They completely butchered my mother’s three Shih tzu’s. I would never recommend them AT ALL. She specifically asked these people to leave their ears and tails long, but they shaved them almost to the skin. They called my mother at 1:50 pm (closed at 3) saying they had to cut the legs short after they had already done it on two of our dogs (and cut them without my permission), but never mentioned anything about having to shave their ears or tail. If they had even let us know that they wanted to cut the ears and tails, my mother would’ve either told them just to leave them alone and she’d just brush them out herself or would have paid more to have them brush out the mats. Their tails have a tuft of hair at the tip, but are completely shaved almost to the base. They didn’t even cut the body of our male dog and only shaved his belly, his ears, and a bit of the tail, which is uneven at that. My male dog doesn’t even look like he has ears now. They did not trim their paw pads, cut their nails, and trim the hair inside their ears. We’ve owned Shih Tzus for over 18 years, have had 4 in my lifetime, and I’ve never seen a worse grooming job than this facility delivered. When my mother emailed the facility, they were unprofessional to say the least. They did not offer to make it right or credit the money back, they only said they were sorry they couldn’t please my mother. We are going to have to take our male dog somewhere else to fix the MESS they left. The photos of our dogs outside is how they should have looked and what my mother requested they look like, the photos where they are inside are after taking them to this place. I would never recommend them to anyone, take your dogs somewhere else.

This is the best place in North Carolina to get your fur babies groomed. Angela loves the doggies as if they are hers. We take our two babies and within 2-3 hrs. she has them looking and smelling so good! She takes their pictures and posts them online for you! She is awesome!

First time using this groomer and last. My dog has been groomed every 6 weeks for 4 years. This is without a doubt the worst hair cut he has ever had. He looks as though he still needs a haircut. His ears were not cut right, among everything else. I even had to have the girl trim his tail while I was there. I was quoted one price and then charged an even higher price. I was in a pinch this time and needed him groomed today. NEVER AGAIN!!! I was later contacted by the owner Angela Taylor, she advised she was out of the shop the week I took my dog to be groomed. On 5-10 I took my dog back to be groomed by her at no cost to me. I feel Mrs. Taylor did a good job on my cocker spaniel "Otis". Mrs. Taylor did everything possible to make me happy.
