I love this store. I could look around in this store for hours. They have anything you need to build with. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Someone is always close by to help you if needed. The prices are within the range of other building materials facilities. The store and restrooms are very clean, which is a rarity in most places. If you need any building supplies, home updates, garden stuff, bird feed and feeders, beautiful plants and trees, I could go on and on, this is the place to go.

It’s honestly ridiculous that they close at 9 when the rest of the town stays open late and the High Point location stays open until 10!! Do you think everybody can just magically get there in time before you close, or do you think that we all just don’t have projects that we need to finish. But I hope you’re happy now. I have to get my supplies at Walmart, because Walmart stays open late.

This location has friendly and helpful staff, especially in the hardware, electrical and plumbing sections. They have knowledgable people that can answer questions. They also have key making and help available with doorknob & lock department. The lawn & garden section also has a good selection of flowers, trees, shrubs & spring vegetables!

Went to the pro desk and after waiting 20 minutes without being acknowledged we finally got someone to help. Vince took our order and said it would be ready in 2 hours. We came back after 3 hours and nothing was ready. Mandy at the desk was less than friendly end it appeared that she did not want to be bothered. They gave us the runaround for another hour until we finally got to pick up our order. This is highly unacceptable to me because we spend a lot of money here and we Could give our money to Home Depot, so I think that the least they can do is give us good customer service. This is not the first time either. I guess we should know better by now and go elsewhere.

I always have the best customer service experience when I shop. Paint guy was outstanding. Pro service dept outstanding, everything I needed for a deck project, I will be getting the stain in the spring from this place. Highly recommend

I wouldn't recommend lowes of Asheboro for any contractor they don't have most of the products they advertise online I have to go to Greensboro to Home Depot to get all rentals and most of materials that I needWent again today to buy 2x6x8 pine broads and guess what they were out of stock then went to try to buy this shower head and guess what they were out of stock

The day before Yesterday I took back a pressure washer I was on the phone with the company who made it for 3 hours. When I say I've never had such good customer service the woman Shilla Cothran sat on the phone with them because she seen how I had all my information and receipt. Never at any store has someone been that kind and so helpful. She was a true blessing. Thank you again Shilla!

He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make a recommendation for my account to help future orders go more smoothly on my end. This was my first experience with this store but it will not be my last. The Pro Desk is where it’s at. Thank you Brad!!

So I showed up at this Lowe's okay. My car was leaking oil. It was smoking everywhere. We couldn't quite figure out why. We thought it was burning rubber. It was a whole thing. Okay so I was not in a good mood but That's besides the point if I'm being quite honest I step into this Lowe's I got a mission I need to get myself tape, trash bags, and paper towels. You know it! So the first thing I noticed walk in paper towels too much money so I changed my flow here. I decided we could use some wipes. It would probably do the same thing and for a better price. And if really if i was going to a store looking for paper towels i could probably go to a supermarket and expect better prices. It's not really what Lowe's deals in so I I'm fine with that being a little up there in the price range. Went over to the plastic bags. Was having this whole thing argument with my friends about like which bags we should get cuz they were like 25 durable bags or 50 not durable bags. But we decided to go at the 50 because we think we would need more quantity over quality. In terms of the project we're working on then i'm mosey my little butt over to the section that had the tape and I went through his whole thing. I was going to buy the thick packing tape but it was quite expensive, honestly, as a person who's never really bought packing tape before, I was quite surprised how much it cost. So I decided to go for a much cheaper packing tape option that was thinner. It was not really all was cracked up to be. I was a little bit disappointed but you know that's not really unloaded. It's more in the scotch company if I'm being honest. The employee there wasn't super helpful. We asked him where the tape was and he just kind of pointed and said the tape aisle and we didn't really know where he was pointing to. We kind of had a little frustrated with that but we I mean we made it work. We went really relying on him but it would have been nice if he you know knew where he was. Check out was easy. I really like the receipt dispensers on the sub checkout machines. I'm really used to the ones at the Dollar general near my house and they're really slow and they print out way too many receipts and these felt really snappy and responsive and it just really I mean that we all talked about it. We were very happy with it and that's not even a joke. That's 100% serious. However, at the Dollar general at our house to check out lady in a self checkout machine the little robot she is southern and that's kind of cool. I would say if you need to go to a Lowe's hardware. This is one of my favorites other than the parking lot. I'm not the biggest fan, but you know it's Asheboro at Dixie drive. You know we we make do.In the photos I've attached to this review you can see the oil leaking inside my Subaru Forester and the smoke that resulted from it burning off hitting something very hot.

