Booked an appointment and when I got there, they told me that the groomer who was suppose to do it called out. After getting up early and coming in in the rain, they brushed me off and basically told me tough luck, I could come in a different day. Why didn’t they call me to cancel my appointment before I took the time to get my dog ready and drive over? That’s a good question.This also isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had with them.If you actually value your time and money, I would suggest going somewhere else.

My dog got transfered from PetSmart in Rock Hill. I've had 5 appt and either time they could see my dog because they were scared of her, never had a issue in RH..they wanted me to sedate her to be seem..Just a waste of time, need better people in vet clinic

Wish I could give zero stars. Before reading, DO NOT BOOK!Terrible experience at PetSmart Perimeter Parkway. Called on a Sat night for a grooming appt, was told I was could come at 9am est the next day (a Sunday). I understand it is completely rare that appts are open on weekends. Rearranged our schedule given we were delighted to have been able to get in, only to get a call literally 40 minutes into our drive that the groomer was injured and could not groom our 4 month old puppy. After being informed, I spoke to who shared he was the general manager (Sean), who mentioned they could only get us in 2 days later.Several questions as to WHY I was booked (given the associate is injured) or moreso WHY the associate is even booking clients with such limitations. So many questions, but what tops the cake is the manager sharing that “we cannot force an employee with an injury to groom”. WHY IS SHE WORKING IF SHE CAN’T PERFORM THE FUNCTION? WHY IS SHE EVEN BOOKABLE? We heard horror stories about this Pet Smart grooming and clinic service, and now I see WHY! Happy to share more of my experience and I do hope management sees this review. Will be calling corp tomorrow when I get in the office. DO NOT BOOK THEM, better to pay a boutique for RELIABILITY purposes.
