Nice friendly staff always helpful but when ever I go to refill my propane tank I have to wait 20 to 25 minutes before someone from the staff shows up. Same thing happened today I’ve waited 20 minutes in 96 degrees at the refill station and finally a guy came and helped me out also, propane prices they have is higher then others in Asheboro area.

This store is a joke. It seems like the bolt aisle is off limits for the employees. They never have any nuts and bolts I need . I find myself traveling to Greensboro to buy what I need. Just very slack location

THANK YOU ASHLEY!!!!!Coming home from what time is it a trip to buy a new car I had two blowouts on my trailer. Thinking Fast I pulled into Tractor Supply knowing they had a wheel and tire that would go on my trailer. I had the store manager Ashley, come help me find two tires and wheels. Running on a really tight budget she found something that fit my needs and got me back on the road to drive home. Tractor supply saved the day!

Amazing! Now I have never seen an all crew (or almost all crew) of ladies, but those women put most of us guys to shame! I had to get ten cattle panels, they didn't tell me how to do it, or not show up, they were there before I was ready! Wow, was I impressed!

I recently shopped at Tractor Supply and found it to be an incredibly helpful and friendly place to shop. The staff was always willing to assist and answer any of my questions. Whether I was looking for grass seed or a new part for my tractor, they had everything I was looking for. Prices were also affordable and I even got a few good deals! I highly recommend Tractor Supply for anyone who needs quality farming and ranching supplies.

For early morning store delivery, you may have to take your chances if you arrive early during the business day. The parking is very small and you may have to blind side to the dock.

The staff was wonderful but, it wasn't pleasant shopping in the store. We left because it was so hot in there. It was miserable. Poor employees 😕😞

I am not sure what has happened to this store in the last past couple of months but has definitely went down hill. They used to carry the feed that I need on the shelf but now I have to always ask for someone to get it out of the back. Went today to get said feed again today and even though online said it had 34 bags in stock, they said they did not have any. Did not even bother to actually look for it. Will be taking my business else where.

We shop at this store several times a week. Marvin, John and the rest of the staff are top notch, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products their store carries. Marvin and John have especially gone out of their way and above and beyond to help my wife and I when we are looking for something specific. Like I mentioned already, the entire staff are great and pleasant to work with. It is a very stress free shopping environment, Thanks Asheboro Tractor Supply! We'll be back... probably tomorrow!

Christian, the manager was the best. He helped me find the correct welder and matched a price another competitor offered. His store was out of this model and he took the time to call another store for me.He did all this at a busy time in the store. He was awesome!Many store managers could learn from his customer service!

I love Asheboro Tractor Supply. The employees are always quick to help me find things, offer suggestions that may be a better less expensive option. Everybody that I have ever dealt with at Tractor Supply has always been nice and down home friendly.I find that so amazing compared to most of the other retail stores at this time where they are very understaffed, their stores are a mess, you can't find anything, and if you do find an employee to ask, they don't know either, and many of them are downright rude.

This review is specifically for John Black in the Asheboro store!He is AWESOME!Hubby on side of the road with trailer issues, I go in Tractor Supply, spot him, tell him what I think husband told me to ask for (ladies you all know how this usually goes, right? 🙄) this guy finds all the parts and pieces I need and basically assembled it so it was ready for hubby when I got back to him.John made sure I didn’t have to make an unnecessary trip back to the store!I am still in awe of how he went above and beyond to help me!That is extremely rare these days and he deserves the recognition!Thank You John!!! 🙌🙏Tractor Supply, you are lucky to have him, treat him well!#tractorsupply

This spot has a nice selection of reasonably-priced tractors and large farm equipment, displayed right in front of the location. There is an impressive inventory of pet food, supplies, and medicine, along with farm animals, too. There is nice garden section, within, containing some tools and seeds for sale. During the summer, they stock a number of young fruiting bushes, including blueberry, raspberry, and blackberry.

Other than being a small store that the isles are close together, they have a wide selection of products. Staff are very friendly and helpful. II would suggest that their corporate office look at creating a larger store for the area. I'd rather shop here for a majority of my dog, yard, equine, & farm needs than having to run to multiple stores.

Always a pleasure to shop here. Except on chick days. Don't like we can hold or puck out the chicks we want... so I don't buy anything but our dog food and meds. Chick days are my only problem with this store.

Staff here is very uncaring, I have been going here for years and hardly ever do I get decent service here. On more than one occasion I have had to chase staff down to help at least open up the gates to load merchandise up from the back after I have made a purchase inside. Store manager once argued with my father over a battery return after buying it the day before! I would rather go to the Biscoe or S Elm Eugene store any day!

I went in on Saturday to rent the trailer to move some bulky items for my ex-wife. I asked the cashier about the trailer and was told that it was requested already. A lady had called and her ex-husband was coming to get it. I told her I am the ex-husband and I'm here to get it. So, she rang up the rental and called someone to complete the rental paperwork. When the guy came up, the customer behind me in line said that he wanted to rent the trailer. They guy (employee) told the cashier to cancel my transaction so the customer behind me could rent the trailer because he had seen the customer come in prior to me coming in even though my ex-wife had called and I had already put my debit card in the chip reader. I waited until she finished the transaction with the other customer and I asked if she could check another store to see if there was a trailer available. She said if I would give her a few minutes, she would try to find a telephone number for me to call. To make a longer story shorter, I had to drive 31 miles to the store in Lexington to get a trailer. The Manager in the Lexington store was very helpful and very easy to deal with. However, going there took almost 2 hours away from my moving time and added over 60 miles to my travel.

Hands down, worst service I've ever seen. Employees are rude and have eggs for brains, and you'll spend 25 minutes waiting for someone to assist you. This has happened to me every time I've ever come here.

I have been to this store 5-10 times in the last few years and always found the emps. to either be knowledgeable or nice, but never both. Always received average service but never felt compelled to rate until today. Because of the virus I ordered pick up curbside at the Asheboro, NC location. Be warned, NEVER ORDER CURBSIDE THERE. They just do not have the skill set to handle it. I called on arriving and the clerk said, it would be out "when they could get to it". So it started off with a bad feeling. I put it on a timer and 20 min. later there was still no one bringing my stuff---I ordered 2 items.So I put on my mask and went in the store and passed a clerk who was pulling one of the items I ordered. I gave my name and asked if that was my order. He said "yes". When I asked him if he had my other item, a blank look came over his face and he said "let me check". He did check, and left to go to the back of the store and a few minutes later he came back with it. It was apparent he didn't know I had 2 items and who knows when they would have brought them curbside.Bottom line--if Lowes down the road has the item, you are much better off going there.Update on July 22nd. went in the store today and half the employees are not wearing masks. If it's important to you that the employees in the store wear masks do not go in there.Another update. I posted the same review on the tractor supply website. Well actually tried to post it but they denied it and said it wasn't appropriate. I think it wasn't appropriate because it was one star so beware of their ratings on their own website.

I bought a $25 blackberry plant from them that was infected with spider mites. I complained to the plant company that it was dying and they told me it looked like spider mites and that they were most likely picked up at the store. If it was a $2 plant, it'd be fine, but $25 for an infested, dying plant? No thanks. I won't be shopping here again.

If you don't know something, they keep a knowledgeable staff and they do. Picking their brains are free, but if you do have to buy something, they have some of best prices around especially on the higher quality dog foods, my Bull Mastiff appreciates!
