We had a great experience with Lowe's involving the purchase of our washer and dryer. The delivery coordinator (Darius) was great to work with. When the original delivery arrived with a new washer that had some manufacturer damage, he was quick to respond. He ensured we were able to use the washing machine (it functioned) and worked hard to coordinate pickup and delivery of a new washer, while working with our schedules since we were out of town. He arranged the delivery time frame to meet our needs and he personally inspected the new washer to make sure it was free of any damages before delivering to us. He always kept us updated as well. We are so happy with Lowe's and the approach to customer service. We are looking forward to doing business with them again.

The staff at Lowe's went above and beyond to assist me when I brought in a small wall sample for a color match. After being turned away at Home Depot, I decided to give Lowe's a try, and I'm so glad I did. Not only did the staff here analyze the color for me, but they also mixed a perfect matching color. Their helpfulness and willingness to assist were truly exceptional. I'll definitely be making Lowe's my go-to destination for all my home improvement needs from now on

I’ve been buying from Lowe’s for years. Once was an excellent company but recent experiences have changed my mind. Tried to get a warranty claim on a Levolor blind but got no help from Lowe’s. Tried to talk with management at the store to no success. Had to call Lowe’s Credit to retrieve purchase receipt. Had a solution for Lowe’s but they would have no part of it.Recently bought a new refrigerator and clothes drier from Lowe’s. Order salesman did excellent job but delivery was less than expected. Gives you a 12 hour window for a specific day and then on the day before they give you a four hour window which means delivery could be one minute shy of the end of the window. Then another two hours for the install. Takes up most of your day. Once they arrived after 3:20 of the four hours, the crew was quick and thorough but still took 1:45 to install.There are good alternatives to Lowe’s and after talking with Sam, assistant general manager of the Apex Beaver Creek location who offered excuses instead of solutions, I’m headed to Home Depot to purchase law bags, something simple.

Original Review is too long for google: Short version Hired lowes on May/June of 2023 to replace an exciting deck with a dry space area under the deck. project is just about over a year, deck took 6 months to pass inspection, many many problems but here is the main issueNow we can get to the fun part. Once inspection passes in November/December, Lowes and KW Quality realize that some material is missing for the dry space, so that gets ordered. Its not till the last week of January that the dry space is installed. Same as when the deck was build, the builders leave with out saying anything and when I look out to see the finished job and WOW it could have done it better myself. I could intermediately notice that the dry space was not installed correctly, there gaps all over and the gutter piece was missing and you guessed it was not ordered, woops. Fine, OK. I called customer service again and they reassured me that the product will be delivered soon and the project will be completed. This is still late January.Very soon after the dry space has been put up a nice light rain came in and as you can guess the dry space does absolutely nothing water comes in from all crevices and only less than a 1/3 of the dry space area is actually dry. Another piece of evidence to confirm it was not installed properly.After not hearing anything for a few weeks I start calling Lowes customer service about every other day to get an update on my project. Think of an excuse and that's what I got every time with their support. I got suspicious of Lowes and got an independent contractor to look at the dryspace and tell me if its installed correctly. When the independent contractor I hired game me his results I was not socked for him to tell me its not installed correctly, what surprised me was all the damage Lowes did to my property and tried to hide it. Lowes had removed so much of my siding that water was starting to get into it. I took pictures of it and send it to Lowes and the installer they used. Both denied any wrong doing, Lowes stated that “putting siding back up was not part of the contract” KW Quality stated “we have to do what Lowes tells us” This was thousands of dollars more that I had to spend to repair my property.As you can imagine, this resulted in my case being escalated to having someone be a dedicated point of contact. Shortly after Lowes sends their own inspector to look at the dry space. After about a week I call and ask to see the report, Lowes tells me that it passed, I reply great, let me see the report. As expected Lowes REFUSED to send me a copy of the report.I have traded over 120 emails and just as much if not more phone calls with Lowes and its contractor. This is not what wanted, I have been scammed by Lowes. English is not my first language, I am a first generation Hispanic migrant. Lowes and the people mentioned here take absolute advantage of the weak and under privileged. I will NEVER use their Services, contractors, tools, and or products ever again or will recommend anyone to go with them or give them any business.

