Recently my family purchased all new outdoor lighting for the front and back of our house. We've been very pleased. Since the original purchase it's been our one stop shop for our hardware needs. The store is kept clean and highly organized. Knob Hardware reminds me of a big city hardware store in a small community. Burke County deserves deserves a place like this.

Very helpful staff. Their return policy states that "returns" must be within 3 days of original purchase. I had such a return, and the process went well. The store is clean and well organized.

Reserved a Uhaul trailer at this location. Pick up was at 0800, store was not open ….. store did not open ….. all signs read 0800 for Sunday. Huge inconvenience as I drove from Lenoir because they had an 0800 pick up time. I do hope that all the staff members are ok.

Way too expensive on everything that I needed to get! A regular white electrical outlet with the surge reset button is $24.99!! No thanks, I can buy at Home Depot for $12.99!! Today was my 1st and MY LAST VISIT TO KNOB HDWE!!

This parking lot has been our kid exchange location for years. Tonight our kid dropped their stuffy and it rolled in the sewer drain. They were extremely upset because it was a gift. I went and asked the guy working if he would mind helping a crazy lady get the stuffy. I found two poles and after we both tried and was about to give up he was able to bring the stuffy up and we got it!!! Our little one was so happy and grateful that it was saved. Thank you so much for your compassion and kindness! Also from what I saw while in the store they have a nice assortment of good brands!Update- Just went shopping here for a few things and could not believe their selection! They have like everything!!! You can even get paint mixed here! So happy I don't have to drive to morganton or hickory to go to lowes or home depot for every little thing!!

They hand out receipts that say no hassle return with receipt. No where does it say you have 3 days to return product. This place is run by amateurs that have no business running a business. Unprofessional. Contractors beware.

It is a pretty large store and it is well stocked. It is not crowded inside and they will help you find things.
