I went with the kids school field trip it was amazing they take the kids on a guided tour. They got to see the different food that they feed the animals. The kids got a pet in the baby calves. They have a fake cow the kids can milk. They got to pet the baby calves and then they watched a short video of the farm of how it runs. At the end of the tour each child and paid parent gets to get a small cup of their vanilla ice cream.

Wow!The kindness of everyone at this farm is heartwarming!My daughters school had a field trip.The fact that Jersey cows don't produce the lactose gene is pretty awesome since my two daughters and my wife are extremely lactose intolerant.The ice cream sample we received at the end of the tour was one of the best I had ever had!This farm seems to be ran like a well oiled machine.I hope they continue to expand their reach as far as availability of the products, I had drive from Jacksonville NC to Double R Farm Market(Maple Hill, NC)To get a few pints and a half gallon, however it was well worth the drive!Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerantTruly works for intolerant

Our school group had a fantastic time at Simply Natural last Friday. The two young people acting as our guides were very friendly and informative. They were patient with the children and did a great job of explaining how a dairy farm operates while making sure to allow lots of fun time for interacting with the baby cows. Their animals are well taken care of and the facility is beautiful. Last but not least, the ice cream, milk, and egg nog were out of this world! Definitely a great school trip, family trip, or date idea for animal lovers. We will be back!

First time going to simply natural creamery. The ice cream was delicious and many flavors to choose from. I got the banana split and enjoyed every bite of it. I even bought some milk to take home and look forward to drinking it.

AWESOME PLACE!!! I have driven a bus here for field trips probably four times at least, and always enjoy going on the tour of their farm and creamery. The workers there are all so knowledgeable about their cows and the process of making the milk and everything. It is an excellent field trip for elementary age children. They will love it. And, their ice cream is awesome!!! 😊👍👍

We wanted some farm fresh ice cream even though it's winter and it was so fun. The ice cream tastes delicious. They have a playground for the kids and a baby cow you can pet. Highly recommend checking this place out!Kid-friendliness: Playground and animals. Has baby swings and big kid swings

Beautiful and clean farm that anyone can enjoy. They make seeing the baby calf’s very accessible and the hay ride gives you a tour of the farm for $4. The cinnamon bun ice cream is also one of the best ice creams I’ve ever eaten!

This is a must visit dairy and ice cream shop. They have the best ice cream I’ve ever tasted. This is a great place to take kids to tour a dairy farm and have a fun outing with the family. Our favorite flavors are butter pecan and salted caramel. Highly recommend 🙌🍦

We had no idea this place was so close to our home. it was an awesome surprise. Such a yummy cool treat for these hot days! The whole experience while getting our shakes was so fun . There is so much to do and take in. We loved it and can’t wait to come back with our family .

Beautiful property and creamery store. Lots of delicious ice cream flavors to choose from. Hayride was a great opportunity to be up close and learn about the jersey cows. Spacious grounds with playground, calf petting area, picnic tables, party area. Great day trip for families, schools, 4-H, scouts, etc. to support agriculture in NC!

Great place to visit for all ages. Tours to pet the calves and see their moms being milked and resting are educational and fun. All Jersey milk ice cream is phenomenal, the best I've ever eaten and I have eaten ice cream all around the world. Their buttermilk is fantastic to make pastries and biscuits. Large covered areas for family gatherings, a brand new large playground and numerous activities. Handicap accessible.

They have homemade ice cream and you can even get milk, eggs and other Farm Foods here in. A great family orientated Farm, make sure you call in advance to schedule a hayride.

This is a very nice location. The ice cream is delicious. The tour was wonderful and I was very impressed with the knowledge that the tour guide maintained.

It was very hot the day I went, nearly 100 degree with heat index. Nevertheless farm work is never finished, its a 24 hour day operation, 7 days a week. The farm tour was interesting. So much science involved in farming. The ice cream was so good, flavor tasted real and not sugar based. Creamy and serving sizes were generous. Definitely worth a return trip or find it locally

Great spot out in the country for top notch dairy products including some of the best ice cream I have had in a long time! So many flavors, so hard to choose! Many activities available to keep the whole family happy! Went way out of our way to get there and more than worth the trip.

Ice cream was very tasty and creamy. They have homemade waffle cones that were well worth the price. Ordered one scoop and it was a big, hearty scoop. Prices are very reasonable. Definitely pay them a visit. Great atmosphere and trip to take your family to. There is an adorable petty calf there in a Pin that you can pet.

The BEST ice cream you will ever eat!!❤They make their own waffle cones too! I'm trying to make it through all their scrumptious flavors. Always fun to meet the baby cows too!
