Hello Good Evening,I’m changing my daily eating habits; I see grocery stores putting out fruits and vegetables not cleanse. There’s grocery stores in my local area. Such as Fresh Market,, Lowe’s Market, Walmart etc.. I have been on a digging, diving researching everything about fruits and vegetables and eat properly in the realistic life and God wants to see us do for our bodies. I want to be able to eat nature organic no HARMFUL CHEMICALS AND PRESERVATIVES! I need to know how’s the fruits and vegetables are grown from the owner growing these vegetables and fruits so I can shop for great money worth on the food. I will be looking forward to visiting this store purchasing great fruits and vegetables :)

The most beautiful plentiful store in the middle of a secluded forest, with a complete wellness center. I cant even believe its out here, its so perfect! The store operators were so nice and helpful too, and they didnt force us to take a bag like most stores.

What a lovely shop! Definitely worth going out of your way for. There is a healing center as well but we didn’t have time to check it out. The veggies in the shop are organic with a nice variety. There are also supplements and other healthy bits to choose from. My bf got their organic coffee on drip and like it.

I love their fresh soups and greenhouse veggies! Truly the healthiest grocery store I’ve ever been to, worth a visit just for the garden and on site trails!

My favorite place to go to stock up on healthy delicious foods! Great greens and vegetables - the soups are homemade, heathy and wonderful! All the food they make is delicious (salmon, chicken, steak, trout, greens, turkey burgers, quiche and the muffins are amazing!! Many gluten free options too. Great place to stock up on all your shopping needs (they have everything and a nice variety to select from). This is not a large store - rather a small boutique special place. Organic and healthy. Nice to support them - as they grow much of the produce on grounds - they have a healing center as well and massage etc. I highly recommend to everyone!! We are fortunate to have such a special place tucked into the beautiful forest and flowering grounds. Everyone is super nice!!

Beneficial Foods is awesome! Our first visit was yesterday. I just found out about the store at the Saturday Market in Columbus a few weeks ago. They have a wonderful selection of all kind of goodies. Their cooked foods are so yummy as well. Beautiful produce! Just a great place all around. By the way, the tomato soup is amazing!! Stopped by here a while ago because we were looking for a nice local shop with plenty of organic and ethically sourced supplies. I’m definitely coming back here! Such a wonderful atmosphere and very high-quality foods.

A local and healthy foods gem 💎 in Columbus! Great selection of specialty grocery items that include gluten-free, organic, and all-natural products. High quality produce, especially the greens grown on the property. Perfect grab and go cafe lunch specials on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s, plus the friendliest staff. Columbus is lucky to have this spot!

I've been utilizing Adawehi's services for over 3 years. I work with other Naturopathic Doctors as well as Medical Doctors, one of whom gave me the original referral to Adawehi. I am so fortunate I found their many services. The variety of foods, supplements and wonderful fresh produce allows me to always know I can find what I need. My son, who lives on the East Coast could not find the supplement he needed anywhere. I was abe to get it at Adawehi's grocery and ship it to him. Their staff is knowledgeable and so, so friendly. Great place to get all you need.
