It is not the same and the one in freedom plaza has a male employee that follows the shoppers and harasses the brown-skinned children who are shopping with their parents. I have went into this store various times and seen him targeting the brown-skinned children when the Caucasian children are opening the candies and products to consume before paying for them. I don’t like this store at all. They should have changed employees as they changed the store settings.

Love this store.. They have some good deals and somethings you need to watch. Candy has a great variety but pricy. Very easy to buy something that you were not planning too.😁

This location is 100% the best out of all the others in the area! They have a bigger selection of items, it doesn't look like a tornado went thru it, and no self check outs like all of the other stores in the area!

I went to see what items they had. I found several pieces of rubber rope exercise equipment for $5 each. The variety was very complete and I purchased 4 pieces. Then I found some interesting books. I had fun and got some great buys for about $50. They always have something useful and reasonable.

If you need fun, cute and cheap stuff, this is a good place to go. A lot of their stuff is similar to what you might find at Target's dollar spot. Their amazing candy section is what gets my kiddos, though. We found fruit stripe gum there and I had fun sharing a small part of my childhood with my own kids. Staff isn't the friendliest in the world, but they're polite enough and help when needed.

Environment is not customer service friendly. The cashier at the time could barely look at us let alone welcome us to the store and did not ask how our experience was. This was the second time that I've run into this lack of customer service at this specific location. The issue that I face is that I love five and below products but I do not at all appreciate the lack of customer service.

It's not like a Dollar Tree. It has more than a Dollar Tree. Nothing is over $5. They have cool toys are even electronic tools. I bought an AUX cord and the cord is long and it still works great! They also have cute shorts & tanks & even sandals. I'm from out of town, but I will be back here. I loved it!

I'll visit from time to time for board games and some travel items. However, the whole store smells very strongly of plastic chemicals, so much you can actually taste it sometimes. I feel bad for the employees breathing this in day after day. I recommend having someone look into whether or not there's a toxicity level from the off gassing of all that plastic & vinyl. Other than that...The staff is friendly and the store is organized.

I love 5 below because it's a great place to take my son when he's earned a treat. Soooooo much better stuff than just going to a dollar store. Plus it's a great place to find seasonal decorations. No trip is complete without cruising through the candy aisle. I love choco-rooms. Normally I'd have to go to a world market to find them. I was super excited to find them here!

Fun store for stocking stuffers, but only for low quality stuff or candy. Fairly clean and good service. Good novelty t-shirt collection for giving gifts, etc.

I like this store. However, I've been to other stores in the chain that have a much better selection of android phone accessories. This store has almost exclusively iPhone gear.

Very messy and staff was rude. They tired to make conversation but insulted me and my friend in the process. You ask some one about there appearance and then offer a solution on how to fix it, when there is nothing wrong with the way I looked.

This is your basic Five Below experience. The inventory was what you'd expect. The location is a little tough to get into because it is kind of in the middle of the shopping center. It certainly isn't obvious from the road.
