They did a great job with Murphy and I even did a walk in service for Stella's nails and it was so convenient to stop in at lunchtime. The week before i had Jolene in for a grooming and considering she is 15 years old they were so patient with her, besides how great she looked. My dog is super difficult to give a sanitary shave. They always do such a good job with him! He looked so handsome after his groom and they were able to give him his sanitary shave. Super impressed!

Lucky Dog is a God-send for our little boy (a long-haired mini dachshund with multiple health issues). In the past, he has had seizures after being groomed - specifically after being taken to "Pet-Not-So-Smart." Not to mention a mediocre (at best) grooming job for at least 20% more $$ than at Lucky Dog. Ashley was an absolute angel - she did a phenomenal job on his cut - the "summer shave," all while juggling multiple dogs and a struggling A/C unit! After what I'm sure was a challenging day, she even called to make sure Rocky was okay after his big day. I will sing Lucky Dog's praises from the mountaintops!!! A good groomer is a rare gift, and I am so thankful we found ours! Thank you so much, Ashley!

She is the absolute B E S T at what she does & when my boy got home - he not only looked so handsome, but he acted like his normal loving self! She treats each dog like they’re her own fur baby! Jennifer was very friendly. My dog is nervous around other dogs but she seemed to have been really patient with him and shows she really cares about all the animals. Upon drop off she gives an approx finishing time and is right on time mostly earlier, if not she will call to let you know if she's running behind. I don't feel our fur babies were mistreated at all. She Does a wonderful job all around.

We have two golden retrievers which I’m extremely picky about who I leave them with. We had them bathed, nails trimmed and deshedded. They both looked excellent when we picked them up. Jennifer kept us updated on when they were ready and more importantly the prices are excellent! We’ll definitely be back!

Very good with Tangi's grooming. They are very patient with her! Thanks Lucky Dog! My only complaint was they left water in her ear so she kept shaking her head. Her ear swole and filled with blood and of course she had to go to the vet so that cost extra.

The dogs only smelled good. They didn't have cute bandanas and they looked like they had been bathed at home, with no skill. But the young lady was very nice.
