This magical and sacred place is Heaven on Earth! Once you walk in, you are instantly transported into the most tranquil and serene space. There is everything you could possibly find here and the staff is so incredibly helpful and kind! They are constantly adding more and making upgrades! There’s also always so many different events going on! Crystal Connection has such a caring and knowledgeable group of people there, you are always learning more and always feeling at home. There are spaces to meditate, or sit and relax, inside and out. The whole place itself is just so magnificent! It’s built inside of a church! And outside are gardens, waterfalls, statues, etc, you could spend forever here discovering new things! You’ll never want to leave! It’s such a beautiful experience. Also huge plus, they have a salt cave in their Ancient Art of Salt downstairs area. It is the most divine thing in the world. It is so healing and relaxing. If you don’t know about salt caves you are doing yourself a disservice! You will feel like you are in another dimension. There’s also constantly new state of the art equipment being added downstairs. This place is the whole package! The only Crystal “store” I’d ever recommend, and I put store in quotations because it’s so much more than a store! Thank you Travis & crew, everyone at Crystal Connection that makes it the most beautiful and perfect place ever!

Well, if you love crystals and all things esoteric, this place is definitely worth a detour. Newly expanded, the retail area is much more spacious and lots of new merchandise has been added. Before you drop from shopping here, take a rest on the crystal bed and don’t forget to leave your special wish in the citrine intention setting amplifier. This review could be much longer, but you should probably just stop by and check it out yourself.

I love coming here! Workers are ALWAYS nice and helpful without being in your business. They have an amazing collection of crystals, gifts, tarot, incense , and more! They keep a good rotation of products as well, meaning you’ll be able to come back for more and somemthing new in a few months time.

Crystal Connection is truly a magical place! We are lucky to live nearby, but if you aren’t it is definitely worth a trip to visit! Everyone is always quick to share a warm smile and friendly “welcome” upon entering. Travis and his staff never fail to go above and beyond helping to find exactly what we are looking for. There is something for everyone! So many wonderful unique treasures in Crystal Connection! I greatly appreciate how Travis has created a genuinely unique atmosphere for our small town and for anyone lucky enough to visit. His Halloween light show is so much fun for all ages. The holiday displays are always beautiful and clearly done with so much spirit. It’s a must see! Crystals, jewelry, tarot cards, candles, unique gifts, salt cave—magical experience!

I've been wanting to go here for a couple years, ever since finding them on Instagram. Finally had the chance while on vacation nearby and I am so glad I did! The atmosphere is so unique and obviously the selection of crystals is HUGE. There is also a good amount of jewelry with genuine stones and sterling. Sitting in their healing corner with giant amethyst stone chairs was a really cool experience. If you love crystals and good vibes this is the place for you!

I had gone here a few years ago and gotten nice pieces for a decent price. At my most recent visit I realized it is all over priced garbage now. The prices are too high for the quality of the stones they’re are not worth 10+ dollars for one bulk scratched up low quality crystal. If you want to go to a good crystal store with beautiful stones and amazing prices I’d go to tweefontein herb farm I got a bag full of beautiful stones for only 8$. Or I would much rather suggest going to the crystal store in the mall even their quality and prices are better. Very disappointing for the scale of their store I’m not sure how they stay in business. They obviously buy cheap bulk the prices should match. I feel bad for anyone getting ripped off there.

This is called the largest selection of crystals in the East and now I know why!I went there this past weekend and was amazed at the amount, variety and sizes (from tiny to “over 500+ lbs”) of the crystals!The owner, Tim, his fiancé Winifred and the staff (Joyce) were all so nice to deal with.This store is located in an old church from the 1800’s in Wurtsboro, NY. My first time visiting The Crystal Connection for their psychic fair, They were very welcoming and friendly they even had coffee and snacks for the customers, I absolutely fell in love with the natural Citrine Tower I purchased! Also the Blue Chalcedony, Agni Manitite, and Blue Aragonite, I’ m very excited to add these to my collection of crystals, also the Elemental Tarot reading and the Bone Charm readings were fun and on point!

Came here about 2 weeks ago and have to say it is definitely one of the best crystal stores I have experienced. They certainly have a variety of items and the building itself is amazing to be in and look at! Great place!!

A truly amazing place. The energy is warm and welcoming as are the people who work here. There is an abundance of knowledge and guidance to be taken out of each and every visit.The collection of crystals that are housed here is immense. The events held here are always so much fun. There is truly something to be found for everyone. I have never felt like just a customer. I have always been treated as a friend. I am so thankful for all who make The Crystal Connection Center what it is.

Crystal connection is a great place with great vibrations, very presentable and very clean. Travis is very knowledgeable with crystals. And this location has a Airbnb and is expanding very fast a must check out crystal place. This location also carries these amazing candles from Nesscents Aromatherapy they all smell great and all have a great meaning on the back of the candles. The candles all have great sized crystals inside of them as well so you get a 2 for 1 special.

I love this place! The store has expanded since my first visit and the variety of assorted gifts are just amazing. Gotta Love Tessa! She is full of knowledge and her energy is beautiful. I’ve brought friends in and they visit on their own now. It’s a must see and explore all that is tucked away inside. Just beautiful ! ✌️🙏👍

Ever since Insider featured the Crystal Connection, this alluring place has been on my bucket list! My expectations were exceeded in every way! My partner and I were thrilled with the vast variety of the collection. It's one of the largest collections that we have seen in a local shopping area. We spent about 1.5 hours admiring and studying the different uniqueness of each gemstone and mineral. I appreciated that aromatherapy items were for sale as well. The staff was extremely helpful and informative. We look forward to visiting again!

