Dirty, almost every aisle had u-boats down them, or a step ladder, clothes on racks at the front. Safety hazard that should be looked into. Seemed only one person was working, not friendly but then again how friendly can you be doing all the work alone.

My first time at this store. The inside looked pretty good, not to much clutter or isle blockages, seemed to have plenty of goods except eggs, very few left. In the check out it all went wrong. The clerk was checking out a lady , there was a man behind her and then me. While she was checking out the lady a man came through the line and asked for some Goody Powder behind the counter which was fine, but then he just stood there in front of the man behind the lady and myself waiting to be checked out. The clerk didn't say a thing and checked the man out in front of us where we had been waiting in line. I was not happy nor was the other man waiting. I think some employee training is in order here please. On the outside the parking lot needed cleaning .Debris really doesn't make your store look appealing. Not a bad store , but could use some improvement.

Don’t apply here they discriminate. I asked about a job opportunity a week ago and the assistant told me to apply on line. I mentioned I was pregnant. We went in again to buy our puppies some basic needs and us some snacks for the same assistant manager to turn around and tell me in the checkout line that her DM Raven and her manager there would not hire me because I’m pregnant. Needless to say I just wanted a part time job. She then proceeded to tell my fiancée that they would hire him. YOU CAN NOT REFUSE SOMEONE THE RIGHT TO WORK FOR BEING PREGNANT PERIOD !!!

Family dollar please do better for your employees. Every time I go in this store it’s severely understaffed. Having just one person running the entire store by themselves while also stocking shelves is damn near insane. I feel so bad for the people stuck working at this location it’s no wonder the store was closed for a while. I had an employee be super honest and was having the worst day, she could barely go to the restroom because she had so much stuff left to do ON HER OWN.

Employees are always rude. Usually on their phones or listening to music. Or talking to each other loudly about things and using language they shouldn't in front of customers. Cooler/freezer is always empty. But if you want to be left alone it's good.

Clean and well stocked items were available on their shelves. Even though this store was transitioning for Holiday season which is fast approaching, for decorating items. Other than the employees working like elves their work shop is definitely a store I'd visit again when I'm in the area if necessary.

Food quality is poor, have gotten and returned much moldy food within one, expected, run there. And they always seem to close 20-30 minute early which it kind of inconvenient when you walk there expecting them to be open for a short bit but when there, they're closing up and won't let me get one small item.

I'm going to give this location a "one sstar rating", and that's just because I have too. This location is awful. The management team and the employees are down right disrespectful. The store is constantly cluttered with freight. The attitudes are not needed. The isles are constantly blocked, and don't even bother asking for assistance asking for merchandise off the top shelf, because they WILL throw a HUGE fit. (I'm 4'8, i need help reaching items). It also wreaks of weed. Employees should all be drug tested. 🤷

Service is great but they still deserve one star because of how dirty and disgusting this store is. Refrigerators are horrible you should see how nasty they look and also the over stock product they can’t put away. They have everything everywhere you can’t really walk in some aisles because of this problem!

They is this sweetheart of a lady who is employed at this FD Store. She is the lady who was working 7/16/17 who has the most seniority at the store. She always helps me find all of my coupons on my Phone app. She gives my kids a hug every time & my kids absolutely love her. She is thr one employee who makes me come back

Went in this store today and this older woman that DIDN'T HAVE A MASK ON THAT WAS THE CASHIER. She was being nosey of what was in my son's pocket like as if he stoled something which we just got in there, then told him to put his mask on. Smh!! Instead of worrying about what was in his pocket. All she could of said was for him to put his mask on. ALSO WHERE IS HER MASK AT!!!!

They need to hire more people (or better people. Want proof? Try calling them and seeing if they answer the phone.I was in the store and saw them intentionally avoid answering a phone call so I decided to call them on varied occasions over the course of 1 week. Sure enough they never answered a single one of my calls. That's terrible customer service.

Today is Thursday went in family dollar when I got ready to leave at check out the girl was just taking her time and talking on the phone she needs to do her job and stay off her phone that is rude as hell when you are standing in line trying to get out of the store cause your back is killing you and she is just taking her time and having a good time
