The best shoe shopping experience ever! Happy and very knowledgeable sales people. I needed new shoes for work. On my feet all day at a retail store. They brought out 8 pairs of shoes. As they opened each box they told me why they thought this shoe might work. I left a happy camper. thank you to Andra, Joey, Sophia and Katie for all your help!

We were drawn into Pegasus Footwear to browse because of the huge and well organized inventory. We were greeted by the most friendly, knowledgeable and attentive young woman, Andrea. She gave us lots of time and direction. We both wound up trying many styles. Andrea was patient and wanting to make sure we got the right sneakers for all the right reasons. Pegasus is really worth stopping in and Andrea is the absolute best! We’ll definitely be back to see Andrea as we expand our sneaker collection.

My son and I went to Pegasus Woodstock to find winter boots. Katie helped us find these great Nex Grip boots that have a built in crampon. He loves them. We really appreciated her bringing all the boots out for him to try. They always treat us so well when we go to Pegasus. Thanks, all!

Had a fabulous experience at Pegasus! Matt was incredibly helpful - he really listened to what I told him I was looking for & recommended shoes that would fit me well given the shape of my foot. He was also patient with my trying on quite a number of options.As I was checking out Annie was also helpful providing advice as someone with the same shoe size and experience wearing the shoes I was choosing between.Plus, it was great to buy from a brick & mortar store and support a small business and pay affordable prices for high quality products. You can't go wrong shopping here!!!

I went to Pegasus on a recent weekend trip to Woodstock. Andrea was so helpful in finding me a great pair of everyday boots, especially given issues I have with my feet (I had surgery on my arthritis two years ago which makes narrow boots really hard for me). She was very knowledgable and found me a great pair of Blundstone Chelsea boots that are so comfy and great for my weekly commute to Manhattan! Thanks again to Andrea and the friendly staff at Pegasus - looking forward to visiting again on future trips to Woodstock!

I live in Woodstock and am always happy when I can find just what I'm looking for locally. I was looking for sneakers and stopped in Pegasus to see what they had. Charlie helped me find the perfect fit and assisted with inserts for greater comfort. I bought and wore my sneaks out of the store and could not have been happier. I bought a pair of Birkenstocks for my daughter with help from Heather. It took well over 30 minutes to find the right size and fit, and she could not have done it without the heroic effort on Heather’s part. We highly recommend this store.

We were visiting Woodstock this weekend and stopped in Pegasus randomly on our way back to the Airbnb - my fiancé has been trying in vain to find a good pair of wool slippers. Annie was an absolute STAR and helped him select the perfect pair, plus his favorite pair of Teva boots we thought were discontinued! And she introduced me to socks for my plantar fasciitis, an exciting new discovery. She was so helpful, funny and nice, and also told us about Pegasus's sister brand that has stores right in Philly where we live! I wish I could buy all my shoes at Pegasus from Annie, but glad to know we have options for the same service and great products at home too. Thank you so much for all your help Annie, you rule!!!!

Katie and Andrea were so lovely to work with. We visit this store whenever we are in town and always appreciate the informed staff. My lucky partner got a new pair of his favorite sneakers (Hoka) for his upcoming birthday. He is a runner with very flat feet. We also got orthotic inserts which he has used in his old sneakers and he is loving them. I purchased inserts from the store in the past and now can wear my old, beloved sneakers again.

We went to Pegasus Woodstock to find hiking shoes for my mom for an upcoming trip to Iceland. Andrea helped us find the perfect ones. She listened to what my mom needed, was so attentive and brought out numerous pairs for my mom to try on. She ended up buying two pairs of shoes (a Merrell hiking sneaker and Woolloomooloo slip on, which we never heard of but will now likely be my mom's new favorite brand-she walked out with them on!). Both are lightweight, have great support and are easy to put on. She loves them. We really appreciated Andrea taking the time to help my mom. Andrea is a gem and a wonderful addition to the Woodstock crew! They always treat us so well when we go to Pegasus. Thanks, all!

Absolutely love this shoe store! It's the only store I go to when I want to shop for my ON Clouds and Uggs. Let me tell you, they have such an amazing selection! The customer service is just top-notch, and the quality of their products is unbeatable. And when it comes to choices from top designers, this store is the absolute best. But you know who really takes the cake? Joey D, the best associate ever! If you want your shoe needs to be well taken care of, make sure you ask for him. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Thank you for a great shopping experience, Matt!Matt is an informed and thoughtful sales associate. He took the time to explain the variations in styles we were interested in ,measured our feet and examined my arches to make sure I purchased the correct pair of inserts. While our color preference and size weren't available at the Woodstock location, he went the extra mile to make certain my husband I got the sneakers we wanted, providing shipping directly to our home. Although we only worked with Matt, it seemed the rest of his team are as versed as he is. Pegasus is fortunate to have such a prideful crew.

Shout out to all the helpful folks at Pegasus in Woodstock and especially Kate, who asked if she could measure my size before I tried on shoes. Turns out one of the reasons my shoes have been hurting for so long is that my feet are different sizes and so I needed to go up 1/2 size! I wound up buying an awesome pair of Birkenstock boots; also the perfect pair sneakers for me, as Kate was actually able to discern which styles were best for walking hills (and why!) and which were water resistant etc. She was even able to tell me why the brand of socks I was looking at are worth the $ (features, benefits, lifetime guarantee?? Going back and highly recommend it to others. Pegasus has a great selection of casual wear shoes and exemplifies old fashioned customer service at its best!

I was in Woodstock today and walked into Pegasus. Inka and Joey were so great! I bought two different styles of boots. The first pair my SIL wanted and the other pair I was swayed into buying by Inka and Joey; they were so helpful, super nice and made me feel like I deserve them, I do 😉!
