Our Caputo's experience was great! The food was tasty & delicious. Our servers were friendly & helpful. The only complaint that I have is the restroom situation. The restroom is a very small unisex restroom, with no diaper changing station, & the paper towels were placed on the back of tge toilet. Personally, I don't feel that's sanitary for staff nor for patrons at all. That's the only issue that really bothered me. Everything else is great!

The food was fantastic The pizza had a gorgeous crust , bubbly on the edge and thin and crisp on the bottom. The calzone was a work of art,lovely to look at ,stuffed full of goodies including a fabulous creamy ricotta, and .finished with sesame seeds and herbs. The wings were plump, crisp and juicy. The prices for lunch were so inexpensive,! Nine dollars including a drink. The 2 of us ate all that for under $20! It is nothing fancy as far as decor.. but you can't eat atmosphere.

Best chicken Caesar salad anywhere! The dressing is always on point. Fast, friendly service. Always greeted with a smile. My husband raves about their calzones. One of our favorite places to eat.Kid-friendliness: High chairs available. Staff is accommodating and helpful.

Great food and friendly service! Food tastes fresh and authentic compared to the commercial pizza places in town! This time I ordered a wedge salad and meatballs. Let me just say these meatballs are HUGE! They are tender and come boxed in an amazing sauce. And the wedge salad was far better than I’ve had at expensive restaurants! Super fresh and crisp, topped with tomatoes, blue cheese and a generous handful of bacon. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

I ordered delivery on a custom pizza and asked for ricotta cheese, in hindsight I shouldn't have! The whole thing was covered in almost an inch of ricotta cheese. I like ricotta but not that much, jeez. The pizza wasn't even edible and everything fell off of it as soon as you picked it up. I could barely even pick apart the other toppings because they were covered in ricotta. Very disappointed I spent $30 on a pizza I couldn't eat and a drink filled with mostly ice. It seems like the person making the pizza was having a bad day, they knew this pizza wasn't good when they made it.

I just ordered from here for the first time. We ordered pizza, wings and salad. I am quite fussy when it comes to wings. This was hands down the best wings I've ever had as takeout! The salad and pizza were great too! I am a new customer for life!

I was hoping to find the classic " hole in the wall" restaurant that had great food. Didn't find it here. Ordered the bianca pizza and my wife had a calzone. Calzone looked good and she enjoyed it. My pizza was average at best. Had fresh basil but I think it would have been better if it was put on the pizza after it came out of the oven. Not enough garlic either. Also had the fried mushrooms and they were overcooked and too dark, had a bitter taste. Bill came out to 40 bucks. Way to much money for the quality of the food. Would not recommend the pizza. Maybe the calzones. Very disappointed 😞 on the bright side, the waitress gave us some bread sticks because of the long wait and they were very good. See

We moved here 2 years ago and never tried Caputo's until tonight and MAN am I kicking myself for not coming here sooner! The staff was absolutely wonderful! So attentive and so calm even with our 5 year old daughter! The food was absolutely perfect! My husband and I had the boneless wings and our babies both had pizza and battered fries! It was all so delicious! The lemon pepper and buffalo wings were AMAZING! Also, the ranch was so good..I normally don't like ranch but theirs was great! I seriously can not say enough good things about this little place! We will be back many more times! Thank you!

The Philly Cheesesteak lacked steak. For the price the sandwitch needs to be alot bigger. But the food was good! As you can see from the picture the Cheesesteak was rather more bread than steak and cheese. I will be back though!

As a former New Yorker I am always looking for pizza that reminds me of home... Caputo's absolutely fits that description. The crust is tender inside and crispy outside, sauce isn't too sweet, cheese and toppings fresh and generous. The chicken parmesan pizza is our favorite but you really can't go wrong. Chicken parm and meatball parm heroes are great too! Delivery drivers always fast and friendly, the restaurant is clean and pleasant for those who want to dine in.

My family and I have been regulars at Caputo's Pizza Company since they opened. We moved from Jersey almost two decades ago and were thrilled to have pizza from home so close. We have always recommended them and used them as our go to for pizza night but today we had a different request. My father is on hospice care and one of the last things he asked for was a family pizzas party. When my grandmother called to place our order today and gave our address they immediately recognized it and asked if we were having a party, my grandmother went on to explain the situation and was placed on a brief hold. Little did she know she was speaking to the owners wife, she went back and spoke to her husband who took 50% off our order and also sent dessert.Throughout this difficult process I have remembered I am blessed and there’s angels everywhere watching just waiting to help, Vito Caputo I consider you one of them. My family cannot thank you enough for your kindness and the always amazing pizza 🧡🍕

I LOVE this place! I’m northern AND Italian and was THRILLED to find authentic REAL Italian food in Gaston county NC! Great food , great prices… I’ve tried everything from the salads to the pizzas to the tiramisu and everything I’ve had has been absolutely amazing here! Definitely five stars!
