Came in here to drop a package off and print a label. Older lady at photo counter would not let me print a label / drop off my package, despite being a fedex shipping center. Also had a very rude personality. Would not recommend

Their pharmacy is the worst! There's only me and one of the person, and yet they see me with a prescription card for alegra. And yet they act like nobody exists. I've been waiting for almost an hour. Extremely unprofessional and they most likely don't know what they're doing! I'll never be a customer here again!

Had a scheduled Covid test for 3:15. I was told to wait, ended up not getting the test until 4:15. Then I was told I would have the results in 30mins. Here it is 2 1/2 hours later no results. I called the pharmacy and the physician says he forgot. I paid for this test out of pocket.

This is the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. But then again it is on Milton Road, slums with bottom of the barrel pharmacists. Don't know why I expected any better. I will never be a customer here again!!!!!

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for the last two years and they are just so good. I’ve gotten all my Covid shots and boosters here and flu and pick up my meds here too. They are very professional and really nice and have great personalities. They’re always well staffed and attentive! Thank you for making trips to the pharmacy a breeze! ❤️

The prices advertised do not ring up correctly at the register and the cashiers get an attitude if you try to get the correct price. The pharmacy employee refused to ring up a purchase and told me to take it to the front. It was actually for supplements that I wanted to put on my FSA account. Rude.

The pharmacy team at this Walgreens is outstanding! Walgreens lost my vaccination appointments, but the folks here worked with me to get my shots. They were patient, caring and understanding in the face of a lot of challenge. Huge thanks to these guys for what they do!!!

The pharmacy employees are honestly unprofessional and not knowledgeable on the insurance process and policy’s. When calling they immediately put you on hold and do not come back to the phone. I received a message that my prescriptions were ready only to come to the drive thru and they not be ready…. Such a horrible experience that makes me even feel unsafe to take the medications i received from them. When feeling sick and down, going through a hassle for meds make you feel even worst.

The service at this location was fantastic. The pharmacy manager checked my dad's blood pressure and she was very thorough. She had looked up his most recent prescriptions from about 2 weeks ago, and asked about his medications regarding high blood pressure before proceeding. She was also very friendly, and had a nice smile, which is a great plus. :)Also, while awaiting the prescription to be refilled, we asked an employee about a specific sale, and he walked us over to the product, told us about it, and suggested a few items for us.

WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER USED. I request a specific brand for my medication and even have my doctor make a note for this request but they will take it upon themselves to refill with whatever brands they have in the store without asking me or making me aware until I come to pick up. I now check online before driving to pick up and they still get it wrong every time not just the brand but the quantity. Every time I request my refill for three months worth of medication they will only give me one month and I will have to come back or call and have this corrected. I have had lapses in taking my medication because they simply cannot get my prescription correct, EVER. Getting a prescription should never be as aggravating as this Walgreens makes it. I would give them no stars if google would let me.

Unpleasant & SLOW service. Dropped off prescription at drive-through window and told it’d be ready in 45 minutes. Came back 2 hours later and had to WAIT 20 minutes because it was not ready. Seems like they are always understaffed. And notNot first time this happens, but I come here because it is less than a mile from my home. Hoping service will improve one day 🤷🏽‍♀️

Every single time I’ve dealt with this location I’ve encountered rude workers, issues with orders and slow wait times. After reading the reviews I’m not the only one. I recommend using a different pharmacy chain. This store is awful.

I dropped off my prescription with Kathy Vu at 5:15 pm Thurs Feb 11. She said it was in stock and it could be ready at 730pm that evening and they pharmacy is open until 10pm. I needed it for surgery the next morning, to take with me. I decided to wait and grab it on my way to the appt the next day.We arrived and Kathy greeted us at the window. Spent several minutes stating we were not in the system and she couldn't find anything for us. This is the same person I dropped off with just yesterday but now she's looking at me like a complete stranger.After a few moments, she returned with my paper prescription in hand and stated they hadn't filled it and needed to call the doctor to verify the date on the prescription. I don't know why they sat on it, hadn't called them or me to advise of the issue earlier and hadn't just called the Dr. I expressed the urgency, since my surgery is in 20 mins now, and she disappeared for 15 mins.When she returned she said she did verify with the Doctor, but had forgotten to check and now she's seeing they don't have the prescription in stock. I explained that I was on the way for my survey appt, had taken time off work, and I needed it. She offered no alternatives. Handed my paperwork back to me and that was it.When my doctors office called them back (because Kathy had just told them they DID have it), she then lied and said we dropped the prescription at closing the night before and she hadn't had time to look at it until now. My doctor asked if they could call neighboring pharmacies to try to find it, but they would not.She lied when I dropped it off, did absolutely nothing in the 10 working hours that they had it, then lied to my doctor, and made no attempt to rectify the situation.DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. Untrustworthy and incompetent!

I dont know where to start so many issues with that store. I consider myself a polite person I treat everyone with respect. Almost all the employees are rude no matter how nice you approach them. I feel so bad it's not my natural being rude I cant, I have to go to a different location because my local Walgreens dont pay attention how there are operating.

Don't get your passport photos done here!!! They photoshopped our pictures to have a white background which the passport office couldn't take. Cost me extra money. They advertise getting passport photos done with them but they don't follow the rules. I use this walgreens because it is the closest where I live but the front employees are always rude, every time I walk in. Don't come here if you can help it.

The woman who answered the phone in the pharmacy around 6:15pm June 18th was extremely rude to my mother. My mom had her on speaker phone and heard her say “you’re yelling in my ear!” Girl. Either take the phone away from your ear a little or keep it to yourself. Customer service in more important than your snarky remarks.

Takes a long time to get your medication !!! and they don’t gave you all your medication !!!! I had to call After I supposedly picked up all my medication !!!! and I was missing medication so I called to see what’s going on they say they Couldn’t fill it because they didn’t have it!!! They could’ve just let me know when I was at drive -through!!! And didn’t even fill the medicine that was missing that they did have, That’s crazy I guess three kids was too much to handle to fill their medication and let me know that you didn’t have one medication! That’s why I’m just gonna go ahead and transfer to the pharmacy I work at Benzer Pharmacy will hook you up!! This Pharmacy always gives me a problem ! This isn’t the first time!! I end up going because The Benzer Pharmacy that’s near there on the plaza closes at five,

Ok store as long as you don't fill narcotics here [if you do=COUNT before leaving the store], Really weird problem at this store-- there are often a few pills missing when its a narcotics script, usually no more than 3-5 pills. Amazingly the number is never off if it antibiotics or something like that! Weird huh? Even stranger if you talk to the manager about it he denies it.

Went in today to pick up photos from the photo booth. The guy that was working was extremely rude and condescending when I mentioned the order number. If you guys don’t use order numbers, maybe take that up with corporate, I was just trying to make things easier. Either way, learn to talk to people or don’t have a job working with the public. Not happy.