This store never has what I need and the floor people are terrible very very few of them know their job and god forbid if you need help with anything they do not go out of there way to ask you if you need help! So once again I’ll have to go out of my way to Home Depot!

We had a great experience with lowes of Asheboro getting our brand new fridge. Our other one has something wrong with it and we couldn’t find a repair person in time. Jeff helped us pick the perfect one and he was just filling in the appliance section that day! He did awesome and did everything he could for our delivery. Our delivery was prompt with great service today and our delivery men did amazing and even took the time to willingly put our water hose for the ice maker and such on the fridge. We love it and recommend lowes of Asheboro for all your appliance needs!!!

Used Lowe's to help me get my bathroom remodel my bathroom. They hooked me up with Rebath of the Triad. The process was smooth and transparent so I knew what to expect and when. The ability to pay for the remodel through Lowe's Home improvement was so much easier than trying to find a contractor that was available and not having to worry about the timeline coordination of the project made our bathroom remodel as painless as possible.

I’ve always had a good experience shopping at this Lowe’s. I’ve come here several times for the garden section to buy plants or pick up potting soil. My most recent trip was to check out washing machines when mine crapped out. Everything is set up very well to be able to check out everything we needed to and had a great selection to look at.

Very odd when it comes to exchanges and returns. Their manager doesn't want to take anything back at all or exchangeOr replace. Understandable in a way as maybe they have certain requirements to be reimbursed so they don't want to take losses but they've definitely lost my business. I spent over 400 dollars these past 2 weeks with them but I doubt I'll be buying anything else from this particular store.

Called to see if they had well wire on hand before I drove 30 min to get it. Even gave them the item number. They said they had plenty of it. drove up to find they didn't have any. Very frustrating

Okay, so I enjoyed my experience at Lowe's. But I would just like to say that the customers were way more helpful than the staff in the garden section. I mean, I'm a strong, independent woman, and I brought three little kids with me, so I probably looked like I needed help, but I was FINE. LOL! Anyways, two kind guys helped me get soil, and a man in the parking lot helped me load all of my plants, mulch, and soil into my car. I'm sure someone from the staff would have helped, but I just had to comment on how amazing the customers at this store were when I visited! Will be back for sure! Thank you, kind strangers!

Don’t ever buy a Frigidaire side by side refrigerator. Their plastic bins keep breaking. Since it’s been 14 months I have to pay for this one. It actually broke in the refrigerator. I have had to replace several. They are just cheap plastic bins. They can’t even ship the replacements properly. I have had 2 broken ones come in because they place it in a box with no type of insulation. I have had to tell them how to ship them. I will never by another Frigidaire product!

Purchased paint that states one coat coverage. The color before was a light beige. Purchased 3 cans in total at 59 some dollars each. 1st can did as it stated but the next 2 did not. I let paint dept know the last 2 cans I had purchased didn't do as well as the 1st can I purchased and that person was nice enough to replace the one I still had a can for as I had thrown away the others. I went to customer service to see what could be done about the one I didn't have a can for and so I was told just bring the can you still have. I finally do that and the people I got that time refused to replace it with another can or to refund stating they wouldn't get reimbursed by the paint company because I used it. When you paint the wet version compared to dry are different so I painted it looked like it covered when wet then it dried and I could still see through it. My 1st can did fine. My 4th one did fine. It was just the 2nd and 3rd that didn't seem to do as well. Each can mixed by a differ associate so maybe it's the machine or mixer, I'm not sure. I just noticed 2 did full coverage with one coat as stated and 2 did not. Paid in total a good 160 in paint so you'd think they appreciate the business and do right by a customer. Back up the product you carry. Try to keep the customer satisfied. I could understand if the color I was painting was a dark color then I get it not doing one coat coverage but the color was light and should've covered and like I said 2 of the 4 cans did great.
