Wow! Great customer service. We stopped in to pick up a couple of items and an employee stopped and asked if they could help us. This employee took us to the areas of the store where the items we were shopping for were located and helped us find the right product. The cashier was also pleasant. My first job 44 years ago was at a locally owned hardware store and this is how we did things. We will definitely shop here more often.

I want to take the time out to recognize Tyler at Store #468. Today on our way from Hickory N.C. to Raleigh N.C we exited off to Tractor Supply as we were having problems with our furniture load. Instead of continuing to try to secure it ourselves I walked into the store to ask for help. I was immediately greeted by the young nice lady at the register ( I didn't get her name). I asked her if there was anyone I could pay to help us secure our load. She then asks Tyler who was near her if he could help us. Tyler then tells me to give him a minute he would be right back, in which I'm assuming he went to go ask the Manager (for liability purposes). Tyler comes back to the front and says that he can help us and proceeds to help us. Even though Tyler couldn't take money from us, I want to acknowledge him for being such a GREAT employee and helping us so that we could continue on our way safely. Again, thank you TYLER!

Very disappointed, bought a Winchester 20 gun safe on sale for black Friday. And when I got home and unboxed it, it was revealed safe had cosmetic issues, several pretty significant dents and some scratches. These safes are extremely heavy and hard to move so taking it back for a return would be extremely taxing and time consuming. I was willing to keep the safe since the issues were cosmetic, but I called the store hoping to get some sort of compensation, since I purchased a safe that was advertised as brand new and in brand new condition. Store manager told me there was nothing he could and that I was basically SOL, that they couldn’t do anything for me because they are already loosing money on the safes since they are marked down for the sale. It just disappointing customer service and they should advertise the safes as potentially having cosmetic issues and defects. It would be nice to see a retail store actually stand behind there products and show a little more care for customer satisfaction. This has become the industry standard though and it is a shame to see, big box stores like this constantly putting there profits above the consideration of their customers who spend there hard earned money and time supporting them.

This tractor supply is 45 mins to an hour from my home, but I will GLADLY make that drive to this location every single time I am in need of some items or if I need to use the dog wash. There are 3 tractor supply stores within a 15 mile radius from my home, but they do not compete with the Clemmons, NC location. Customer service is outstanding from the time I walk in until the time I walk out. The dog wash is always spotless, fully functioning, and is usually fully stocked with supplies and towels each time I visit. Special thanks to Employees Kendra and Josh for always making sure that I have a fabulous experience. KUDOS to Tractor Supply-Clemmons.

I was there this past Saturday and felt like I didn’t belong they followed me from the time I went in until the time I left. I never been to that one and is a little different then mine. They made me feel like I was a criminal trying to steal cat food litter and a belt. I will never go to that one again. Only went in when I seen it and need the stuff.

The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and not afraid to give you money saving tips and advice to help you out! They also have a great selection of products, awesome sales and best of all, lots of great clearance items that priced so nice it’s hard not to buy them no matter if you need it at the time or not! Haha I love that they make returns so easy and have a great membership club as well. I love Tractor Supply stores in general but they really built a great new location and outdid themselves with the staff they chose to make this store even greater!

The dogs showers are good. But when you use the vets. I only wanted to get my dogs nail cut. For 30 dollars I thought was pretty high. The lady that takes the information was more of a sales person. And while trying to sell the products she done nothing but cut down my fur dog.

I have been a loyal customer at TSC for many years and enjoyed the curbside pick-up as I have very limited mobility. The new store is very convenient as far as location but I have been very disappointed in the pick-up process after their move. On the web site and on arrival there are directions that tell you to pull through the 'drive through' for pick-up and even has signage and arrows pointing to the area. Every time I have done pick up, the gate is closed and I'm left waiting and trying to accommodate other customers trying to pick up gas tanks etc. and have had to move after having horns blown at me and less than kind remarks yelled at me. When I pulled up today, the gate was again closed. I called to let them know I was there and that the gate is once again closed and the employee said that it is always closed so that 'people can't just walk through and steal things'. I understand that could be a problem but TSC's own site directs you to the 'drive through' and the signage at the store does the same. PLEASE just designate some parking spaces for pick up to alleviate the congestion and confusion.

Got my girl Haze good and cleaned at Tractor Supply. It's only $9.99 and they gave us a $5.00 off coupon from our previous visit. I love this place! It's so convenient to take our fur babies here. They supply everything you need. Check them out! Off of Harper Road after Clemmons Exit.

Big disappointment! Went to this new location based on word of mouth. Store was impressive but customer service was horrible! Just moved to a new house prepared to spend $$$ but employees were too preoccupied with busy work to fulfill my needs. Kernersville here I come!

Great company and store. Clothing, tools, mowers, animal food and medical products, fencing, lawn essentials, and just about anything else you might be looking for. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Try them for pet meds. You will find that they carry a few things OTC that no one else does, and at reasonable prices.

Like other reviews I had no one offer help. However my review is of the return policy. There is no indication that a phone number is required on the policy. However the gentleman assisting said that it was policy to ensure that the item was not stolen. Appalled I asked to speak to the manager and to my surprise he was the "manager". After I made up a number he processed the refund. He made me feel like I was ripping off the store even though i had my receipt and original form of payment. Their corporate customer service was quick to pick up the phone and promised they would address the situation. I'd recommend going elsewhere with your business.

Came in a 7:58pm to quickly grab something and leave. Didn't get into the door and had a lady yelling to her coworker across the store "they got two minutes, thats all I'm giving them, I should have locked the door". I walked straight to the item I was getting and before I could get off the isle one of the women that were yelling had already came to hurry me up. We walked to the front of the store as she stated to her co-worker "19:59" which is military time for 7:59 pm. I paid and left. I wish they were not the only option around. Moving forward I will happily drive the extra distance to use a different company. Every time we have come into this store the employees have always acted as if we were a nuisance.
