Every time I come in I have noticed how well cared for the chicks are. The area is clean and the food/water is clean and filled. The team was so helpful when we chose our chicks a few weeks ago. Will come back due to how they this store treats and cares for the animals.

Was at the tractor supply in mooresville nc yesterday and had a bad experience. U can see my review there. Was going to cut tractor supply off my list all together but decided to give it another go but this time at a different store. Came here and Ken and Mitchell were awesome. They were understanding of my frustrations with the other store and made the whole process as smooth as possible (the way it shud be). Thank you Ken and Mitch for showing me that there is still customer appreciation in this country. Bcuz without customers we'd all be without a job. And as a truck driver (the most under appreciated people in the world) I still realize we need each other. God bless.

I got my chickens from here. I come here every month at least twice sometimes. I get my chicken feed from here and I also get my dog's food from here. This location is not the closest as far as travel goes but it's the closest to my house. I like that they always have what I need food wise.I'll go here again.

I was here Christmas morning and I received the BEST customer service. I had never been here before and both ladies (Tory and Tiffany) were absolutely amazing. I had to order something online and they helped me through the process in store. These ladies definitely made my trip so much easier and their kindness and patience was amazing. Thank you!

They used to look out for veterans and give a discount for Memorial Day and Veterans Day. But unfortunately they don’t care anymore about helping veterans!! Looks like I’ll spend my hard earned money somewhere else!! R.I.P. tractor supply!!! And remember who protected you!!!

Got the wrong item delivered - all the personnel were super polite and helped immediately. A manager (Jim) brought the replacement item himself to my home within 90 minutes on Sunday. SUPER service!!!

Bought a 20lb propane tank there months ago and they informed me how to exchange. Walked past the "exchange tanks here" sign and asked cashier to ring me up. She said they do not do exchange. I am older so easily confused asked her to check. She did and the manager on other end of radio apparently said no. If you do not do exchanges then at least take the signs down.

I waited 15 mins at one register.. when the customer was finished the cashier left and ignored me and I was next. I was so insulted by that.. so I waited on the other line that ended up going quickly thanks to Parker's excellent customer service. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of his professionalism when he checked me out at the register.

Went to buy dog food and it rang up wrong, cashier Mckenzie said she checked with Morgan and it was correct, paid my bill, walked back and took a photo of the sign being $2 less than what i was charged. Mckenzie said there was nothing she could do about it. Asked for manager, Chris came up. and looked at the sign, didn't offer to refund the difference, only took the sign down, didn't apologize, didn't seem to care he advertised one price and charged another. Pretty simple customer service decision, refund the difference, take sign down so it doesn't happen again, yet nothing. it's almost like they had no care about not over charging. It wasn't bad customer service, it was a lack of. It's not even the money, it is the principle.

Great customer service! I had an issue with a product I picked up, where the staff was not at fault. The manager was easy to talk to and was able empathize with my situation. We resolved the problem and will continue to spread the word of my positive experience at this location.

You know I’ve only been in NC 4 weeks an this is my go to place to fill 20gal propane for my heat. I’ve manage to get here once with 5 mins to spare an I always get taken care of. Today I get here with 20 mins to the time they close 7:39pm to be exact because I am coming straight from work an I get the response “oh we shut the propane 8 mins ago”. If propane service is going to be close 30 mins before you closed for the day then I believe it should be posted. So very disappointed with todays service.

I did an online order at my local store. Long story short, they told me item not in stock, even though it showed to be in stock online.I went through a 2cd store , in different area, ordered on line, same issue. Ordered at a 3rd store same issue.Finally got email from Concord store telling me item in stock and ready for pick up.I drove to Concord to pick up item. Only to find out that the item had been pulled to hold, but now no longer can be found.A young lady named Riley was trying to find item, she got another lady named Tonya to help also.Very long story short they both went above and beyond to help me. They were both very very helpful. I've NEVER had better customer service than these 2 ladies .To be honest everyoneat this store was nice.I didn't get the item I ordered, but they did locate it at another store and it is supposed to be shipped to my local store shop I can pick it up.Thank you for going out of your way to help me

It's a good place to get dog treats bird seed and overalls but often is a let down in the chicken supply section, shopping carts falling apart wheels falling off zip tied together snack section only good at the holidays *edit. Yay! They got brand new shopping carts

This place has a wide range of items. You can get everything from animal feed to small equipment. They have a great selection of hardware and truck accessories. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. They also have a dog clinic on certain days that saves an expensive trip to the vet. You won't be disappointed.

This is the closest Tractor Supply store near my house. I have to drive 17 miles to get there. Last week on 6/3/18. I drove 17 miles to go get a 40lb bag of Diamond puppy dog food. This was the second time they didn't have any. So I had to settle for a 20lb bag which meant I would have to go back the following weekend. So I drove back on 6/10/18 to get a 40lb bag. Guess what! The same results. Don't understand management. I drive to far to shop here. I also buy other items. This is my last time coming there. And I am a neighborhood club member. I will be looking elsewhere for my pet and hardware items. Very disappointed.

Very helpful staff, Tractor Supply took the time to explain the different types of feeds that were available. Another item I needed was located outside, the worker told me where to find the item and explain the difference between the two. I was very happy with the service I received.

I go here for all of my dogs needs (food, treats, ect.) They have a wide variety of all things dog. I use the brand 4Health for my dog who's stomach is super sensitive and this is the only place I'll purchase it!
