I love everything about this store.The location, ease of parking, and the selection of items they have are so easy to find. It's a nice clean well laid out store. The only thing is it's a little expensive at times, so you have to check the flyer & email discounts.

How shopping should be. Had everything I was looking for and checkout, quick and easy. My cashier, Daniela, was pleasant and helpful. The customer service dept. was equally as pleasant and helpful since I forgot to use my bottle deposit receipt when I was checking out earlier.

This is our favorite super market in the area. Easy parking! Friendly staff, well stocked and has all the weekly stuff we need all in one place. Love the affordable organic and free-from products. Gina was wonderful at the register. Thanks!

I needed “Get Well” balloons but couldn’t find any already inflated. The flower shop had a “Closed” sign posted so I figured I’d just purchase the flowers I had. All of a sudden I hear a voice ask if I need any help. Emily Valentino walked over and had me pick out the balloons needed and proceeded to not only inflate them but arrange the different flowers I had picked out into one beautiful arrangement. She took the time to cut the ends, picked out a nice decorative wrapping and finished with a red bow. The time and effort she put forth was greatly appreciated . She truly went above & beyond and it made such a positive impression and made our day. I don’t know who the higher ups are but Emily Valentino needs a raise!

I find it absolutely unacceptable to confuse customers while looking through the isles for products they want to buy. Today I was deceived by marketing tactics of placing an eye catching yellow sale sign next to organic blueberries and then and then a white regular price for organ blueberries a bit further away. i was surprised when at the cash register alerted me to the huge price. i to talk with the manager who i pulled yo the scene to see for herself. Unfortunately she became extremely defensive and maintained that the sale price tag of $5:99 is for the non organic blueberries and the organic berries is $8:99. At the same time as we were approaching the fruit isle, the guy stocking fruit on opposite side of isle walked over and tried to take down the sale sign because he over heard me tslk about it earlier. I reminded him i already have a picture of that and should leave it up for the manager to see. The manager walked away with no apologies on the part of Stop n Shop worker's error or deception/ misrepresentation of price tag. This is not the first time this has happened to me. On other occasions I just paid the price and move on but today was upsetting because it’s happened far to many times. No reason for that sale sign to be there if it wasn’t to confuse customers!

I was in search of a specific item, and the young lady, I believe her name was Marianne, helped me. She was able to secure the last item. I know this is not always a possibility, but it made me appreciate shopping here more.

Self checkout is a nightmare. You can’t bag your items until you pay because the system thinks you didn’t add your item to the scale shelf. Then employees count your items and show you on the register camera to investigate if you took something. Poor service. This never happens at Shop Rite.

This store is a great location! I come here all the time. The parking lot is ample and easy-to-navigate through. The store is always very clean inside, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's not as busy as the other Stop & Shop in White Plains. It's also more spacious and the parking is much better too. They recently added a couple of more self-checks at this location. It's generally very easy to get in and out.

I’ve completely stopped going to this store when I used to come weekly. After several frustrating visits, I’ve had enough.The biggest issue I’ve had here is the amount of rotting produce and expired items that are still on the shelves. Especially dairy; the last time I went to get Babybel cheese, it said expired 01/2023 and I was there 03/2023! A full two months past expiry and you still have it out for sale?! I was unable to buy a lot of vegetables that visit, too because they were out-of-stock or rotting.My second biggest frustration is the self-checkout. There are only 8 and one or two are always out-of-order. There’s often a long line because of this. Also, the store coupons never work, leading to more delays. Why are you offering me coupons and then they say “ invalid” at checkout even though I’ve met all coupon requirements and it’s not expired (unlike your food)? I’ve had to wait many times for the attendant to help me, and they then make me prove I bought all the items listed on the coupon. It’s so annoying. Never again. I recommend Wegmans or Shop Rite for stores with fresh food and easier self-checkouts. Oh, and those stores have cart returns, too.

The store is always clean and well stocked provided the supplies are actually around. I prefer this chain over others when comparing quality and price. I believe they are not only the closest store to us but the one which balances these two tenants of grocery, quality and good price.

Half the inventory is spoiled/past sell-by. Dwindling number of vegan & gluten-free options. Give out coupons for items not stocked in over a year. This location is going to make somebody really sick in the near future. Also, having a clean location is a given, not something to pat yourself on the back for.

