If you buy generic here you can save it's on the 💰 money. This location also has curbside pickup and ♿ handicap accessible parking and 🚻 restrooms.

I love food lion, they always have better prices on meat and certain things! Their trash can is always full outside, could be a little more taken care of. Staff is always friendly and I feel safe in this store.

Always very polite & helpful staff. Ready to help you take groceries out to the car if you need help. I have shoulder problems & sometimes need help getting items off the top shelves & I can always find one of the staff members to help me.

The cashiers were so very nice and polite!! This is not my normal store so I was unfamiliar with where certain items were and they did not hesitate to help me! The store was very clean and well organized! Shelves were fully stocked and the bathroom was very very clean!! Some items were priced a bit high compared to Walmart and the cashier that checked me out was unsure if their policies would let her do a "price match guarantee" but I was still thoroughly pleased with the service provided by the employees!

Love the deals I get for my family for shopping here. ("GREAT" Customer Service)!! The employee's and management here are always nice and treat my daughter and I as family. We visit every week, some times even a few times throughout the week. Great prices/deals throughout the entire store. I really enjoy the way they have the machine to print out store coupons at the front entrance. They done a great job at remodeling the store and deli.

I order groceries online and pick them up here regularly. I can indicate substitutions online in case anything is out of stock, which doesn't happen often. The employees here are so friendly, and I have never had a bad experience! When I shop inside the store I never have to use self checkout, thankfully!

I love this location. I should’ve checked the plastic over the lamb chops. FYI if the plastic is bloated over the meat, it not good. It’s bloated with gas because the meat is old. Dome looking plastic and tight plastic is two different things. I had to throw my lamb chomps out. They were foul.

Food Lion is my go-to grocery store. But this one leaves much to be desired. The management isn’t very helpful nor friendly. The produce department lacks when it comes to stock. The meat department does a good job of keeping the shelf stock though. The cashiers are young which is a given but some are super friendly. However most spend most of their time talking instead of working or helping to keep lines down. One night they closed a whole 2 hours early for floor cleaning but had no notice on the door and then made a closing announcement with only one register that had money in the till to check out the whole store of customers while 2 members of management stood their just chatting with a line going down the aisle of merchandise. Just go next door to Walmart where the service is what you would expect from Walmart. And the prices are better.

Stopped by for a quick pick up of food rather than going out to eat. The isles were clean. The food looked really fresh. I came just before close and the staff were still nice and kind before such a late close. They also have beer and wine if you are looking at a late hour.

The Archdale Food Lion is a great place to shop whether you are picking up an order, getting a delivery, or shopping inside. They have courteous, friendly staff who are always around the store, willing to help you find what you need. The store is well-stocked and checkout is usually fast. Another thing I like about this particular store is that it is clean. That means a lot to me these days. Pickups are also very convenient and easy; I have had very few substitutions or out-of-stock items. Be prepared to pay extra for delivery service which is via Instacart. You will pay a delivery fee, a service fee, and you should also pay your delivery person a percentage for delivering your purchase--gas isn't cheap these days! Those extras can easily add $10 to $15 or more to your purchase. Happy grocery shopping!

I went in this morning to grab a few things, it was a very clean remodeled store but what made my day was the cashier was waiting at the end of his lane he unloaded my buggy for me rung everything up bagged it & stuck it back in my buggy. I thought that was wonderful it gave me a extra few minutes to find my coupons & dig for my wallet. A manager also greeted me at the mvp coupon center overall Excellent customer service. Will shop here more often.

Newly remodeled, modestly sized and stocked grocery store. Prices are very competitive. Checkouts have consistently gone quick for me as they have had several employees near the checkouts even when it has been slow. Friendly employees.

Prices are pretty good, sometimes even lower than Walmart. Produce is usually good, but other grocery stores offer higher quality. Store is also pretty clean and maintained properly. Wait times are normally low but cashier's can seem uncaring of your business, or your existence at times.

The store is always clean cashier Neshia she was on it in a good way. Whatever I asked she had already done it like she was reading my mind. The as I was going out the door I noticed water was on sale for 2 for 5 dollars so I was getting ready to turn around and go back to to her here she come ready to scan it. The girl was on it!!! I had to give it to her I love that. Find more like that.

Archdale Food Lion is a beautiful place to shop. They are VERY friendly here Everytime any day of the week. They always acknowledge your presence and ALWAYS engaging with you. It has a down home feel. So much better than the other Food Lion I USE TO GO TO. Keep up the GREAT customer service. I DON'T mind the drive.

Food lion has always been my go to still is but I like neighborhood Walmart also!
