Its a ghetto store. Their previous store was on Eastway Drive next Food Lion but moved up the street. management has change a new store manager Rah and is a bit better. The cashiers could be better however they won't have self checkout because of theft. They have lots of products and could be less crowded with items.

I’m basing my stars on the customer service. What happened to greeting the customers? Saying having a great day?! Cashiers don’t say anything just take your money and give you a receipt. It’s so sad this is what it’s come to. On the plus side, the store was very clean.

I was the ONLY person in the span of an hour to be told to "check my bag" at the counter, aka, sit my purse on top of the ice machine where anyone walking by could take it. 1 hour and 27 other women with purses and not a single one was told to leave their bag like I was.As if that isn't discriminatory and offensive enough, I then had to stand at the register for 10 minutes, waiting for one of the 6 employees working to come to the front. I literally could have walked out with my items and no one would have known because they were all in the back talking about breakfast pizza and how cool it was that they now sell chicken tenders.But yes, profiling people and checking their bags will totally fix your theft problem. I won't be returning to this store.

We love to come ro this dollar tree but every time we come some time we don't want to take something he said we can't do that tell me what store Will tell u that fire him!!! They never have change store la always empty if i can give them 0 stars i Will!!!

Kenneth provides great customer service. He has only been at dollar tree a short few months, from my coming in the store frequently and when I came back and he was promoted to manager. I’m so happy to see things are turning around. Good to see great workers, who smile and interact with their customers.

Apparently they can’t get people to work here. There were two people working when I went. One person at the register, the other holding the door closed so no one could come in. They claimed the store was “too crowded” although there were less than 15 people in the entire store. After 10 minutes of people slowly filtering out, they confided that they weren’t letting people in because people were stealing. As if to imply that if they let us in we would steal. That is very discriminatory and rude. I was appalled by the lack of care they had for the customers.

I love crafting and they have a pretty good selection of projects I can pick from. Whether it’s flowers or something to paint, I’ve found some good items there. I deducted one star simply because it’s always a long line and one register open every time I go. Customer service isn’t the best but I can imagine the workers are just overworked like pretty much every company across America these days.

I do believe this cashier is new, never seen her before, but on this visit this cashier was really helpful & pleasant. I hate I didn't get her name, but she's short w/ really short hair & a great customer service skill. Maybe she can teach(train) the others good customer service skills.

Went to grab some things as soon as I got off work. Was there at 9:30 when I noticed only one car in the parking lot and the sign was off. I pulled up and someone was outside looking in as if it was closed. I walked up and the person outside told me the woman inside told her she was closing early because she was the other person there. I know doing your job can be tough especially when you’re close to getting off but you are not to close an entire store 30 minutes early when people rely on your store for personal needs. It was very unfortunate circumstances. Hopefully I will enter the store and be able to change my opinion.

A selection of some of everything u cud need for ur you, &/or kids, pets, car and household! Often same brands found in other stores at a higher than $1 cost. Fairly clean and well organized.Only qualms at this particular location:1. Bathroom hasn't bn available for I dont know how long. After spending a few hours and $50-100 this is definitely an issue.2. While I've always found staff helpful and pleasant there are rarely enough of them. U could journey through the whole store before finding one.3. For some reason after a line extends down an isle toward nearly the back of the store; a manager must specifically be requested to come out and assist. Saturdays, lunchtimes and during holiday prep periods of days/weeks it becomes a major problem that seems to stem from a lack of foresight!Bottom line though, it is a worthwhile trip for the savings. Living on a disability income makes it part of my monthly budget. In addition, I prefer it to Dollar Generals where all I've visited, seem to have an old, somewhat musty odor permeating the air. But that's just my opinion.

This location use to be on eastway square but relocate it here to have a bigger selection. However I asked an employee that I would like her to rering the items I purchase with today's date on it so I can submit it through a rebate app. The way she said was in a horrible attitude when I talk to her nicely. She didn't have her mask on. The manager on duty wasn't helpful either. I understand dt doesn't do refunds but they do exchanges. I want that girl to get fired she talk behind my back to the customer behind me

Worst Dollar Store in Town! Boxes in the isle always! Never clean Short Staffed! Always out of inventory. Can never help you find anything. They should be embarrassed & the Manager needs to be fired! Ridiculous If think this is a good dollar store... Go to Albermarle Rd. Awesome store stocked clean quick helpful!

These cashier that checked me out was very rude and was questioning me about my son i feel i was racially profiled because of my son not wearing a mask at 7 yrs old... She had customers and herself talking about how i need to raise my son which was none of her buisness. They will never get my money at that location ever again.

Andre gave us a great experience while shopping at Dollar Tree. He saw that I had a leg injury and assisted me with taking 2 heavy items to the register even after I told him I could do it myself he gladly insisted. I highly recommend this Dollar Tree to everyone! Thanks Andre!

Store was to cluddered and check out lines to long and some clerks were walking around like they didn't care that the lines were long and went on about their business as if they weren't there to work or help at all. But our cashier with the dreads was very friendly and polite. His name was Something like Shori. He's the only reason I gave them 3 stars.

The salesperson was taking pictures of me when I spoke to the manager he did nothing to to solve the problem he was acting as if he was scared of the sales person. I felt very Violated cause I didn't know the sales person nor did they ask my permission to take my picture VERY UNACCEPTABLE.I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY THERE AGAIN

Bigger and alot more stuff to choose from them the dollar tree near me . . Pretty clean. When i got there , there was no carts out front in store like i am used too . Maybe they were all taken and the store was not packed .

Its ok for it being in east Charlotte, so you already know what to expect by your surrounding area. The only issue I have with this dollar tree is that they always have only one line open no matter what time of day it is. So 3 out of 5

Dollar Tree is economical for buying toiletries, party items, paper products and even a few food items. I like the body washes they have. I buy enough for about six weeks for just 6 dollars. My readers I get there too in all colors, $1 each.

I have been looking all over for the Oval roasting pan came too Dollar tree and boom they had plenty and then sum. The only bad thing about it that I didn't like was it was only 1 register open and the line was very long. Raise your pay and maybe you can keep people.

Apparently this location isn’t open past 6pm even though there hours say until 9pm. I’ve tried 3 times now since they are down the street from my place around 7pm and they were closed. Change your advertised hours!

Went there to pick up a few items I enjoyed the time I was there... they had two lines no one was complaining and I know why they wasn't complaining the cashiers they had such a pleasant and welcoming voice I found everything quite pleasent.
