Come to this store frequently and appreciate everyone who works in here. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve really appreciated the staff, most notably on Christmas Eve when I had a bit of an emergency. Thanks!

Great store. Everything is organized correctly. The employees are professional when dealing with other customers who are moldy sour grapes. Remember kids, bring Dad instead.

Friendly staff and a great place to find new releases for things you need last minute. I took off two stars for addressing problems and welcoming new customers.Unfortunately, their return policy will prevent me from more frequent buying in the near future. They do not allow returns on certain items. Not realizing what I was doing, I bought an Elite Trainer Box Pokemon card set for my daughter but got the wrong one. I returned back to the store less than an hour later with the receipt and an unopened box; they would not refund the money back to my card, and I was kinda upset about the ethics of it situation.I'm also new to GameStop and was currently unsure if I will ever go back. Especially when you can get the same items on Amazon prime and even have guaranteed return. I tried to give local business a shot and make my daughter happy. My recommendation to the store would be to be more forgiving to new customers, it helps ensure long sustainable sales if you do so.

I have to be honest. Most of the guys that work here are jerks. There's a guy who, I believe is the store manager, is super cool and nice. The other guys are rude.Sad bc this is my closest store but I often avoid this one to miss the drama

12/13/221pm hour Came into the store even up to thecounter, I was completely ignored. The 2 individuals were young. teenage if you will.I called to talk to the Manager about a minute after I left the Store The person who answered the phone paused when I asked for the Manager. He then said I am the Manager.His customer no service attitude was that the they were busy. I've been in this store many times and have seen store staff busy with many things But they acknowledged me. whenI came in. I've been in retail. and I Acknowledged my Customers despite being busy... No excuse...

Today I went in looking for a copy of a PS3 game that I was not sure many secondhand stores had let alone GameStop, but Victoria (associate's name on the receipt) not only had a copy of said game, but also had another game I have been looking for for ages! Victoria also was incredibly kind, personable, and a joy to talk with even just while updating my member info - I came on my lunch break and I didn't feel like I wasted a minute, so worth the visit :) THANK YOU Victoria for all your help! And I will definitely be making a trip to this store again!!!

This GameStop visit was incredible. I was shopping for Xbox One games, and I found what I was looking for. It was a bit expensive, so the assistant store leader, Chris was helping me out and was so kind. I got a great discount thanks to him. I left with a big smile on my face. These guys are cheater. For annual membership renewal they charge me 15 bucks and took rewards for $10 from my account. Be careful with the billing with them.

It's 11:15 and you open at 11, and still no signs of opening anytime soon. I understand it's 15 minutes right now but the inconvenience of driving out here and waiting 30 minutes for you to open up and you either don't have employees or aren't responsible enough as a business to open on time. Do better please

I've been a customer at this location since it opened and have always considered shopping here an enjoyable experience. They have a knowledgeable staff that is in touch with their customers and products. The store itself is easy to find and get to, fairly well-organized, and never dirty or disheveled. Olga is awesome, but really the whole staff is very, very good. Definitely one of my favorite GameStop locations in the Triangle.

I found that as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly "Can I help you" by Justin. He patiently helped me and my wife pick out games for our six year old daughter . He also helped us fix our game controllers by testing them and telling us what was wrong. He sold us the right battery pack for the controller. Our overall experience was outstanding and this GameStop is going to be our go to for all our gaming needs in the future.

Prices are reasonable, selection of used games leans more on an abundance of cheap, low end fodder. Service is great, although my last 2 purchases of used games were not functional due to scratches in the disks. Both needed to be replaced with functional versions which they did without question.

By far the best GameStop in the triangle. Not only is the store and organized every time I go in. They seen to always have what I need/want. But the main reason I go to this location over all the others that are closer to my house, is the staff. On more than one occasion a staff member has recommended a quality game I was not even looking at. Worth the traffic getting into beaver creek.

An excellent gamestop with wonderful staff! There were quite a few people when I went, which is a nice change to other gamestop stores. They had many used games that I have not seen elsewhere and I was given a printout of upcoming games for my console. I ended up picking up a game and signing up for their pro membership! All and all an excellent experience, looking forward to going back and seeing what more they have!

