Staffs are very friendly and the place is clean, well lit, and usually not crowded. The parking space is adequate.The fashion section for men is quite good, though you won't see higher tier brand for sale here. Books are mixed bag. Electronic section is not good, mostly composed of old items that people won't pick up anyway.

This is a convenient location for the area and the staff is overall friendly. I have seen the drop-off line back up several cars without anyone coming out to help several times, which can discourage people from donating. Goodwill also has a lot of restrictions on what they accept, so I donate to other groups as well.

I’ve been here many time if not hundreds, i all most always find 2000’s clothes or y2k clothings and wish there would be more because its hard to find them but anytime that i have found any they have been amazing and i would recommend it to any one who dresses y2k or 2000’s.

I purchased a crib from this location. Although I was told workers could not take the crib apart to fit in my car, there was a worker who was kind enough to assist me with the last screw I could not get out and loading in my car. He was professional, friendly, and patient with me.

I was surprised to find a pretty decent shoe section. Sadly the customer service was not very good. The check out lines got backed up so an employee was paged to the front by name. She said exclaimed to myself and other shoppers that she wasn't going!

Very disappointed in the service, I bought a TV for $59 and returned it because it didn't work. I didn't get a refund just a store credit for that amount plus tax about $65. It was supposed to be on a store credit but when I went to redeem it a week later the card had never been activated in the store and of course I had discarded my receipt so without it I was stuck giving Goodwill $65.

This Goodwill is clean and pleasant. Things are organized well and its easy to find good stuff. Staff is pretty good also. Update: The staff has gone downhill and sometimes the wait in line has been so long I have just put my stuff back and left.

I don't know what was worse the rude customers or cashier. I waited in line for 10 minutes before they called for any additional help. Now I work retail I do understand. However when asked for the next guest in line I had two ladies skip ahead of me.... Again it happens. However when it was my turn the cashier a young dark headed girl wouldn't even make eye contact with me, looked at the next customer who ignored the fact I was there and said oh she's next and started to ring the other customers merchandise again all while I was standing there..... I had to put my items down and leave..... Here is a tip, from someone who works retail and customer service. If you chase away your customers you make no money. I will not be back to this location.

Very clean store and well organized, all staff was very friendly with the exception of a young girl cashier (J). So when it is time to check out she makes her way to the front and opens swing door so wide that it banged into my child. However she did give a bland apology and when manager came up he opened it and grabbed it so that it would not slam into no one. We addressed the previous issue and he apologized for her rudeness.

This is a great Goodwill. Friendly staff. Rotation of merchandise is rapid so if you even think you might want it, grab it and carry it around because it won't be there when you come back.This store has clean bathrooms and cold water fountain.Not free-range-child friendly.If you kids are loud, wandering or making a scene they will call you out.My kids are good.Told them if an employee asked where their grown up was; to reply, I am a grown up. I'm just short.I'll up date if we get to this point..lol

Your web services and customer service are terrible. I received 3 calls from you at 4AM in the morning and several messages. I do not appreciate this kind of solicitation, I removed my initial review and feel it essential feedback that you know how disruptive this kind of business practice is. I will not be purchasing from you in the future, and consider any correspondence harassment.

The staff are amazing! The problem is they have raised the prices so much that the same stuff is now just sitting on the shelfs for months at a time. I would guess that 75% of their customers are resellers and you are pricing away the profits. How many customers do they get in a week looking for a $10 dvd player maybe one? Verses 10 resellers buying 10 -$5 DVD players, $10 vs $50 so you are losing money. I try to visit everyday and I have seen the same stuff sitting on the shelves for a month. Baseball gloves that where 4.99 are now 9.99 and there they sit, same gloves for the last 3 weeks. This used to be the best GW in Charlotte, now it's like number 9.

This is probably the neatest Goodwill I've ever been in. They also have a really large selection of clothing, only 3 stars because I couldn't tell who worked there. No one said hello or asked if I needed help. Customer service is slightly lacking in that aspect and it's not apparent who is an employee and who is a customer.

The mens section is tiny. All Shirts (including t shirts) are grouped together and almost $5 a piece. This store used to be better

A good place to find all kinds of items for daily living at a inexpensive price. Just make sure you have all parts of multipart items before you leave the premises. You only have 7 days to notify them of a problem and the Mgr at this location was unyielding in working out a compromise. But she did give us the option to return the item for a refund.

Of all the goodwills and all the city this is one of the ones that I stopped at on a weekly basis I'm a reseller and I travel around going Goodwill to goodwill. if you're debating on stopping here or traveling here, you probably won't be let down. They're always busy but for a reason. Not exceptional service but what would you expect from a Goodwill

Staff here is friendly and eager to help. When it comes to donating you just drive up staff will help unload everything from your vehicle. When it comes to good finds they have a decent clothing selection but prices have gotten a bit higher as the economy has suffered.

I have been to quite a few Goodwill stores. This is by far the best. Clean, well organized, without that tell take smell of used clothes. Makes your shopping experience a pleasure!

Love this store! Not unusual to find items with the tags still on them. Because of the location of the store (close to a couple of extremely high end neighborhoods) you can find awesome deals on well known, expensive name brands.

This is a really nice Goodwill. Clean environment also. The only thing they need to do to make costumers happy is seperate the mens and womens jeans. Other than that i love this location
