26 Aug '21I was pleasantly surprised because the store looked so old on the outside but was brand new on the inside. All the shelves were well stocked and the associates were very friendly.

Lengthy review ahead! We had used the Rite Aid pharmacy for many years and they were always very prompt, friendly and helpful. Recently I had to pick up prescriptions for the first time since it had switched to Walgreens and it was awful! After leaving Urgent Care I gave them a couple of hours and stopped by to pick up antibiotics. They were not ready. The pharmacist looked annoyed and was not helpful when I asked about Mucinex and if it could be added to my order. They told me to come back in 20 minutes so I gave it a little extra time and returned about 40 minutes later. Brought my prescription home and realized it wasn’t all there...so I called and they said they hadn’t filled everything yet but for some reason did not inform me. I should have checked to make sure it was all there before I left but I had never had this issue before. It was almost 9:00 which is when they close so again I ran back up there for the third time to get the rest of my prescription. Then then next day my husband went to urgent care for the same issue (we all came down with a bad pneumonia and this medicine needed to be started soon)he gave them about 2.5 hours and went to pick them up and they weren’t ready! I am a very patient person and wouldn’t even be as upset about the multiple trips up there or how long it took, but receiving a grumpy attitude from the employees and the pharmacist was really unsettling while feeling very sick with high fevers. Sorry for the long review, I rarely leave “bad” reviews but this has been an extremely frustrating experience and we will be switching to the Wegmans pharmacy from now on.

Refused to provide an OVER THE COUNTER medication (senna syrup) without a prescription. My child needed this for his medical procedure tomorrow. But of course it was out of stock at Tops where I usually get it, and it was out of stock at CVS (who also understands this is a nonprescription medication) and I called every other Walgreens in the area and it was out of stock. The pharmacy lady didn’t even know what senna syrup was! Then said “because it’s kept behind the counter it requires a prescription”!!! How ridiculously uneducated. It is literally FDA approved as over the counter only, does not require prescription ANYWHERE, and the solid version (exlax) is on the shelves to grab yourself, but you unfortunately can’t use the solid version for colon prep. I wonder if this location also refuses to sell Sudafed and enfamil infant vitamins, since they are also stored behind the counter . Thanks a lot Walgreens, you failed.

Only reason I come here is bc I got my prescriptions from Rite Aid for YEARS! Ever since they switched over to Walgreens I have had nothing but problems. As I am writing this review I have been sitting at the window for 17 minutes. 4 people inside and not one of them has come to ask me anything or apologize for the wait. The last 4 times I've tried picking up a medicine has been the same way. Their customer service is terrible!!! I'm switching asap!!!

My prescription is never ready, even after my doctor sent it in almost 7 hours ago. I end up going there and have to wait 20 more minutes for them to fill it, meanwhile the pharmacist and pharmacy staff are chatting and talking about other things. Drive Thru line also takes forever. I would recommend calling ahead of time to make sure your prescription is ready to prevent taking a lengthy trip, or just go somewhere else.Update: after waiting 25 minutes, I went in only to be told I had to wait another 20 minutes. 40 minutes, not including my 10 minute drive to the pharmacy and back, for a prescription that was sent in 7 hours ago. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else.

Many problems with refills. This has now happened many times.Update: Once again, the pharmacy has not been able to refill a maintenance prescription. I have been waiting two days because the drug is out of stock Now they are claiming that their order sent the wrong drug so it will be three days and I still haven't gotten my script.No attempt to help or expedite the process. Unacceptable.

I have always shopped at Rite-Aid and was concerned when Walgreens took over. Needless to say I L O V E the easy prescription refill process with the phone app. It tells me when to refill, how much and when it's ready. Although waiting in line at the drive thru can take sometime, it depends if there are lines inside. It would be better if they had 1 person on the window and the other on the counter but hey I'm in my car warm and listening to music.

The people in the pharmacy are rude, snarky, and disgruntled. They were mean to my wife and I when we went through the drive thru to pick up or prescriptions. If I could review a negative star I would. GIVE US RITE AID BACK!!!!!! The ladies at Rite Aid were nice and welcoming, also they asked questions and WANTED to help people like us, instead of being rude and not letting us finishing what we needed to say!!!!!

They tried to tell me on numerous occasions that I could not take both of my bladder pills at same time. I argued that the specialist Dr I seen put me on both. Next time I went to Dr's I told her about it and she told me if they gave me a hard time again she would tell them it is safe for both. I guess that's why they only became pharmacists instead of DOCTORS

Never any problems at this Walmart. I had a Covid test there recently and they had my results back in 3 hours. Cool. They are always polite and checkout is always fast.

Switch pharmacies as fast as you can!! Never once waited less than 20 minutes for a prescription, even while being first in line. Just be forewarned they even mess up transferring prescriptions to other pharmacies as well.

I waited in line for a customer ahead of me. Then I waited 15 minutes at the window while they waited on other people inside that came in after I sat at the window. No one even acknowledged that I was there. I left after 20 minutes without my prescription, I couldn't wait any longer.
