I love that this place in on my way to & from my day job.The service has always been so nice and they're always so patient when I'm trying to collect my thoughts for an order very early in the morning or after my brain shuts off after I leave work.The coffee is really good and you can't beat their prices (very budget friendly).If you're ever in the area, please pay them a quick visit.

A great place to hangout with friends and family over coffee and other beverages. They have a good selection. Warm and cordial reception. Fast service. There's a drive through too. There's a couple of sitting place outside for customers to enjoy their drinks. I ordered a cappuccino and my wife a hot chocolate. Both were pretty amazing and perfect. Highly recommend.

I usually love Wake Oasis, and supporting local. But just now, I went through the drive through, and omg. I ordered a large tea with honey. Pulled up to the window, my tea was sitting on the inside of the sill. The girl working the window took my money, closed the window, and turned her back on me. No drink! She pulled out her phone, the other girl behind the counter did the same. I called out, honked. No response. Finally someone else came in the drive through and the first one opened the window, said oh, here’s your tea. No apology. And there wasn’t honey in it.

Wonderful place to have coffee on a Saturday afternoon. I had a vanilla cappuccino made fresh and a bagel with it. The bagel wasn't NY style or anything fancy but good none the less plus they gave me extra cream cheese which is a bonus. Friendly staff and quick to get my order out. They have a quick drive through. The coffee itself was fresh and hot. They use recyclable cups. The afternoon at 3:00 was not busy at all. Definitely recommend going here if you have the opportunity.Kid-friendliness: The place looks to be very colorful with friendly staff. They offer muffins and hot chocolate so definitely a place kids would like.

Not everyone can make coffee here, so inconsistent, if you ask them to modify the drink, there is a 90% chance you will not be able to drink it. I go there bc they are never busy. Hire 1 or 2 experienced coffee makers from Starbucks.

Drinks were ok, but the service, especially at the drive-thru, was bad. The lady at the drive-thru needed a coffee herself. First, you couldn't hear what she was saying at the microphone neither in person at the window. Then, she didn't place the lid on a hot coffee tight enough, and when I grabbed it, it came off burning me and making a mess in my car. She didn't even apologize and was also rude when I tried to hand the coffee back to her. The drive-thru window has a shelf under it, and it's full of trash. First and last time, I wasted my money at that place.

I used to love this place and have been going for a couple years. Recently the service isn’t the same. Staff do not have the same skills. I’ve had a frozen mocha with big ice chips in it. Frozen drinks with whipped cream when I said I didn’t want that. I’ve ordered a hot coffee that was ice cold and today I was really upset when I wanted to pay with an e-gift card that I received and they asked if I had another form of payment as they were not trained on how to use them in the system. Seriously?? They should’ve given it to me for free is what they should’ve done. I’m so disappointed in a place that I really used to like

I got a cappuccino and it was weak and watery. Pretty much tasted like what you get out of a self service coffee machine. Not disgusting, but not worth the money either.Service was... distracted. Not rude. Just... Didn't seem to care much.If you appreciate good coffee and are looking for a relaxing place to unwind or read, this is probably not the place for you. Felt very commercial/industrial.With all the more positive reviews I had high hopes. Maybe I just came on a bad day?(I hate leaving negative reviews. I'm sorry... It's just not an oasis)

Possibly one of the worst chai tea lattes I’ve had. Tasted artificial and powdery. Also ordered a blueberry muffin which ended up being half the size of most coffee shops maybe a step up from a mini muffin. Pretty sure it was store bought. I went through the drive thru and customer service was mediocre. Not bad but nothing stellar. First and last visit.

Loved their hot lavender latte with oatmilk, and had also got a cheese Danish and a blueberry chocolate chip scone to-go. The Danish tasted good but the scone was rather dry. Will come back to try some more stuff.

I'm not sure how people are able to give positive reviews to this cafe, I have visited three times to confirm before posting a negative review.Their strong point is sugary coffee based drinks/frappuccinos.As for the actual coffee- they've been out of dark roast for a month now. The "Wake roast" which they give is below average in taste and robustness. Right across the street Publix could sell a better tasting coffee.They need to focus more on hot coffees to get a more positive review.The positive- the staff seems to be friendly always.

Been here a couple of times, the little bit of food they have is good and teas are ok, i usually dont leave reviews but the customer service is pretty poor, its just a bunch of teenage girls on their phones, with no oversight, im waiting for a sandwich and when i go ask about it the cashier just happens to be eating what i had ordered. They acted like I had walked out when i was sitting there waiting the whole time, you also couldnt pay them to smile, not coming back.

Used to come regularly but all it takes is one rude experience. I came in and stood at the counter to order. There were four staff members behind the counter. No one acknowledged me and they continued conversing with each other / using their phones. After finally taking my order it took about 10 minutes to get a latte despite the store being empty. Also gave me the wrong muffin. Not coming back.

Great spot. Nice storefront and near some cool stuff (Lavender Lane, Marco’s Pizza, Board and Brush, etc.). Apex is growing and I’m glad we have this place. Folks were hanging out Sunday morning chatting with friends and me and another guy were on our laptops. I had an Americano, it was solid. Also is a drive thru so that’s nice.

Love wake zone coffee and kombuchas. They are super fresh. I gave 4 star rating because the recycle cups are not so secured especially when you take them on a drive and most of the time they get spilled. I gave feedback to the store person many times but it is not fixed :) .. but i still go and buy coffee from them.

Great local coffee spot with quality coffee, cold brew, and on-tap kombucha. Super cool baristas and staff. A very cheerful coffee shop that also boasts a drive-thru and bird mural. What's not to love?