Terrible attitudes there!! Chris in customer pickup and her manager complaining about their jobs. Not the first bad experience with these two. Have been doing business with Lowes for 20 years not any more. All the appliances in our house came from there.

I just spent an hour here trying to get an unassembled picnic table. App said they were in stock. Cashier sent me to Lawn and Garden. L&G sent me outside. They weren’t outside so I went to the lumber yard. They sent me to customer service. Customer service spent ten minutes spinning their wheels before getting an assistant manager. The assistant manager called to have one pulled from the back wall. I sat at customer service for FORTY minutes. They kept saying it should come any minute. I finally walked out.

The store obviously doesn't recover because items were in the wrong spot and rung up a lot more. When I showed someone they said sorry its miss priced and would not honor it, as he walked away. Horrible customer service.

BUYER BEWARE! I have been trying to get a dishwasher with this Lowe's for more than SIX MONTHS. I paid the fee to have a contractor come out and measure to make sure that I purchased the correct sized dishwasher. I made my purchase based on the recommendation of the appliance center staff. The dishwasher came in and the install was scheduled. The installer wasn't able to make the original appointment and needed to reschedule. Instead of rescheduling the appointment, Lowe's returned the dishwasher. I then had to physically go into the store to repurchase the dishwasher so that the installer could pick up to take and install. When the installer arrived with the dishwasher, it was not the right size for the space. I had the installer reinstall the old dishwasher, which they did, but in the process, they didn't turn back on our hot water and had cut off power to the old dishwasher, making it unusable. The installer then came back out to fix their mistakes. Meanwhile, the Lowe's of Apex said that they knew of a different dishwasher that would definitely fit. I paid for the model that was recommended (naturally, it was more expensive than the one I had previously purchased). Again, I waited for the dishwasher to come in. I got a call from Lowe's that the dishwasher was in and that I needed to come and get it. I called the installer to let them know that the dishwasher was in because Lowe's didn't call them. Lowe's and the installer were finally able to create a work order and the installer scheduled another time to come out. However, when the installer went to the Lowe's Apex store to pick up the dishwasher, it was nowhere to be found and no one knew what had happened to it. I then was told that the measurements were incorrect and that there was a different (more expensive) dishwasher that would DEFINTELY work this time. They were at least nice enough to price match the dishwasher, but then it was going to take 4-6 weeks for the dishwasher to come in. I called when it was originally supposed to be delivered and was told that the dishwasher was on the truck and I would be contacted over the weekend when it was delivered to the store. I was never contacted by the store nor the installer, and when I called back, I was told that there is a delay and that it would be another several weeks for the dishwasher to arrive. I am beyond frustrated with this entire process and the complete lack of competence, ownership, or give-a-care by the majority of the staff involved. I want to support North Carolina-based businesses, but this whole experience has made me never want to buy another appliance from Lowe's ever again. I write this as I still don't have a dishwasher nor a refund.

It’s a great store as long as you don’t need assistance. I’ve been waiting 15 minutes for someone to come get something from the top shelf. They only called it over the intercom twice already. It’s 7:30a and no customers are here. Guess I’ll put on an apron and try to get it myself.UPDATE: No one ever came. I ended up leaving, driving to the Holly Springs Lowe’s and buying it.

Would NOT Recommend for Special Orders!!! This is the only negative review I've ever done on Google. I'm a very understanding person and understand that challenges can occur in any job. I placed an order for special order blinds costing thousands of dollars. I paid to have Lowe's team measure and install the blinds. I was promised that I would have them before Thanksgiving, but unfortunately they were either measured wrong or cut wrong by Lowe's installation team or the manufacturer and it has been so much red tape trying to figure out when I will have the correct product. Right now I have no window coverings and the weather is getting cold. To cancel I am told I would be responsible for a 20% restocking fee for THEIR measuring mistake. Very disappointing experience- I'm not sure when I will get the correct order.

Hello Lowe’s, I hope you are doing great. I have a concern. I went to a store and the sign for the tables was $23 something. I was like this is amazing. I went back to the store because I needed them for a vendor event and was told they were $59.98. I was flabbergasted! I needed the tables for the event but I’m feeling like that was false advertising. How can we rectify this?Thank you,Katrina HayesThis is the message I sent to Lowe’s Facebook inbox. Unfortunately they did a really good job dismissing the fact that they participated in deceptive and false advertising. There were no other tables in the area. Their resolution was a 10% coupon. A proper resolution is providing the tables for the amount listed. There were no other items by the sign as well.

