Terrible pharmacy. I always have to wait forever on the phone but it is constantly picked up and put back on hold. Whenever I have prescriptions called in, they are never ready and I have to sit and wait for 10-20 minutes. My friend is a local provider and says they also have difficulty getting through to even call in prescriptions. I have been sick for 3 months and desperately needed a steroid inhaler, insurance declined but walgreens did not notify me. I had to call and wait to find out. Then they told me what insurance would cover so I could share it with my provider. This afternoon I got an automated call saying it wasn't in stock and would be a few days. I literally talked to someone in the pharmacy 4 hrs prior that told me what to request and they said nothing about it being out of stock. I have no voice and have severe respiratory issues and that is their idea of customer service. Don't even bother with this place, find a different pharmacy. I now have to wait an entire day for medication to literally help me breathe.

Messed up my prescription. Got it denied by my insurance because it was too soon for a refill, but it is a brand new prescription and not a refill. The passed the phone around, and no one could give me an answer. Told them I was calling corporate, and they threatened to call the police on me if I did. I called corporate and filed a complaint anyway.

Pharmacy staff is horrible and unconcerned with customers. I stayed on hold today 11/30/ 23 for over 15 minutes with no one, ever answering the phone, but they took the time, when it rang back to make sure that they hung it up. I could hear that four times. I have also registered online for a covit booster and went in at the appropriate time. They informed me that boosters had expired. I would have loved a better explanation instead of wasting my time. I called before I registered, with again no answers, so it's a pattern. They have lots of bad reviews with NO Accountable . The staff is mostly unfriendly and unhelpful. STORE has a mom and pop feel but not a mom and pop friendliness. Walgreens in AYDEN, it does not even feel like I'm at a regular Walgreens. It's very unprofessional. And WHY IS A WALGREEN ALLOWED TO CLOSE@ 8pm. IT'S WALGREENS..... one day staff was helpful about helping me to see of they had a test, that might check clostrol levels. I'm sure she is no longer there. I don't want to be all negative. Staff up front are normally very nice.

This is the sorriest pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They can't get prescriptions right . They lie about when it will be ready. You wait on hold for long periods of time when you can hear them pick up and hang back up on you. They are rude in person and very disrespectful to customers.

I dont know what the lady's name is but but she is a older white lady. Extremely rude. There is a big yellow 90% of sun that reads 90% off summer apparel. It is hanging over a rack of sundresses a pick up a blue one and take it to the cashier. She says put in your phone number. It only takes the price down by 50%. The dress is originally 2199 I tell her i think that is incorrect. The Sign says 90% off. She says no, that is the correct price. Do you want the dress? I decline and leave? That is false advertisement. I see why this store has such a horrible rating do better walgreens.

I have been on hold over 45 minutes just to ask a question with pharmacy. They pick up and then transfer it to hold again so no one can get through. This is crazy for people who needs their meds . Like the elderly and sick people.

Poor customer service. No one in line but me, store was nearly empty except for employees and stood at the pharmacy front desk for a good 5 minutes before any one of the 4 pharmacy employees even acknowledged me. That was only after I asked if someone could help me in picking up my prescription. I was told that they had their own stations, (apparently acknowledging a customer is no ones"station") and that the others are actually on lunch. I get that, no problem, just acknowledge me and let me know that it will be a minute.

Horrible customer service. Pharmacy manager called me a “nasty person” after she told me my meds would be ready today and they weren’t so I went today, gave them until 5:00pm and I arrived and she told me they won’t be ready until tomorrow. It wasn’t my fault but I was called a nasty person. Unbelievable

Please....😡This pharmacy is NOTHING good....they NEVER have your prescription ready...😡even after it's been call in a week ahead...you still have to wait about the end of the month...😡and they always have an attitude problem!!!😡 Thinking of going elsewhere who welcome Customer!! This is far the worse pharmacy I've ever let fill my meds!!😡

Went to drive through. Wanted to pick up prescriptions and use the express shopping. Not so the case. Waited over 15 minutes in drive through. When she came to the window, I said I had 2 things. She gave me a bag and thought it was that easy. Left the drive through to find there was only the express order and not my prescriptions. It got even better when I was inside. This place is a joke.

