Review is for online order pickup only. The supercenter is huge. The pickup location is on the side of the store near the outdoor living entrance. There are a total of 12 pickup slots. The wait time was approx 7 minutes on a Sunday afternoon.

This Apex location appears to be well managed. Shelves mostly fully stocked and neat. Not much disarray compared to other locations. Huge store. Lots of walking tho'.

This is the best Walmart around here to go to. It’s generally not as busy as the other local locations. It always has plenty of staff around if you need something while walking around shopping. There also always multiple cashiers. Other stores you’re lucky if there’s one and self checkout is the only option you and 20 other customers have. Nothing like getting in and out quickly without any issues.

This was the CLEANEST, best organized, and most well-stocked Walmart that I've ever experienced. The staff was highly-trained, neatly groomed, helpful to a first-time visitor, and very polite. If all Walmarts could be this nice, we'd certainly be regular customers!

Overall, my experience at the Walmart Super Center was very positive. Linda in pharmacy was very rude. Wouldnt bother to look up the medication I was getting from the Walmart$4.00 drug list. I then tried to gove her Singlecare information. She wouldn't read it but asked me to read it to her. Then told me it didnt work. I told her I didnt know what to tell her as I have it here to show her.

The last several times I have tried to find a specific product in this store, there has been a reorganization in progress. I have had mixed success asking employees for help to find things in the absence of the map in the app. On my most recent visit, I was sent back and forth across the whole store on a quest for an aisle I ultimately could not find.

Very clean and organized store. They still had a few lanes open for cashier checkout, which I wanted (I am NOT a fan of self checkout). Laid out differently from that of other Walmart stores I've been to.

We just love the employs Mrs Beverly that works on Thursday to Sunday is the most awesome person ever. We love Tayaba also! These people are the reason we keep coming back.

Overall nice store. Hit or miss on the wait time in the checkout line but generally I haven't experienced any issues. Most of our trips are for groceries since the prices are good.

Most of the associates couldn't (wouldn't) help me and seemed disinterested to actually help. Like it was an inconvenience for them to get off of their personal phone and actually assist. A manager finally did (thank you). As well as customer service (super helpful and kind).

In recent months there are some cable company sales person stay in the store. They were asking the same questions each time you visit. They used to stay in the electronics section and tries to do some sales, but in recent days what they do is a bit extreme. They go to food section and try to chase customers for saling cable service. It clearly interferes with regular groceries and cause customers buy less because they are wasting people's time. This needs management attention. Next time if they chase me around, I will just say I have used cable already for politeness. Chase me for sales again after that, I will call security, or at least speak with store manager.

Well organized location of walmart. Great place for clearance deals as it is kinda off the beaten track. Has plenty of clearance items to peruse, and the staff are really friendly and polite. Also has a McDonald's inside.

Wal Mart is unquestionably the go-to store for practically anything. This one store always has just what I need. Some of the things in the store are reasonably priced. The cashiers are usually quite kind and the self-service checkout is excellent.

Do not go to this location if you need a motorized cart... Unlike other Walmarts in the area they do not have the motorized carts or even the wheelchaired carts for those that need them by near an entrance.

This WM is very clean and organized. FedEx office. This one puts the WM in Morrisville, NC to shame. Very well stocked. Very friendly cashiers and staff.👍

This is a nice super store in the nice town of Apex. It had a good selection of everything walmart offers. Building was new and looked nice. The parking lot was dicey- lots of parking but hard to get in and out of space with all the traffic. Although building big, it was crowded and people everywhere and hard to get to stuff. Staff were good. Self check out was awesome.
