Everybody there is super friendly all the time, it does seem like the people working there don't really want to work there. We go there every other week to get feeder fish. At least once a month they won't let us get feeder fish because they say their tanks are dirty or something is wrong with the water. It happens way too frequently

Very clean and well organized! Over all seems to be well stocked and staffed. Associates are polite and very friendly when you engage with them but otherwise sort of quiet. I'm curious to know if any one there has any expertise in any specific areas whether it be products or kind of animal.....it would be an added incentive to visit more often

This is my favorite pet store! I go here about once a week to get supplies (I have a lot of pets) and everyone is always very friendly and helpful. They have a really good selection of treats and toys for my dogs and my cats.

I went there to use the dog wash. It's great! The set up is perfect, they supply shampoo and towels, just 10 dollars! You can't beat it.

I bought a Guinea pig from pet supermarket 3 weeks ago and the Guinea dead last night. We called to get an exchange or maybe a credit but no. They told us after 2 weeks they can’t do anything. I paid $50 for the Guinea $150 for the cage plus I bought bedding, food, toys, wheel, hay. $270 it all came up too and is basically trash unless I cough up another $50. I shop her at least 3 times a week for dog food fish food toys crickets you name it. I’m so done with them.

I could not be more pleased with this location. We have everything from axolotls and hamsters to cat and dogs and they always know how to help. The associates won’t hound you but always seem available when you need something from them. Mike is amazing and knowledgeable about the aquariums when I go to get feeders or plants. We drive by several pet stores to get to this one and have no regrets.

Went to use the pet washing station, and we had a great experience. We have an 80lb. fur baby who hates water. My husband is recovering from hip surgery and I just broke my arm recently, but baby needed a bath badly. When Megan (an employee) saw us struggling. She came over and picked my big girl up and placed her into the basin. She was gentle, yet efficient. My husband and I appreciated it beyond measure. The washing station was clean, and they supplied big fluffy towels. We were in and out and it was a fun time for the three of us, especially since i was dreading it.

I had the best experience at this store, I was on my home and needed dog food and stopped in the associates were extremely nice. I will definitely be going back especially to play with the other animals.

I placed an online order for in store pick up and they felt the need to cancel my order (for no reason, literally they had to reason to cancel my order) the food was in stock when my husband went to the store later that day. They made us pay for the bag of food a second time, when the first time hadn’t been put back on our card yet.In my opinion, they should have just let us walk out with the bag of food. It will be a while before I shop at this location again. The workers always seem like they have better things to do than to help you or fulfill orders.

Bought an assembled crate. Took it home to put included casters on it and the feet on the bottom of the crate were crushed, preventing installation. Had to return it. Staff was friendly and apologized, but this item should have been available for purchase at full price. Nothing was offered in return for my wasted time and gas.

This is a very nice store with a helpful knowledgeable staff. Good variety and selection of fish. They have a few birds, rabbits and cats to adopt. They have a great indoor bathing and drying area for your dogs that is $10, but you need to call for reservations, I believe. They also will match other stores prices if you show them their ad.

Start with the good & end with the bad.Customer service was excellent, very friendly employees, helpful, didn’t have to wait long to get help.I was searching for specific plants for my aquarium, I had went to 4 different stores not finding them, this store had them so that was good && they where cheap! Great prices for them!! HOWEVER after getting home, inspecting the plants, the plants & the water in the bag was infested with planeria! For those of you who don’t know what this is.. it’s a flat worm that multiplies quickly, it will literally eat your shrimp alive, snail eggs, snails, it’s definitely something you DO NOT want in your tank!! I can’t say the store is 100% to blame as they could had got them from their supplier BUT there where over 20 in JUST my bag (I had already dumped over half the water out before discovering them so there where more!) that being said I can only imagine how many are in their tanks & IF the tanks where cleaned properly they would had been found & taken care of or at least I’d hope they would stop sales & take care of it. I called the store to inform them & the lady I spoke to said it would be taken care of but I had to write this review so others are aware. This happened 7/21/22.Picture is attached, i can not upload the video that shows the amount of worms.

Yes Im terrified to death of snakes and lizards but Ms Sarah helps to calm my nerves anytime I come in. Shes such a beautiful person inside and out and such a compassionate person especially when it comes to the animals and customers 😁

I am so sad. There has been a chameleon at a pet store. It has been there for at least a month. Shortly after it came in, it was pointed out to them that it was missing a back foot. Nobody knew this. Not recorded on in-take or any other time.😢. It will require a special setup. On top of it, they are still asking full price for it. Then you start looking around and find cobwebs on everything stored up top and coming down from the AC unit. This has been like this for a while. Where is management? Where is corporate? If franchise Where is the owner? Picture of webs. This store is in desperate need of house cleaning.

Very friendly service. We took our ferret to get her nails clipped and they were absolutely voluntary in doing it. Here's the kicker. They didn't even charge me. Not to to mention their products are outstanding. We bought the ferret cage there also and it's absolutely the best cage I believe we could have bought. Good job Pet Supermarket 👏 👍 👌. We'll be back.