Terrible communication and terrible customer service! Opened a Lowes card account and purchased a dryer to be delivered. On the day it was to be delivered, we were told that they were not going to make it and gave us a new delivery date. On that day, there was someone at home all day waiting. Nobody ever showed up! Went down to the store and at first was given the run around. Manager finally called the warehouse and they said they showed it had shipped from the warehouse but had no idea where it was! How do you lose a dryer! You should at least know what truck it was on right? We just asked for a refund at this point. We were told it was all refunded to the card and the balance would be zero. Well, the delivery charge was never taken off of the card and we were charged a late fee. After 4 more trips to Lowes and finally a call, all of that was cleared. I have to say though, every person that tried to help us at the store seemed like they had no idea what they were doing! I have not been back since and do not intend to. This place is truly something else

The worst customer service people, Have a receipt and item is under warranty, tuff they tell you. They do not honor warranties with a receipt. Terrible customer service. I'll drive across to Morrisville before I go to this apex location. Such nasty employees.

I typically enjoy Lowe's, and the employees are almost always helpful. The manager for the garden center has been extremely helpful as well as an employee 'Coach'. He and I have had multiple conversations and he's always willing to help. Over the past few weeks, I needed multiple bags of rocks and would purchase 5-10 bags at a time. The employees would always offer to load the bags in my cart or car if they were available-I never had to ask. This visit was much different. I was loading the bags in my cart. Each of them weighing around 30lbs. A tall young employee (who I hadn't seen during my visits) walked by several times, looked at me and kept walking.

I had to get a copy of a receipt from a month ago. The first rep I worked with tried but struggled to find it. she made several requests for help from a colleague but still failed to find it. Then the colleague offered to take over. I assumed this person was a senior member of the team as I noticed other reps went to her with a variety of questions while I was waiting. Camilla came through like a CHAMP. She was able to resolve my issue where others failed. Give this lady a raise or promotion or something. It's clear her peers look to her as a resource and she readily offers support from customers and colleagues alike. 5/5.

I was returning a item when the associate ,Marigona. saw I was bleeding from a previous cut on my thumb .Marigona sprung intoaction and got me a wipe, bandaid , and gauze to treat my wound .Excellent customer service .Thank you Marigona you deserve employee of the month

I went to this store today, I was looking for windowsill, kitchens tiles and white dry. I didn’t find anyone to help me. I ended up buying from Home Depot. In my opinion I think they need to hire more employees!!!.

Apex Lowe’s has terrible customer service.Went in 4:30 pm and asked the staffs that I need help on outdoor furniture section. The front desk people called over the microphone. Waited for 30 minutes , none show up. Again asked the front desk to call someone to help and yes they called but no one showed up for another 30 minutes. After an hour I lost my patience and asked them what’s going. They rudely replied the staff went to lunch break at 5:30 pm . Seriously! There is only one person in this whole shop can attend outdoor furniture section and he is on lunch break at 5:30 pm .As a courtesy since I waited for an hour they should have at least checked before or at least apology for the delay.This branch is running under a terrible management.

The staff is not helpful here. I was there to return the item that I no longer needed and I have been told that it was purchased at Cary so it has to be returned there. I didn’t understand the policy at all if there is something you have purchased from the Lowe’s and if you wish to return then they should accept the return as long as it’s Lowe’s. Will try to avoid this store in the future as they aren’t friendly to their customers and just because of the incident, I had to travel back to Lowe’s Cary as they didn’t leave me choice. Glad they accepted the return and the staff was so generous out there and they know at least to provide the great customer services.

Staff is helpful when you approach them. Don’t expect to be asked if you need help, though.Rarely is a manned register open here. Lowes is following parent company Walmart’s plan of turning all customers into checkout clerks by forcing you to check yourself out.The inventory on the app versus what I find on the shelves is often wrong. I usually find what I need at a different Lowe’s in the area if this one is out of stock. Just wish the app properly reflected the store’s inventory.I have never had a problem here with ordering something for pickup through the app. Maybe I’ll start doing this for anything I need so I can avoid the disappointment of my item being out when I shop in-person.
