Recently redesigned the store after taking over the store next door. More space more options. This is my spot for power cords and snacks. I always find something I want and spend too much here. I go pretty regularly they just have what I need. Staff usually greet customers that come in. Inventory changes often so frequent visits to make sure I don't miss something good.

This review is for the company more so than the store. If you preorder online and prepay, and the item is not in stock, you cannot get a refund in the store. The online site they said is separate so you have to APPLY for a refund and hope they honor it.

My kids needed help looking for a portable battery, staff didn’t help. I heard my kids ask for help 3 times. And yesterday the same gentleman over charged me after I specifically asked him if he scanned items twice. Terrible customer service!!!!!

I really like this 5Below. It's always very neat and well organized. The pet section could be a little bigger but overall the staff are friendly and helpful. Best place to find little knick knacks and the kids always walk out happy.

When it comes to five below, this is pretty much what you expect. Expect. A little smaller of a store then I was hoping, but it has all the things you need. Need. From candy to toys to graphic tees to little trinkets and gift ideas. And as expected, 90% of it is $5 or below.Arguably the sweetest thing about this five below is the fact that it's located in a plaza with so many other great stores and food options

This location is absolutely amazing ! From their open lay out, fully stocked shelves to their amazing management team! 5 below definitely support the community. My Girl Scout troop have been learning about money management and after saving I thought it hold be great to go on a mini shopping spree at their favorite store 5 below. The district manager as well as store management was very eager to Help make this a wonderful shopping experience for my girls. Albino and Alicia made it such a great experience we had the idea and they just put it tougher. Just asking for time for the girls to shop they made them goody bags and even gave them a gift. It is so important for businesses to support the community and this is one company that does! We will continue to support and shop at this location because they support the girls and the community.

the workers are nice and the store is well organized and always smells good. aswell as cheap prices and they even greet you when you walk in most of the time. Also. there's the candy that they sell and other things that taste good. I shop there often for candy and stuff

Yesterday my blood sugar dropped while I was checking out of the store. I asked an associate for help, told him what was happening and that I was having a medical emergency. He ran and got me a juice, and had another associate help me to my car. I want to again thank both young men for being so caring and helpful and going above and beyond. Went today to White Plains location (Tarrytown Rd) and stood on line to pay. The cashier was talking to a customer and he left the register. Instead of acknowledging me, she pulled out her phone and proceeded to scroll through it. Then another worker strolled over to her sucking her teeth and both continued to ignore the fact that I waa standing there waiting to purchase items. I put my stuff down and left. The guy outside was the only one who acknowledged me by telling me to have a nice day. Will not return!

This location always seems to be full with merchandise. They don't have self check but the cashiers are friendly and polite, and acknowledge you while you wait on line.

Love this store so much. They have everything you could possibly need. Tons of seasonal item, work out gear and equipment, snacks, toys, gadets and accessories, legit everything. And all for 5 or less. Only thing is, you go in with 1 thing in mind and come out with bags full of stuff u didnt need and was too cool and useful to leave behind

You can lose your disposable income in here. Its hard not to spend less than $20 per visit. It requires some discipline. Gadgets, phone fashion accessories, home comforts, multiple oddities for the children, but beware 10 items could be $50.

I love this place is just like it says 5 and below, I mean taxes but like .50 cents of that... but there are a lot of useful things, even facemasks made in Korea!! So many stuff, just be careful of getting too excited lol!

Good bargain bin place to get a few toys for the kids or a t shirt to lounge around in. a lot of good house supplies as well. they usually have something for everyone from past best sellers to slippers to board games. a place to stop into to grab something new for whichever family members kids you'll be around.

New go to for quick gifts and surprise spending on grands...If you see something great get multiples, no guarantee you will find it again . Always have balls, sport and bouncing ,beauty supply, books and art/ coloring supplies...Great for goody bags