I was torn on how to rate my review so here is my explanation.I made my first trip to this place in April of 2023. It has always been on my bucket list and as a jeweler myself, I use a lot of semi-precious stones and beads. I figured I would support another small business as well as take in the beauty of the building. It used to be a church! On that day, I spent almost 2 hours going through their inventory and taking in the place inside and outside. It truly is a beautiful place. The staff was friendly and I even had a chat with the owner. I found myself filling my basket and I even bought a mystery bag. I made it a point to visit this place every time I headed upstate to visit family.Fast forward to two days ago and the atmosphere/energy was completely different. Maybe it was an off day? I barely spent 20 minutes inside. They hiked their prices tremendously and what used to be a steal, it’s now either a bundle (raising the price) or just inflated price wise. I spent close to $100 and I wondered what I bought. When I was here in April, I spent close to $200 and I had 3 times the items of what I had two days ago. Knowing what I know about crystals, where they come from, etc, it was a bit ridiculous to see this in a 6 month span. They do offer coupons, great ones but they can only be used on regular priced items. Not even bundled items could be used with the coupons, which is a bit ridiculous considering that you are still paying full price (I did the math).If you are passing through, definitely stop by and check out the place and walk the grounds. As much as I wanted to be purchasing my beads from them for my jewelry, I wouldn’t be doing so here.

A wonderful place I keep coming back to even though I live nowhere near the area. The staff are beyond friendly and helpful and the store is incredibly organized and color coordinated. Everything you're looking for is easy to find and the sheer number of options available is beyond compare. It's also easy to find things you're not looking for that you didn't know you needed.

Horrendous experience- I purchased a glass crystal water bottle with this company and within two weeks it broke randomly! I explained to the store manager how it broke with no fault of my own and he was very rude and said the best he could do was 30% off of a new one rather than giving me a replacement. I’ve worked in retail management for over 10 years now - when a customer is visibly upset it should be top priority to ensure they leave happy. The guy who I dealt with (long gray ponytail) was completely unapologetic, provided me with an unfair solution and had zero empathy or care to make right. Even my 8 year old daughter commented how rude he was. I asked could he at MINIMUM do 50% off of a new one and he still replied no. I confronted him and explained how unfair I believed that was and he responded “well everyone’s entitled to their own opinion” Myself, my sister, friends and cousins have spent hundreds with this shop. Very poor customer service - Will not be coming back here again and will continue to notify those around me of my experience as well!!

Most of my crystal collection is from this store. I actually learned about it from a girl working the drive thru of DD. They are always very helpful when I go there and I love the coupons that I get from buying crystal that help me buy more. Prices are very reasonable and there are a array of sizes and shapes. I'm sure they could help you find something specific if you need it but I like to just go in and see what I'm attracted too.

Incredible Shop, I've been a customer for the past 3yrs+, the atmosphere is great, the ambiance holds a high vibration that you can feel. The selection of products is vast and is extremely organized, each item has its proper information, the staff is very knowledgeable willing to answer your questions and dedicate time to attend your specific crystal needs.Variety of new/rare pieces is a high standard that this shop takes pride on, in many occasions you also get the opportunity to get the official tour from the management and owner, both along with their team run an efficiently operated business. O.M.G. plan to spend at least an hour in this store! It's beautifully and meticulously organized, pretty much ANY stone you can think of is here and cut into many popular shapes. It was literally Sophie's choice when choosing what to bring home, VERY reasonable prices and just stunning specimens of all kinds and price ranges. What surprised me was the gorgeous and unique jewelry they also had, I went in for stones and rocks and came out with a one of a kind ring 💍Highly recommend this place and honestly the best I've ever seen

This is hands up and down the best crystal shop in NY and possibly the East Coast and most like the country, maybe even the world?!?!? What I can tell you is that they have a 5 star collection of crystals and expert knowledge to help you get what you need out of your crystal shopping needs. I am a wand maker and I get at least 80% of my crystals for wand making from this gem of a shop. Thank you for doing what you do Crystal Connection!! 💞

Took a 90 minute journey here for the first time today and absolutely loved it. I could have spent hours browsing. My basket was so full that it was hurting my arm by the time I was ready to leave. Saw others complaining about prices in their reviews but I thought they were more than fair. As a matter of fact, when I went to check out, I discovered that two big chunky palm stones I picked out were 40% off. And they have some materials that I haven’t seen at other crystal shops. Will be back again!

I am from Sullivan County but have not lived here since 86. I have been to many crystal stores in much bigger areas so I had very little expectations of this store on my visit. Boy was I pleasently shocked! The store has a massive selection of crystals. Also many other things such as singing bowls, salt lamps, etc. The staff were very pleasant. The prices were more expensive on the jewelry, like the bracelets, than I've paid in other stores. But everything else was reasonably competitive. I will definitely go back when I return next year to visit. Highly recommend.

Really lovely crystal/magic store. My mom & I drove four hours total to come here. Absolutely massive selection of crystals, some I've never seen before. Outside of the building is decorated with massive crystals. The store itself is made from an old church and it's beautiful, still has stained glass in the windows. Shop owners are very friendly and they have a really cute shop dog. Worth a visit if you're in the area or a full road trip.
