Always check your vape before you leave the store, I purchased 2 a few days ago and only checked one of them, as I have been shopping there for 3yrs and never had a problem until now, anyways I opened the 2nd one today and it was a dud! I went back to the store to purchase more vapes and brought the bad vape in to show them and they were like...... $18.00 is a lot of money for me to just toss in the garbage!!! I'm gonna start going back to the store on New Hope road, they sell 4 for $60! It's worth the 20 minute drive to save $40

This store is a joke...they don't even know the difference between nic salts and regular nicotine...they claim all vape juice has nic salts in them and none come with regular nicotine..if you call back to try to explain the difference, they get an attitude with you. If you ask who the manager is,the person on the phone says they are the manager (so good luck talking to the actual manager). I'm done with this over priced store that seems to have an attitude towards customers.This stores motto should be,management is always right. Taking my business back to gastonia and dallas

Clean store with a good atmosphere. If you're buying vapes they ask that you test them before you leave the store. I like the fact they don't want you to leave with a defective product.

Was in this store and heard the guy behind the counter being rude to a customer over the phone. Told the customer he wasnt going to exchange s#!t. I dont know what it was about but if thats how a manager or employees of a store talks to customers then i dont need to shop here.

Okay so normally I love this store and the employees. Nevertheless, I was there Christmas Eve night and was trying to decide on a flavor for my husband but wanted to get the right one he would like for Christmas.... Then the young man after I already had taken a picture and was trying to type a few of the names to see what he wanted, he presumed to tell me I had to put my phone up that it was not allowed due to wholesale....??? I was like okay, so put my phone up and he flipped his hand round about in a step on it... Hurry it up motion and said it's Christmas ya know!!! Wow just wow how unprofessional. But I must complement the other young lady working was very polite and explained the situation more clearly to me that there was an issue of parents buying their kids vapes, The first I had heard about it but I get it. So gave me a complement and apologized and the young man did still try to remain friendly by waving, not sure how it was meant but I took it as friendly. Be courteous in customer service guys an gals, it is extremely important to be kind, caring, and clear to customers, hence that is the job role. Merry Christmas to all 🎄 ⛄ ⭐

I’ve seen reviews of this happening to others, wish I had checked the reviews first. Purchased a Vape there, later that afternoon it is completely burnt up. I spent $24 for that vape, and they don’t stand behind their product. I can completely understand if there was damage to the vape or something along those lines, but this was nothing that I did. They are selling faulty products, they obviously know that and will no no exchanges. I was kind and calm when I went in, the shorter, rough looking one with (who I am going to assume is this Ashlyn based on reviews) had to jump up and get involved and make a smart mouth comment. Glad it happened now, because I buy at the same place over and over every week, I had just started going to them and they will get no more of my money!

Just called to see if they had Juicy Bar vapes, and as soon as I asked I was told they couldn’t give that information over the phone. Won’t drive all the way there just to see if they do and the price. I buy two cartons of cigarettes there a week, but no more. No business from me.

The most embarrassed my wife has ever been was accused of stealing a $3 Box of rolling tobacco tubes as tubes as we were there to spend several hundred on vapes on vapes. As we mild age average wealthy family I will own this store before I let anyone disrespect my family for simply making a comment about the weather Ashlyn shame on you!!

Everything!!!Let me stress this ….EVERYTHING is always FIRST CLASSWe’re there a lot, like multiple times a week. Because, it’s so convenient for us. We’ve just moved to Lincolnton. Now, we’re not snobby enough people, to say that, we’re NEVER going to TRY another tobacco store in the area; However, we’ve been so happy with the service here; that we’ve NEVER BOTHERED to go to another smoke shop in this area. 💯The product selection is amazing!It’s always CLEAN. LIKE SPIFFY CLEAN!!!Prices are either LOWER OR COMPARABLE to other options elsewhere in Gastonia, Belmont, Stanley…or heaven forbid, Charlotte.The customer service is good.They ALL are friendly and helpful with a wide array of products &more importantly,ALL staff have knowledge of the products they’re selling you.The drink selection is awesome!BONUS POINTS For even having Apple & Eve brand juice oh, & they have energy drinks that actually TASTE good 🏁🏁🏁They also have hand blown hookahs for sale.They are so beautiful! Very high end and master crafted. Could be used as an “art piece.”What I’m telling you is this …These guys are high endWith out the high end prices.

Employee ‘Ashlyn’ was completely rude for no reason, and was warned specifically about this employee before coming in for the same reasons. Plenty of better smoke shops with better service and products to give your service to.

I gave one star cause I couldn’t give zero, very unprofessional business, the owner has a rule all sales are final no returns even if you spend $25 on a vape and you go to hit it and it taste burnt you take it back to them and they go oh well sorry, I spent 21 dollars last night on a Vape just for me to wake up this morning and go to hit it and it was burnt took it back to them and the boy working there said there was nothing he could do so I then had to buy another Vape which for some reason was $25 instead of $21 and he threw my other Vape away very unprofessional would not recommend going here save your money go somewhere else