I can't get anyone to answer the phone, line will only hold me for ten minutes, I've spent the last two hours trying to get through just to be hung up on. I have a problem with one of my prescriptions that can't really wait like this. I'll be working toward moving my prescriptions somewhere else. 2021 edit: no improvements made and they are CONSTANTLY losing my spouse's prescriptions. Terrible service. The pharmacy tech that answers the phone gives a lot of attitude and loves to hang up halfway through service. If I could give negative stars I would.

When someone finally answered the phone (after multiple attempts to get someone to answer) I told her what my question was. She said wait one minute. She put the phone on the counter where I could hear everyone else talking in the background. I continued to wait for 22 minutes expecting her to come back However she picked up the phone without saying hello and just hung it up. I called because I did not want to Have go into the pharmacy as we are supposed to be practicing social distancing. When I went into the pharmacy to complain the pharmacist said “she has hearing aids”. This is not an excuse for being rude and had nothing to do with not getting someone else to answer the phone if she could not hear me.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Do yourself a favor and get your prescriptions filled anywhere else. (I recently moved all my prescriptions to Edwards pharmacy) Even the Walgreens in Winterville is fine. Only applies to this storeAlmost impossible to speak to the pharmacy via the phone. Does not stock/will not order common 3ml (doctor prescribed) syringes, and expect to wait in line even if your the only person in line!

The worst drug store we have every been to the people who work in the pharmacy are the rudest they need to be fired . I can call and it takes them forever to fill your meds and most of the time they only have half of your meds and knowing you come every month for years but they always have to order your meds. The other Walgreens I can go in and out in ten minutes I don't know what they are doing in Ayden . Even our insurance has took them off our drug store options Thank you !!

This is literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Every time I have a prescriptions sent her I end up waiting in line for what feels like forever. I truly do not understand why every other pharmacy seems to be able to get things done in a timely manner, but this pharmacy cannot.

Every time in the 2 times I’ve been here I received poor service at pharmacy. There was only 2 people in line and we stood in line as they conversation for 30 minutes like we weren’t even standing there. The cashiers were rude not professional at all will never go back.

I give the pharmacy 0 stars!!! Every time I call to speak to someone they take 20 min to answer the phone then put me on hold. I finally get my medicine situated and the woman tells me it won’t be ready for another 2 hours because “the guy is going to lunch” are you kidding me? Worst customer service ever. I will definitely be switching pharmacies!!

Several bad experiences with the pharmacy. Unprofessional and lengthy experiences on the phone and at the window. Called ahead and confirmed my insurance and price, then arrived and it wasn't covered. Very inconvenient for me.

Absolutely love this pharmacy!! The pharmacy manger will do everything she can for her patients and always has a smile on her face! The techs there know their patients by name and that's hard to do! They do their best and that's all we can ask!

Would give 0 stars if it would compute. This is by far THE MOST INCOMPETENT pharmacy I have had to deal with. Not sure if it is because thrarea isn't working with much or if they genuinely do not understand the process in which to dispense medication. Called twice to verify prescription status, imbecils unable to complete within a 6hour time frame.

Have had very slow service at the drive thru, waited 25 min with 1 car at the window, I called the pharmacy to see I'd I needed to go in, I was put on hold for several minutes, and when they returned was hing up on. When I reached the window I asked about the delay, they said, tou could have came inside??

Have a child with ADHDshe is really good on her medication we have been given the run around by Aden Walgreens all mounth about her medcine she has not had any for 2 and a half weeks now They finslly get it in and give me 5 pills and tell me I will have to wait til the 22cd of the mounth for more medication if she don't have the medication in her she can not be still she is in school and needs to be able to focous she is a great student but not having this .edication affects her whole life

The pharmacy staff they don't help the customer at all. If you need your medication at the time they always tell you, we don't have it and they do not assist you or provide some type of assistance.

Expect the normal Walgreen's experience. Not the largest store but adequate for a small country town like Ayden. Everyone here has been friendly and the place has a home town feel.

This place is terrible I've been many times to pickup my moms meds and give them the goodrx coupon and have always gotten the price it shows for some reason my mom can go and they don't want to give it to her I've used goodrx many many times and have always gotten the coupon price I just think they like to pick on old people besides you wait and wait shes called her meds in 2 days before I go pick them up pull up to window oh we working on them now yeah right you dont get that kind of service at CVS they are great at everything
