As grocery stores go I consider Aldi to be less than average so I very seldom shop there. Mostly I just needed bananas and sweet potatoes, bananas were good ,sweet potatoes not so much. Then came checkout which was as usual not very pleasant. Long line with a sour faced clerk, typical of Aldi so I won't be returning any time soon. Instead I'll drive right past and go another 2.5 miles to Lidl which has a better selection and friendly customer service.

New ALDI opened in Apex on 6/14/2018. It’s easy to navigate in this location (compared to the one in Cary, in my opinion.) I liked that they have the “on the go” section located by the door, so you can easily grab something if you are in a hurry.The store is very clean, well organized (hopefully it will still keep this way down the road), and spacious. It feels nice to shop in this store.Great selection of produce, meat, non-dairy/dairy products, and more. As always, you can’t beat the price and quality combination that you can find in ALDI.

Just love Aldi for all kinds of staples like butter, eggs and milk. The ONLY place to buy cheese. Don't miss the reasonably priced European chocolates or a small, but amazing selection of beers and wines at amazing prices.

Want to cut your grocery bill in half, and still have amazingly fresh and delicious food?Aldi helps you achieve this by being really awesome.Fresh produce and fruit, wonderful meats, all the condiments, and overall just a wonderful place to shop.The staff is amazing at every Aldi I’ve been too.Sure you have to loan the shopping cart a quarter and bag your own groceries, BUT you still get checked out 52x faster than a regular grocer.Go to Aldi if you’re on a budget, and you won’t have to give up your triple mocha vanilla caramel skinny macchiato at Starbucks.

This is a great store and all of the employees are exceptional. Moving here from Florida I was hesitant about shopping here for anything. In southeast Florida this branch of service stores is basically a cheap and dirty place to shop. The people that works there are not helpful at all and usually pretty miserable. The food is usually not fresh or close to expiration. That is not at all what you will find here. Honestly most of the food is better than Harris Teeter. The people that work here are definitely much friendlier and more helpful. I would highly recommend shopping here. Just remember to bring a quarter for your cart. Don't worry you get it back when you return the car. Actually it's rather smart that way people don't leave them in the parking lot or elsewhere!

The store and the products are great. Prices are also supper. However, the cashiers will through your groceries in the cart like a basket ball. It crushes the chips and bruises the apples. I wish the cashier is gentler. I asked the cashier to be gentler she refused!!!! By saying this is they way we do it here. This is at Apex NC store on W. William st. In case ur wondering.

It's always a pleasure to shop at this location. It's well kept and they almost always have what I'm looking for in stock, esp on Wednesday when the limited specials come out! The employees are always friendly and keep the lines moving.

This store has horrible customer service. Today I was disappointed when I went in for a few items and had to stand in line behind 8 to 10 others because only one person was ringing customers. If you can't afford cashiers, get some self checkouts. Until then, my money will be at another store.

Terrible service and no respect.I came 4 min after closing when customer was going out of store, the cashier was servicing another customer, she said they are closed, I asked nicely that I need only 1g of milk and will be on the register in 1 min but she wanted to show me that she is the big boss and said NO, So I asked if she can ask manager. I hoped that it was not a big deal as there were still customers in the store. But the manager also said NO, and added that they could call Police. I was really disappointed. So I thanked them for respecting their customers and left. WHAT A GREAT WAY TO SHOW CUSTOMERS APPRECIATION, FOR COMING AND SHOPPING IN THE STORE.

I gave this store too many chances but it’s no longer worth it. The lines are far too long with only one cashier working. This place use to have to the best deals but it’s sadly been apart of the problem that is inflation. The prices are no longer good and not worth going there anymore among the pain of dealing with awful lines. It todays Economy I have hit the point where I need to go to food banks or skip meals and with the awful prices her it’s now a reality. Things increase 20 cents a week here and the company will still make record profits and be richer than I. With those record profits they will still not hire more cashiers or put more on the same shift to help the problem. The employees energy is also dead and you can feel it when you walk in. I use to pride the price of this place but no longer. It’s gonna be tough now without them

Customer service is atrocious. Makes Spectrum and Comcast look good. I’ve literally never seen an employee here smiling. They look (and sound, with deep sighs) like the mere effort of moving their bodies is an exhaustingly task. They even get to sit in chairs while they check people out! I used to work in service (wish I could’ve sat in a chair when selling at Best Buy or as a pharmacy tech at Walgreen’s), so I always go out of my way to smile and be polite, but these people are icy. Maybe it’s that I always go at night.I have continued to give them chances despite every location and every employee I’ve come across being off-putting, but Lidl is too much better to come here, even just for the loss leaders. The fact their starting pay is more $ then Trader Joe’s (where customer service is great) and can’t manufacture a smile, and now cut their hours (no longer open until 9) means I’m done with them.

Easy and quick to shop. Great price, quality and collections. Weekly specials available on every Wednesday and you get many items discounted from previous week after that. You can buy online and they do curbside pick up as well. Wine and beer collection is also great. Aldi offers a double guarantee, which means I'd you don't like product you will get refund along with replacement.

Aldi is great if you are not brand-loyal. You can get generic foods at good prices and save a bit of money over other stores. They do not give bags, so bring you own or you can use their empty boxes.

Key words - low cost, good quality, very clean. Good options. Lowest cost on some of the items found ever (milk, bread etc).If you are coming in for the first time, the 25c at the cart might be a surprise, but rest assured that it's refunded when you drop it back. Great place to find low cost food products across the list of their foods. Limited supples of meats and you might find some items hard to find consistently. But great low-cost produce. Large quantity of bread types. And the stores I've visited are never highly populated, so put on you mask, put in your quarter to get a carriage. Stroll the aisles and pick up a few cardboard boxes along the way if you didn't bring enough shopping bags for your haul. And enjoy the savings!

This place is awesome and has gotten better over time.Chocolates - Best collection, can't beat them. Couldn't find these in other typical American grocery stores.Chips, snacks, essentials, produce - very good quality and good priceAldi finds are awesome.Great wine and beers, although limited in varieties.Only thing I feel they can do better is to add more varieties of produce vegetables. If they do that this could be a one stop shop for many!

What a great place to shop. Though it's not a large place and selection is a bit limited compared to a large grocery store, the prices are amazing and actually had some really great looking produce. Good size avacadoes for 39cents, can't beat it! This was my first trip the, but definitely will be going back. Just make sure to bring your own bags and a quarter to use a cart (you get the quarter back at the end)

My first visit, brought my quarter for the cart, brought my own bags and was amazed at the pricing and quality of items. Lots of vegan choices and I got a week's worth of groceries for $120. Definitely will be back!

As a reckless alcoholic I appreciate their large selection of cheap booze! You can't beat a $3 bottle of hooch. Friendly staff and large selection!A special note about Aldi: It doesn't have the variety of larger stores like Harris Teeter, but they usually have everything I NEED. They have the basics, and the Aldi "store brands" are really good. There is a Food Lion across the street if Aldi doesn't stock something I need.

I love going to see what they have new. The seasonal isle is great! The prices are good, great on certain things. They carry foods that Walmart or Food Lion don't. I try to go 2 times a week just to see what's new!
