Great pharmacy staff, and lower prices compared to nearby CVS!Produce quality and selection is great, e-Vic savings and senior discount work for me!Well-stocked and very clean ALL THE TIME!Only thing I never could find was the seasonal mincemeat pie filling!- - - - - - - - - - - - - -During a recent pharmacy visit, minutes ago, Pharmacist Jessica carefully & politely mentioned the new, higher co-pay due to Medicare Part D's "doughnut hole."

Could not get through checkout, with only 2 registers working I just stood there, finally I walked out leaving $200 worth of merchandise in the cart, Ive had the same trouble at the N Harrison location as well as the Williams Street location in Apex, after shopping 63 years with Teeter's, it is time for a change

Great store. Seafood department is excellent. Lots of variety and a very knowledgeable staff. Store is always clean and everyone is pretty friendly. Prices can be high but if you stick to what's on sale and do a little couponing you'll spend the same if not less than places like Walmart.

This Harris Teeter is in a good location with good parking. Although it is smaller than other locations, It offers great service. The sub is particularly good here. It's well stocked. It's a very good place to shop.

Great Service. After checking every turkey in the freezer, I asked a meat department person if there were any larger turkeys available. He was busy stocking other items, but he stopped what he was doing and said, that he wasn't sure, but he'd go back and look. I kept on shopping in the meat department. About three minutes latter he came back out looking just a little bit winded. He said "Look, I found one, this is the biggest one we have, it was at the bottom." I was very happy as I was able to go home and tell my wife that my mission was accomplished! Thank you!

We always shop at Publix since it opened several years ago. However we decided to look at Harris Teeter again, but as we walked through checking the usual items we purchase we just kept on walking out the door. Everything we looked at was priced higher than our regular store just down the street.

We've shopped at Harris-Teeter for years in another location and were always pleased. This store, however, should be avoided. They people who work there seem to hate their jobs. The people in the Deli are always backed up and irritable if you dare ask a question. The butchers always act as if you're taking them away from something they would rather be doing and are downright rude.The store itself is always out of multiple items. It is badly managed. Most of the employees have no idea where items are when you ask them.We're going to try a different Harris-Teeter in the area before abandoning them altogether. Since we've been happy with their stores in other locations maybe this one is an outlier. Corporate needs to step in and fix this one or close it and start over.

Friendly staff and clean well stocked store. Things got busy in the midst of the rain, but the manager checked me out at the self checkout and made sure I had a young man take my groceries out to my car. He's always hustling around making sure things are running smoothly and assisting customers. I believe his name is Josh with the ponytail who is super nice too.

The manager banned us a while ago. There was no good reason. No one has made it clear that we can come back. I'll happily come back if I'm welcome.Update (09/22/2022): Five months have passed since this review was posted and we still have no confirmation about whether we're welcome or not. I highly suggest that you avoid this place.

Cashier need to learn to bag. Basic 101. Self checkout I refuse unless u give me a discount to do my own work. Just train cold products with cold, don't heavier items on top of soft or breakable item like eggs. Just good comment sense.

Friendly clean, comprehensive grocery store. We like a lot of the store brand products, good produce section. The deli subs are worth the cost if you get the sale sandwich of the day.

I have to say that Harris Teeter goes above and beyond for their customers. I placed a pick up order today to be picked up between 5:30-6:00. I got there at 5:40 and they said the order was not quite ready and asked if I'd mind coming back shortly and they would take $10 off my order. I was fine with that and they had to replace a few items but gave me the best of each replacement. I love this store everyone is always willing to go out of their way to help. I am a very satisfied customer.

Always has a great selection and has very friendly staff. Every time I have gone in and could not find a product, the staff was eager to help me find it, often times walking with me to the product location to ensure that I found it regardless of the task they were previously completing. They show very good customer service and this Harris Teeter is my primary store even though two others are equidistant from my house.

The male pharmacist with dark hair was extremely patient, helpful, and communicative when I had to get my covid booster. I accidentally showed up on the wrong day but he was still able to fit me in. Also, all the other employees in the store were very friendly.Thanks for making my day!!

Something happened to the store in the last few weeks. It used to be excellent or close to, and then changed practically overnight. Now they are short-staffed for checkout, empty shells are all over the place and are not being restocked for days, they are routinely sold out on many items ranging from basics like milk to items with months of shelf life (order more when running low? nah, why bother) - just to name a few issues. I get it that some of it is just normal functioning of a large store but they definitely used to know better. Shopping experience is now in the negatives and no better than any cheaper option like Walmart or Food Lion.

Worst deli at any Teeter I have ever been to. If you try to order lunch meat while at store, they will not have it ready by time you are done with rest of shopping (15 or 20 mins).If you try to order online, as we did today, it will still not be ready. Ordered 1lb of turkey and half lb if ham at 11:40ish, the system said will be ready at noon. Go shopping, 12:10 still not ready. So finish and do not wait for it -- then get the text that our order is ready at 1:09pm.This is par for the course for this Teeter, not an isolated incident. Just sad how far they have slipped service wise.

Best customer experience I have had. I have definitely made this my Harris Teeter. I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter and unfortunately they were not able to make the cake I ordered. To make up for it, they made my daughter a beautiful birthday cake that was 10x's better and gave it to me for free! This kind of customer service is very rare to find these days. I want to say a special thank you to Phil and all of those in the bakery!

I stood in Line for 17 min. trying to get a sandwich while 2 other employees stood there talking. I don't understand why they are not helping each other. This is the second time in two days they have done this to me. The funny thing is both times a white person came to the counter they jumped to help. I don't understand why I'm being treated like this here. I don't get treated like this at any Harris Teeters

Be careful. They are constantly selling stuff past its date - Yogurt, other perishable items as well as dry stuff that’s 2 months past its best by date. Still giving three stars bc the location is convenient, parking’s good, and cashiers are friendly and efficient.