I am a long time Gamestop customer and a video game collector. As a collector I am very picky about the condition of preorders and how/when they arrive. There are a ton of Gamestops in the area who will outright bully customers who don't want to purchase damaged items, and won't raise a finger to help if something is broken, but this is not the case at the Beaver Creek Commons location. Both the manager Derrick, and the Assistant Store Leader Chris are fantastic. Chris espcially is very knowledgeable, gives great advice, and will work to resolve any issues with your purchases. This and the store at Triangle Town Center are my go to stores for the Raleigh-Durham area, and the excellent customer service is the main reason why.

I have been going to this Gamestop for roughly 5 years now. This location has some of the most talented and amazing staff I've seen. The team here is always helpful and very knowledgeable about the new, old and upcoming products. The store is always clean and looks very presentable making it a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. If you are looking for a Gamestop to call home this is the place to be.

Mailynne (the store Manager) has been extremely kind and helpful. She was more than happy to assist me in any and every way possible. I was upset when I called ( by an online order, not this Game Stop location) Mailynne was so nice and she more than made up for the online mistake. Hats off to Mailynne for her excellent customer service skills and kind demeanor. I am one happy Game Stop shopping mom this Christmas!!

Going to the store is ok, they do their jobs as expected. The chief complaint I have, and ANYONE else I've spoken to that shops there is they never, ever pick up their phone when you call. That is, unless you continue to call. I've stood in the store with my cellphone in hand while they were all chatting amongst themselves and called the store. With myself and 1 other customer in the store, they chatted away merrily while the phone rang incessantly behind them. I walked up to the counter with my purchase, two games and two controllers for the PS4, and sat them on the counter. I was asked "Will that be all sir" upon which I replied "That depends on if you are going to answer your phone" as I raised my phone up to show him -Gamestop Apex- being called from my phone. "Oh, sorry about that, we were just swamped from Halo and were taking a moment to relax.Relax? You work in a game store where your job is to sell games and controllers. That includes answering the phone from customers who just might be driving a distance away to get to your store. It's unprofessional and shows a general lack of respect for those who pay your paycheck. Us. The customers. The ones who buy from that store.Unless I absolutely need a game that day, Gamestop has lost my business. It's a shame. When the woman manager ran the store, Olga I believe, it was done right. The phone was answered, the customers tended to and the store neat. This is why online stores are decimating brick and mortar stores.

There is absolutely nothing in this Gamestop about PC. Well that is useful that is. They used to have keyboards and mice but they have now removed it. If you are a console player then go here, the staff are awesome but if you are a PC or MAC guy then the only thing you can get here is Steam cards.

Take my son here for a guys night and the men i. this location are great. I don't know much about video games but they always help me out and answer any questions I have. These guys are great and my son loves this place.

Apparently they received "no additional xbox consoles on launch day"Yeah right... check your employees.This is after I called and your employee said they could not confirm how many would be available on launch day... but didn't say they had none in stock. On the phone that made it seem they had them in stock.Not an assumption since your employees made it seem they had extras the night before and when I asked if they had any they didn't say no....Just plain sorry.

Was unable to find two items in their system that were explicitly listed on their site. After being shown the item on the cell, was still unable to find the item to preorder. Employee had the audacity to ask if I wanted to preorder anything else.Does not actually sell any new games. All games are opened, taken home by employees, and then sold as "new". Sometimes, items are missing from the box or deliberately taken out.Gamestop as a whole seems useful and knowledgeable about games that pay the most for advertising.It's best to order online and ignore this store altogether.

I reserved a game online on the web page on 20 bucks and the people Wanted for me to pay 40 because the week "ended" on a Saturday and their prices changed, but if I reserved yesterday I should pay with the price of the day I reserved and not the day I picked it up. This is legit scam and they shouldn't Do that...

What a place i've never had a bad experience at gamestop the employees are great and the people that go there are great to. I've been going there since I was 4 with my older brothers so to watch what happened with the stock market gave a smile that went from ear to ear

People say bad things about Gamestop but in reality theres a reason why they offer you 2 dollars for an xbox one with 75 games. Its because they have so many in the back and they have to make money off of it. I love the staff here. I go here for most of my gaming needs.
