Come into the store everybody's hanging around outside go in shop for some curtains and a few other things go to the checkout ask to use the bathroom.. there's no bathroom! so for a customer spending money you have to use the bathroom while you're in the store the door is right there but you can't use it? So for the employees four five six hour shifts what are they pee at? And take some of that time you got standing outside of the store and clean your store!

My name is Tamara Carson and I am so very disgusted we're going back to Patton avenue family Dollar and seeing the same drug head steel managing that store can call Tasha she don't care what they do longest day be there at the job he's still working on that broke down. On the clock ⏰ when I worked there last he made a lot of money off family Dollar and not working Shelly is scared of him.

Great management and employees, store is very well kept up. They all go the extra mile even walking heavy orders to your car for you. These people are much deserved some better pay for all that they do!

The store is ok but everythinebi go in there it seems like they look down onmebtreatmenlike I'm a homeless person .said just because you have no were to goto you can't sit here and I had just called an Uber to come pick me up to take me to were my house.!!!

The security tag was left on the shower curtain liner during purchase on 4/28/20. The shower curtain liner was $3.15. Thought this was an honest mistake, no big deal. Went into store on 4/30/20 with the product and was told that the security tag could not be removed without the receipt. Told them I do not typically keep receipts on $4 purchases. Showed them my bank statement via my phone that I spent $4 at the Asheville Family Dollar on 4/28/20. There was a lot of attitude from employees. When I walked back in to show them my bank statement the employee rolled her eyes, said "Really, oh my god. I can't deal with her". It is not at all about the money, it is about the lack of respect for another human being. I was told that it was my fault that the security tag was left on when I walked out of the store on 4/28. I have never been informed that it is the responsibility of the customer to monitor alarms for stolen goods. Obviously, I did not hear any alarms ring when I initially left the store with the product. I feel like in this situation, a lot of common sense could have went a long way. Employees who work in customer service should be respectful, helpful, and professional. I experienced none of these attributes today. My husband and I will be taking our business elsewhere.

Wow. Total trash works here. The woman behind the counter seemed fine, but one of their shelf stockers wasn’t wearing a mask. Their door says you have to wear one to come in, but they don’t require their staff to. When I asked him about it he just said, “doesn’t bother me.”

I was pleasantly surprised that they were stocked up with the things I was looking for. Dollar General usually doesn't have in stock the dog treats although they carry them. There was also a nice selection of treats for Halloween with competitive prices, water for the Hurricane coming in, and some pretty clothes, bras, socks, and things marked down half off that were tempting!

Horrible, horrible experience. People lined up into the first aisle and only 1 lane open. No mask or social distancing enforcement. Finally, after over 15 minutes of waiting a second lane opened but did not help much with the wait. As I finally next for my turn at register, I couldn't help but notice 3 employees came out of the tiny Manager's office! Not one cared at the long lines at both of 2 open lanes while a 3rd lane remained closed. This is DESPICABLE retail behavior! I have advanced degrees in management and am qualified to judge this mismanagement precisely. I asked the poor, overworked cashier who the Manager is. "Nikki", the Manager, should be counseled or dismissed for allowing such practices. Boxes of merchandise lay unopened and the shelves bare in many aisles. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK UNTIL I AM ASSURED THIS NONCOMPLIANT BEHAVIOR IS CORRECTED! SHAME ON THIS FRANCHISE! 😡😠😷

I was very touched today I was sitting in my car and was sending my husband a message and our took a good 20 min's if not longer and then 2 guys that we're working channel pot to make sure I was okay and that really touched me there are still people that care store was clean and very helpful and was stocking shelves prices have gone up but dollar tree right next door
