The store had things and boxes in the aisles. Nothing organized.But the worst impressions was the cashier. She was bagging my items and I noticed she put a lot of my drinks in one bag. Well the bag look like it it would break. So I grabbed an extra bag. She caught a big attitude. She then stated that she was trying to conserve her bags, because the store was almost out. Her next statement was, if I wasn't on my phone, she would have explained that to me. When bringing the cart back in she had the nerve to be talking about me to another customer. Then she addressed me to the other customer as Those People. Well let me set the record straight. I was on my phone talking about my sister that just passed away. I don't recommend anyone supporting that location. If you can employ a person that makes a comments like"(Those People)", I cannot put my money their.

Probably the best DG to shop in the area. Clean and stocked, and best of all--the staff is friendly and helpful. Can be hard to find these days. Keep it up!

I feel that the store itself has gotten a bit better. They are trying to stock a wider range of products and the store layout doesn't seem as cluttered admit was before. You can't beat the prices if your picking up quick items for the house either

Went at 6pm December 23rd and they were closed parking lot was full of potential customers, no signs on the door stating that they were closed, the manager or key holder outside smoking the store is always a mess the only reason I stop there is convenience I would fire everyone and start over recovery hasn't been done in a long time I have been a manager of DG twice and I would have fired everyone of them just in store appearance!!!!

If I could give this store a negative star review I would have!! Let's see where to begin? Well for starters I have went up there several times and have seen the employees smoking around the outdoor products such as the clothes and stuff, they also smoke right next to the door. I am guessing they weren't on break since when I get up to the register they walk right in and cash me out! You can't walk in that place the aisles are overly crowded and hardly anything is ever in it's right place! Also some of the employees act like it is such a burden when you ask them for their help. They must not treat their employees too good either since there always seems to be a new one each week!! How do y'all get away with half the things you do in this store? Must be bad management!! I will not spend another penny at this store, or any of the other Dollar Generals in the area they all seem to be the same!!

This place has the rudest employees. Every time I say I wont go back there, I end up running in to pick up something quick an every employee I encounter is rude. For no reason i can tell. Different days, it doesn't matter. Every employee has a attitude or rude about something. The store is usually a mess with boxes everywhere. I will drive a little further to another dollar general before I ever go back n that store.

This is the WORST DG around. They just remodeled it, but it is a hot nasty mess! The shelves are never stocked, there is all kinds of merchandise sitting around in the island's, and the staff especially the Mgr is worthless!! I will drive 10 min out of my way from now on to avoid this sess pool. Don't waste your time going here!!

The manager here is absolutely mentally disabled and entitled from her all powerful job. I've literally preformed their jobs for them, multiple times because of their inability to preform even basic motor skills or basic thinking abilities.Coming here is akin to training a newborn to eat food. You can force it in their mouth but their young and fragile brains can't handle the thought process of closing their mouth.Avoid this location unless you want to deal with braindead hillbilly local yokels. Specifically, the primary daytime Woman manager.

Close to my home, but by far the worst DG I have ever seen! Rude, dumb employees, nasty tatoos and cigarettes, and butts everywhere! Even outside is Always dirty, carts everywhere! Only gonthere ig really hard upnfor time. Always regret it.

Dollar General Cherryville.No lights at all in parking lot..very dark and dangerous.Inside one person whom was way in back doing stocking. Look like it was closed and glad I am honest as I could have loaded up on charcoal and sidewalk specials...

Gonna have to find a different store eveytime i go to check out i have to play musical checkout cause a friend comes in and they close the checkout im in to open another so the friend dosnt have to wait they are checked out before you .this insnt right.its happened too many times im beginning to think they have something against handicaped people.

I went there for Cod Fish and I got Cod Fish. The service was fine.The worker didn't wear a mask and when I pointed it out she still didn't put one on.I won't be going back to that one.

This store needs some serious help. The last manager was awesome and the store was immaculately taken care of. Now, the store is always in a mess, and you can't find anything you need anymore. The inventory here is not what it used to be. Please send help!

Dollar general is my go to store. They have everything I need. I can get in and out fast if I need to. The employees are always very nice and helpful. The store is always clean

I hate self checkout butr prefer it over standing in line for 15 minutes to ok overpay for detergent. Cigar wraps only 85 cents so you at least get 2 stars.

Probably doesn't deserve 1 star. Store needs a cleanup inside n out. Stocker also need training. Looks like merchandise was just thrown on shelves. Also had lot of empty spaces. Looked more like a junk store.

This store is a mess. It always has stuff in isles and just thrown on shelf.As a company it also needs a lot of improvement. Sales add never matches shelf price, they rarely ever have anything that is advertised. Why place adds if you are not going to carry the merchandise

This Dollar General is messy and just looks like things are thrown out instead of being put correctly on the shelves. The staff act like they would rather be somewhere else.

They do not understand the meaning of clearance. They said that it was on clearance because the product was being discontinued but not discounted. Every other store have ever been to the clearance aisle is 4 discounted discontinued products.

Forget trying to call them, Their phone is busy all the time, like it's off the hook. They need to keep more stock on their shelves. Lot's of times i go there the items i want to buy are not in stock.
