. Jenny is very talented at grooming and has an eye for symmetry. Also the dogs get more area to roam around in as opposed to being caged up. Very humane. Best in lake Norman!

SHOCKING... my once gorgeous cat was left with written instructions (that Jenny, the business owner/groomer, read out loud) to be sure there was no misunderstanding. I specifically wrote to trim as little as possible because her tangles were only in certain spots and I didn't want her cold and shivering in the winter, and I said not to shave ANY of her tail. I came back to see an atrocity beyond belief and almost cried. My cat looks like a sick joke. I was shocked & incredibly disappointed that she did exactly what I said NOT to do. To my dismay Jenny said "Get over it, it's only hair!" Far from a profuse apology or any sort of customer service offer to sooth the situation. It was only after getting home that I realized Jenny had also chopped Izzie's right whiskers off to about 1/3 their length. Maybe she is not aware of what sensitive structures a cat's whiskers are and the role they play in spacial awareness, balance and coordination. I will assume this was not intentional because I don't know Jenny, I've been there just once before and was only moderately satisfied but wanted to give another try due to location convenience. Look at these before and after pics...MY POOR CAT!

Applied here and did an interview last Tuesday. The owner told me to call her back after thanksgiving to follow up on the interview. She had already chosen someone for the position long before she responded back to me. Don’t you think you could of reach out to the potential employees letting them know they chosen someone else instead of wasting their time expecting a call back a week later?

Close, convenient and decent service. Second time we want our leash was given to someone else's dog but otherwise a decent experience.
