We go here to get our kids cats and dog their food and toys. They have a great selection and they are very helpful if you have any questions. I would definitely recommend shopping here for your pets needs.

First time here. I had to drive 55 minutes, to get my clowder of cats their cat food (purina pro plan wet and dry) as the petsmarts in Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Lexington and so many more towns are out of the purina pro plan cat food. Why? I don't know. I ordered online and purchased more when I got to the store.It was easy to get to. This petsmart is small and I had a hard time finding the cat food section. I finally found the cat food way in the back. The staff wasn't welcoming as well.

My dog had surgery and I knew the cone of shame wouldn’t work. Great staff at store, they helped me find options. We found a great alternative to the cone.

We little Lucy is a rescue that is very skittish. Hayleigh took her time and had our furbaby grinning (yes, grinning) in no time! Hayleigh did a great job and Lucy looked amazing!

This was the best PetSmart I've ever been to! I live in Greensboro but happened to stop by here and I'm so glad I did! The employees working today were incredible and so helpful! To the man who gave me the harness you are a blessing 🙏 And the woman who helped me get my crickets and showed me some suggested products for my dog you were so great! Dale and I are so so grateful!

Horrible experience here returning two harnesses. Didnt give me the correct change the first time and tried to act like I didnt return anything whenever I walked back in a minute later. Hope their management knows this is how they stock too.

We bought a fish tank and fish a month ago and everything was super awesome! All fish survived and the guy helping was great and knowledgeable. Everything looked clean and healthy. We Went today to get a algae eater and half of the betas were dead in their containers, they had neons in containers also and half of them were dead, the tanks were nasty, one you could barely see through to even see a fish and nothing looked very healthy. I got a fish (cleanest looking tank) and 6 hours later he was dead. Chick that helped us was in a hurry and pushy trying to rush us out. I really hope I didn’t bring anything to my other fish to catch and die. Taking my dead fish back in the morning. Glad they do the 14 day return on them. **Update~ here I am a year later, went back to get a couple friends for my fish tank. A day later the tank was so cloudy I couldn’t see to the other side. It took 3 weeks to get it clear and had to buy all new decor and rocks. 3 died within a week and slowly one by one since then. they’re all dead except 3 that I have had for 3 years or more. All my new ones I bought died. I’m mad and upset. After this I’m totally just done

I took my dog in for a full trim today, but i ended up only getting a puppy trim since he was too "jumpy." Granted, they did a great job with the trim and everything, but i feel like i got kinda robbed. His body hair is way too long and summer is already here. I am going to have to get a trimmer and do it myself. My puppy can be a little unruly sometimes, but i have held him in positions before where his whole body could be trimmed. Not very happy with service, but the people were very nice.

The fish care is horrible! All the betta fish have poo all in there cups! The look almost dead! And the other fish tanks are always so nasty! It’s super sad. 😔

Very limited selection of items, particularly for fish and fish related items such as substrate and driftwood. But if you just need to grab fish food or dog treats, it's ok. On the plus side, the employees are very nice, and willing to do whatever they can for you.

Took my dog to get him a harness. The selection for his size (medium) was in short supply. I found one but not color I really wanted. Staff was very helpful and answered our questions.

This was my first time coming into this petsmart, so we weren’t sure where to find everything - This very nice young woman named Bobby greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed help with anything she said she was new but would try her best, She had red hair and dark eyes, she went out of her way to help us find everything we needed and took the time to talk to us and really make us feel like we were important, she answered all my questions and concerns, she told us about the sales in the store, and also helped us sign up for some kind of treats points so we can save money. We will be coming back after this experience it’s well worth the drive! She had us laughing by the time we left the store so friendly and very bubbly personality! That’s the best customer service I’ve had in a petsmart by far! It’s refreshing to run into an employee that actually cares these days! Also the store was clean and well organized! Highly recommend this store to others in the area we will be coming back!

So apparently our dog Oliver has been blacklisted from PetSmart for his “safety”. I was informed of this when I went to make an appointment to have him groomed. We weren’t given this information at his last grooming. We’ve never had any problems before and this has never been communicated to us. Very disappointed in the customer service and communication of this store and company. I would give 0 stars if it would let me post 0. They’re only getting 1 star so I can post.

Not 1 employee spoke to us.or offered to help with what we were looking for No one even said hello. We weren't dressed like bums or hobos. Every employee at tractor supply will say hello and be glad to help you.

Very big selection of pet food but better quality then that of regular store so prices are little more .Cat flea med is at good price .I pay 40.00 for 6 month supply .They groom also but the price is bit high to me .Fish have many dead almost always so I would steer clear maybe of buying the fish but products are great .Great customer service

I went there to buy a fish but when I started to look around I noticed their were a lot of dead fish floating in the tank one was dead for so long it started to grow fuzzy and was decaying in the tank. Unless you want a disease I wouldn’t buy a fish here there was at least 2 dead fish in every tank and the workers seemed unbothered by it.

If I could rate a 0, I would I don’t know who has been in charge of the fish tank but more than half the fish have ick. I came to this location back in July and had a wonderful fish buying experience and both the fish are still healthy and never came home with me and had ick. Very disappointed I couldn’t purchase fish today because as a customer I notice but there is no sign that says “don’t buy”. Just complete bs. Thumbs down !

I cannot recall the name of the guy that helped us... I feel so bad I can’t remember because I would LOVE to praise him for his friendly welcome and showing us where everything in the store was and helping us find the best things to provide our puppy with. He was even a gentleman and loaded kennel and playpen in my car. This was by FAR the best most excellent customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!! He was patient with all the questions we asked and made me feel as if he truly cared for our family and our new puppy as opposed to the usual customer service attitude where associates are paid to be nice to you... he seemed very genuine and we will most certainly be back to petsmart in the future

My husband and I really enjoy Sierra as our groomer. She always takes time with us and Boo-boo when we first come in. She is patient, kind, courteous and always answers any questions or concerns we may have. We can tell that she cares about our dog and that our dog is very comfortable with her. We highly recommend Sierra to anyone that is looking for a experienced groomer that is also caring and compassionate.

Employee was very helpful in finding eardrops for the inflammation in my dog's ears. I was very grateful. They will make recommendations over the phone, schedule grooming appointments, or just give friendly advice!

There are no signs posted that the app doesn't work for curbside pick up. I sat there patiently for approx 10 minutes after no one came I called the store. She told me the app doesn't work to inform them I'm there, so you have to call. I suggested maybe to put a sign on the window or door so others will know and the young girl said "I'm just here for the work". Wow, great customer service response!

I have to say I had the best end to an almost tragic experience. A new employee had mistakenly over charged me on a previous visit. After noticing that this had happened on my credit card I called and spoke to Ms Ashley she told me to come by and she would do what she could. She was so pleasant, I showed up this evening after work and to my joy she was as pleasant in person as on the phone. These days that is so rare. I would like it if her boss would give her a raise, or a better position. Ashley at the Asheboro store is a true asset.

i shop this store very frequently. went in for puppy food today. the store was out of the smaller bag of food and only had a LARGE bag in stock. was sold the large bag for a very hefty discount due to the inconvenience. great customer service!!!
