I had been looking for a xlarge box for 3 days dealing with morons at packaging and shipping stores then I walked in this place and was greeted with the best customer service out of all the 8 stores I went to!! including big names... and she found my box in minutes even measured it out her self to make sure!! I highly recommend this place..

Awesome Service! The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful over the phone. She answered all my questions (which I had many questions) she was courteous the entire call. I went in person to pay because I wanted to buy the lock from them. I am going thru a stressful time and I had a lot on my mind. She made me laugh and turned my day around to a positive vibe!! She went over everything and asked if I wanted to walk up and see the unit first. I will definitely recommend this facility! They get 10 ⭐️’s out of 5!!!! The girl that helped me today (Castle Hayne) deserves a raise!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I drive by this location everyday and I finally got a unit. The young lady (Michelle) behind the desk was very very professional.She helped me with any questions and concerns that I had. I would definitely recommend this location to anybody that needs or can use a unit or parking.PS.The property is looking better and better everything I drive by it. I can only share good news about Go Store It in Castle Hayne. The gentleman who assisted me was Max. He was very thorough with all the information I needed to make the right decision. He escorted me through the gates and showed me the available units in my price range. The entire rental process took mere minutes. The office building and the premises (not including the new building under construction) were clean and inviting and NOT trash-littered. I could not be happier with my rental and the savings I will enjoy over my last storage unit.Thanks Go Store It!Thanks Max!!

Late fees, hidden fees, insurance fees, and regular price raises to fund their new expansion. This place is a money pit and they advertise prices that aren’t even close to what you’ll be paying when renting here. Once any kind of fee is applied to your unit, and it will be, good luck getting the employees to help you understand why or get it off your account. They have a “screw you we can do what we want to” attitude just like all the big brands nowadays. All that money they steal from their customers and they can’t even keep their automatic Gate working. Steer clear of this place and go local owned, I would never use go store it again. This place is shady.
