Heading to the register. When an employee stated in a loud and rude tone “ her lights NOT ON “ so I go to find another register and hear the same rude employee say , oh I guess she is open. Then proceeded to cut in front of me and check out. People like her are the reason people go elsewhere. I know employees are hard to find and keep. But if the business allows this unprofessional and rude behavior. Then who is held accountable? Employees name is Lainey

I love the customer service in the pick up department. I have yet to meet anyone who isn't nice, polite, and respectful. They also make practical decisions in replacements and refunds.Today Pam was my associate. She was in such a light, happy spirit. Quick, courteous and most of all she made seem as if she was happy to be there doing her job.

Love this place. Great staff and great produce. I would say great prices, but they have went up on everything. Yes I understand that everything had went up. But some of their stuff is just way to high. But overall still a great place.

This location is my usual stop for any grocery needs. The employees have always been polite and helpful in my experience, and the store is older but well kept. Well today, I decided to try ordering from them online for the first time. Great experience! They immediately communicated if changes had to be made to my order, and provided their usual friendly service when delivering everything to my car. When I got home, my order was complete and they even selected great looking produce. Management should be proud!!

Good customer service, friendly neighborhood market. Manager goes out of his way to greet you and wish you a happy goodbye. Produce is great. Wish they had local seafood. That would be the only thing. Otherwise perfect.

Overall usually good. But today I brought in 5 Primo bottles to exchange and not one person offered to help me put the new 5 gallon bottles in the cart or get them from my cart to my car and there were at least 5 associates standing around.

It was late afternoon, not to busy. Very clean store, employees wearing masks. I went in for one item. Didn't have to wait in line. So, quick in out. Employees acknowledged you at the register. Not sure if this was a previous BiLo or not. When I do some real shopping in a new food lion in my neck of the woods I will do another review.

Pretty good grocery store. They have Hamm's Beer and Macanudo Cigars. Great selection of all kinds of foods. The checkout process is quick. I do wish the parking lot was flatter. My buggy tries to roll away as I'm putting things in my car. And the "Little Debbie Snack Cakes" are no where near the rest of the other cookies and snacks, but a helpful employee kindly directed me to them when I asked.

Everyone is nice and helpful. The only con is the aisles get blocked by pallets and it is a bit hard sometimes. I know this is a coke pepsi problem but a couple of times my soda has been out of date and flat. They can be better at checking food dates as well I've bought a few things that were out of dateBut all in all my favorite place to shop.

This food lion has so many things going for it.. the employees are helpful and pleasant. The store is clean, well lit and layed out in.a sensible way that makes finding everything your looking for very easy... the produce is always fresh.. the meat department is ultra clean, well stocked and the prices are very good..

It was the first time I walked into a Food Lion and everyone was pleasant. I didn't really shop. I just went to grab a couple of things from the Customer service person. But the store from where I what I can see was very clean, including the outside.

I always love going to this store. It’s always clean and stocked and I never have to wait long. Today I tried the 2go and the app was VERY easy to navigate. A nice lady brought my groceries to my car and was so kind.

This is convenient at its best. Not only can you pick up groceries you can cash a work check for only $3! The customer support station was very helpful, and someone will help carry your items to vehicle anytime of day.

Wish that they had self checkout here. There's always long lines when I go and I usually only purchase a few items at a time. So self checkout would have me in and out in no time.

My wife and I usually shop here because we live close by and have to walk to get our groceries due to having no vehicle however on this day we were treated terribly and very rudely by the manager. She embarrassed my wife and spoke to her ignorantly loud enough for everyone to hear because we have to use a food card to purchase groceries for a little while as we have had some bad luck happen recently and are trying to get back on track with our lives. This manager treats people as if they are beneath her and makes you feel worthless and we don't appreciate it so if anyone shops there be aware that you are being judged and looked down upon because of this managers bad attitude.

The young brown headed girl getting in buggies just now, is extremely rude and unprofessional. She was standing in one of the slots, playing on her phone and I'm waiting on her to get done so I could put my buggy in there (and I had 2 toddlers with me that needed my attention) and she's too occupied on her phone to even acknowledge me standing there waiting, and when I placed my buggy in the spot next to the one she's blocking, she huffed really loud, slammed the buggy in her hands against the railings, and stormed over to mine, and snatched it up, rolling her eyes. You're there to do your job, not play on your phone, laughing, ignoring customers. Second, if you're gonna be doing that, then at least get out of the way, so the adults can go on about their business.

We have been customers here ever since we lost our Harris Teeter here in town. It is a shame that Cherryville has no other options for grocery stores. Walmart is a joke and I definitely am not going there. This Food Lion is nice and clean and the folks that work there are always friendly and helpful. The problem I have with this store is that they are always out of stuff, the shelves are usually half full and sale items are never there. This store must be the end of the supply line for Food Lion because they are always out of something we need. Its a shame that I now have to drive to Lincolnton for most of my grocery shopping when we used to just rely on this Food Lion but they are always out of stuff. I am still thankful to have it because it is close and we can stop by there to pick up quick items but for our main shopping needs we have to go elsewhere due to their lack of inventory.

Ok. So not to rant. But... I love my local Foodlion but they have new lady at deli and since there se has never cut my deli like i WANT it. I dont ask for nothing strange just thin sliced. A little bit less than 1. And never happens😞😒 I dont like thick cut cheese or hams and i guess ill have to force myself to go to Walmart😠😠😱😨😨😨😓

Very clean, tidy and always stocked with things you do and don't need. The only thing I suggest is that if bottled (in the 6-pack, not 2 liters) Pepsi products are on sale, go ASAP or you won't get any regular Mountain Dew. Lol I like Diet Mountain Dew better because it tastes like the regular Mountain Dew used to taste (back in the 90's). Nowadays, it's too syrupy, but I digress. Just forewarning all of you guys that like Mountain Dew; pay attention to those sales! ☺️ The layout is very nice, too. The produce is always fresh as well. The cashier, Gina, is really intelligible when it comes to how things are bagged, too. I sit things on the belt the way she bags them and no one ever follows that. Boxed things go with boxed things, cold things go with cold things, etc. It makes it easier to put them away at home and I'm a tad bit obsessive compulsive when it comes to organization anyways.All in all, this Food Lion is great.
