My second visit a couple of weeks ago, first review. Great micro beer selection selection, as well as some ciders and seltzers if you're into that sort of thing. Regular pours or a flight. Also, a good selection of what I'd call quality wines and a weekly wine class. Good amount of seating inside and out.

Beautiful and well-thought out place! They have a patio, private booths, bar, and game section for groups. Wide range of beers and wine and more! They have daily specials, food trucks, and sometimes even live music. Just a great spot to hang out, definitely recommend!

This place has a wide selection of fine craft beer and wine. They even had my favorite seasonal ale from Highland Brewery. I even had the chance to meet the owners, and you can tell they ooze with passion for good beer and wine. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Great new local pub in the area. Multiple taps that rotate, with many seasonal ale options. Very decent selection of red and white wine options. Nice options for seating indoors as well as outdoors on their patio. I'm looking forward to continuing to visit Bottle Theory!

What an excellent addition to the west Cary scene! It feels great to support a small business that is local and also family-owned! Excellent selection of beers on tap and customer service that is truly meaningful! Plus lots of local beers to select from ! We are definitely going back many times!

I had the wonderful pleasure of collaborating with Kayla to throw a client appreciation event for my real estate team. She worked with me in planning a party for 50-60 people. The event turned out to be more like 75+ but they handled it beautifully. The party was held outside during December, but it was perfectly warm. Their new covered patio area with heaters was perfect for the event. My clients had the option to go inside or stay outside. Kayla did a personal wine tasting for the party and the delightful array of beer/soda/wine/etc. at their bar was available. Bottle Theory helped me provide gift cards for my clients as gifts to take home with them. Everyone who came to the event loved the venue and their wonderful selection of beverages. The staff was exceptional!!! Bottle Theory truly made it possible to show my clients my appreciation and dedication to them.

This place is right on the greenway that runs through Cary making it a popular spot for bike riders stopping by for a beer. Good range of beers and they also sell wine. Nice covered outdoor seating with screens and heaters for cooler days and a food truck on some days. Great place for a gathering of friends - worth a look.

This shop has everything you can ask for! From the draft selection, bottles, wine, and great atmosphere. I just recently went for their 1 year/Octoberfest celebration the Owners went all out with food trucks live music and even play area for the kids. Every time I’ve been there I’ve had a really great time, and the staff is so friendly. Cheers I will be going back soon.

Great spot to hang out! They have live music and a great patio! I can't wait for the weather to get a little warmer to hang out outside. The owners were so cool and friendly and excited to share the knowledge of the different local beers they had.

Great dance school! Oh, sorry, this is a different review. We love this place! We are always excited to bring our daughter to classes at the dance academy next door and chill with a draft of beer while waiting :-)

Very nice venue. Beer options are top notch, wine for non-beer drinkers (heaven forbid), plus other options beyond those. Plentiful seating, inside and out. Various food trucks visiting for snacking requirements. Dog and kid friendly, in that order. Right next to the Greenway if you want to ride in and out of the location, bike racks available. Not too many local food options available but that's changing.*edit: Mescalito has moved in next door, food is good pairing with some of the beers. Johnny's Pizza in Cary delivers, another good option.

Wonderful spot right off the greenway! I’ve only been in there during the morning but have had fantastic service and delicious coffee every time. Great place to stop in during a walk or bike ride.

I absolutely love Tyler, he hosted our Belgium beer tastingHe is the best and makes the best jokes. If you are looking for a sweet home made brewery look for a place like bottle theory.

This place was a hidden gem, they had so many beers, ciders, etc on tap it was hard to choose. They had plenty of outdoor seating with a food truck nearby; there is also a Mexican restaurant a next door. Inside they had a few booth seats which were kind of like VIP seats; you could control the lights, hook up your phone to the speakers for music and even had a true VIP spot for your furry friend.

Do you love beer & wine ? Then you just can't miss Bottle Theory.You will find unbelievable options of LOCAL beers & wine. The best part is that beer is available in 3 different sizes where the smallest cup size gives you a chance to try many types.I love Menu on the wall, it shows beers, type of beer, brewery name & also color of beer. Apart from tape, you can find more options in the cooler.I am not much into wine but, wine lovers, you will get huge variety of wines by glass or by bottle.Bottles Theory has lovely & ample indoor & outdoor seating. There is different food truck everyday outside.

I havent been here physically but the communication when trying to make a purchase is terrible. I tried to order a keg from them for a party. I emailed with them twice in which I did get replies. At that time I was trying to figure out what to order and then there were no more responses after I mentioned what I wanted. It was also confusing because they told me that they could order anything and when I asked for one they said they couldn't just buy one keg of that beer so I would need to choose something else or get 2. I then asked what were the options to which they replied again with whatever I wanted which was confusing because they told me I couldn't get what I had asked for the first time. I ended up calling them to follow up figuring it would be easier and the guy on the phone said the bar manager would be in at noon and to call back then. I called back a bit after noon and was told he still wasn't in but the guy took my information down and said I would get a call back. I never got another call and I never got another email back and I ended up getting my keg somewhere else. The whole thing was frustrating and I hope they improve communication with customers in the future.

Bottle Theory is an awesome little bottle shop. They have a great selection of beer on tap as well as an extensive selection of canned beers and various wines. The atmosphere is very casual. The staff is super friendly.They also do a good job of engaging the community, having special occasions periodically. Great local business!

Bottle Theory is definitely the best bottle shop in the Triangle, and is honestly the nicest bottle shop that I've been to, anywhere. Not only do they know their stuff when it comes to finding the best and newest craft beers, but they also have a great selection of wines, and a nice bar. The staff is very friendly. It's a great spot to post up for the day, and hang with friends while knocking back some quality curated beers. I highly recommend Bottle Theory in Apex!

This bottle shop is awesome! They have such a great selection of beer and wine. They have a system that helps you find wine to fit your taste. The people are also amazing! My wife and I have such a great time every time we go. Trivia is also the best in the area.