Great stop& shop. Always clean, the employees are helpful, food is usually in the right place, and they're open super late which is always nice. Produce has always been on point And check out is relatively quick.Cons: the online ordering service is a little suspect. And maybe this is a corporate reflection or a peapod reflection, but they need to get their act together. And every now and then I'll get some meat that's on sale from there. And when I bring it home it smells a little funky. Maybe I just need to stay away from the meat that's on sale. Once again, this is rare. It's happened maybe three times in 2 years.

Employee, last name Lazuras, is a bully! instead of trying to help an elderly customer, Mr. Lazuras shouted at the elderly couple and walked away leaving them stuck at a self check out station. the abuse stopped, and Lazuras scurried off to hide, after someone intervened on behalf of the customers. His behavior is appalling and should not be tolerated.

This is a nice supermarket tucked away on Route 22, White Plains, NY, with very ample parking. It's always very clean and neat and has everything you need when you need it. The courtesy desk has considerate workers helping you in an emergency. Each department is very well kept and I especially love the bakery. The cashiers are always polite and kind with a smile. The self check out is also very easy to operate. This is a great neighborhood supermarket that you can enjoy some time browsing the aisles then finding things for the household. The produce section is especially nice with a variety of fruits and vegetables. Over all, you should enjoy your experience here. Have you been there yet? Try.!

Overall an okay store but Evans chicken rep handing out coupons that don't work. Self checkout watcher who didn't seem to speak English couldn't care less or bother to help or get a manager or supervisor. Coupon literally said any Bell & Evans product.

Pharmacy is the worst. They don’t want to provide patients with their medications while blaming their insurance companies why they don’t have or are limited to what meds they have. Tony, one of the pharmacists understood my frustration but could not help with an ongoing problem on getting my medication in the right quantity and frequency of pick up. Perhaps their computer system could use an update/ improvement.

The size of the paper bags available for customers suddenly shrank, drastically! This happened soon after the store began charging for each paper bag . . . so it's not a very customer-friendly move. I've long known that Stop & Shop has higher prices than other local grocers like ShopRite, but I've come anyway because it's a clean, well-organized store with short or no lines and I can get in and out. It's not even that I care about paying for the bags . . . it's just that dividing my goods into multiple small bags is a pain-in-the-***. Of course we all endeavor to bring our own reusable bags, but on the occasions when a customer doesn't have one it would be nice if the store were more customer-friendly.

Great store that was recently had the shelving and checkouts redone. It was great that their self checkouts now have one line to avoid being stuck behind a confused customer.Be careful of your cars though. They still don’t have any cart return barrier lanes in the parking lot as other large stores so hopefully no scratches when I get back to the car. A lot of the parking spots are also taken up by the carts, so it is harder for parking also. The employee on cart return duty can’t keep up with all the carts

Clean and well maintained. The aisles are pretty roomy compared to today's standards. Produce is good and fresh. Extensive deli department and bakery.Employees are helpful and friendly.Inside the store you'll find a florist, am ATM, a People's Bank branch, a pharmacy, and a large organic/natural foods department.Prices are higher than the supermarket in my neighborhood but the store is a pleasure to shop in so I don't mind paying more.Although I've never purchased meat or fish here everything does look fresh.Parking is plentiful

I have been going to this Stop & Shop for years now, even now that I live further away I still take the 15 minute drive just to come to this store. The staff are exceptional, the bakery is usually on point with freshness and selection of their goods, and the deli counter works quick every time I've used it. Check out lines are never too large and now with their expanded self checkout section, there never seems to be an issue here. The only reason I am rating 4 stars is that I feel like a few items I look for are literally never in stock when I go.

This supermarket carries a full range of products. The produce is always fresh, all the departments are well stocked, and it is a pleasure to shop here. So why not give the store 5 stars? The prices. Stop & Shop prices are always higher than other supermarkets. As a price conscious shopper, that is an important consideration. Still, given that the selection and stocking is so much better than at the Shoprite a few blocks from home, I will often go out of my way to shop here.

This is my usual go to supermarket. Their customer service is usually on point but was disappointed in today’s service. I went to customer service and the lady at the register gave me attitude for no reason. She appears to be a manager too. Last thing I need in the morning before work is a manager who is too bothered to be respectful to others. I rather just do my shopping elsewhere for today. Unfortunate, since customer service is always great. I think their manager could learn a lot from her employees.

My regular spot. Scan and go is great for shopping yourself and minimizing the checkout line. Fair prices and house brands are good. New layout taking some time to get used to. Good produce selection in general. Gas rewards are great and app is useful for redeeming rewards.
